We are only 1/2 a mile from the Interstate 85. So bring your tents, campers or your small RV and come and setup down by the babbling creek. If you don't have or own a tent, we have a large 6-8 person tent available for a small rental fee too. Build a nice fire in the fire pit. The firewood and kindling is provided. The campsites are semi-wooded areas with plenty of shade. They are very large private, peaceful and quiet sites.
View the stars at night, play in the creek during the day or if you are into biking or hiking, go to the Overmountain Victory trail located about 15 minutes away and enjoy the 6.7 mile loop around Lake Whelchel right off I-85.

Very well appointed site on a creek. Plenty of seasoned firewood in a shed / fire pit and grill for use and David had removed all leaves from the immediate camping area prior to our arrival. Great stay. Easy access. Thanks!

Camping at Edward’s was quiet lots of beautiful land! Great for remote camping with hiking nearby! Directions We’re clear on how to get to the camping site. Bath house was clean and well stocked up!

Had a very chill and relaxing time! Jeff was there to greet us and his wife gave us a tour! I’m in love with their Great Pyrenees. They had excellent hospitality and equally gave us our space. We had a huge fire in their pit and felt right at home!

We had an absolute blast camping here! It felt so private like we had it all to ourselves! Our first night we had some wicked bc but gorgeous, thunderstorms. We ubered into York to trip around for a while, played cards and just enjoyed listening to the creek trickling so close to us.

Easy to get to, close enough to Morganton to run in for dinner and completely private and secluded. This is one of my favorite Hipcamps in NC. There is marginal cell signal at the site but none for the last 20 minutes of your drive in so download any maps or check in instructions you might need.
