Plush memory foam mattresses and organic cotton sheets provide a luxurious night’s sleep after a long day of hiking. Conveniently located just 9 minutes from downtown Marion!

Beautiful large tent/camper site on our serene farm can accommodate up to 2 tents or vehicle under 35 feet (including tow vehicle). Has potable water on site along with an outdoor sink for washing dishes. Electricity available and a PRISTINE porta potty. Fire pit and 4 Adirondack chairs plus a picnic table on site. Brand new gas grill for your use. Adorable animals to pet and enjoy. Hiking on site! Only 9 minutes to downtown Marion so the location is quiet yet very centrally located. The Outside Space We are a small hobby farm with a beautiful Arabian horse, chickens and two very silly and very friendly mini donkeys, Balki and Larry. There's a tiny spring fed stream that the kids love to get in and catch salamanders. Our home is also on the property but you will have privacy, and only as much interaction as you wish. If you so desire, we welcome you to observe the day to day care of our animals. Feel free to pet them as much as you’d like - They love attention ☺️ We are on 15 acres with hiking trails to explore on site. We have an artist’s treehouse in our woods for you to discover and spend time painting, writing or simply enjoying nature 💚 Our location is extremely convenient being less than 10 mins to downtown, 10 mins to Lake James and only 40 mins to Asheville. TONS of hiking close by including Tom’s Creek Falls and Catawba Falls (our favorites!)

The Inside Space Step inside your thoughtfully designed glamping haven and discover a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Equipped with either heat and AC, depending on the time of year, you will be comfortable no matter the time of year. Plush memory foam beds and organic cotton sheets add a level of luxury to your glamping adventure. Did we mention you will have YOUR OWN INSIDE full bathroom?! No running out in your jammies in the dark! We provide the basics for cooking a meal such as a pot/pan, silverware, cutting board and spices. Inside we have a microwave, toaster and keurig and outside you will find a gas grill with side burner and outdoor sink to wash dishes. We have a dining table on the large covered porch for you to enjoy your meals out in nature.
