Majestic Farm is an Animal Welfare Approved, Biodynamic Organic Farm. We have 6 acres of Organic Apples in addition to pigs, chickens, peacocks and geese roaming the grounds. Ask about our Organic apples in the fall and pasture raised heritage meats available all year round.  Majestic Farm is a safe place. We welcome all members of the community, and emphasize that we are safe space for BIPOC and for members of the LGBTQI community. All people are beautiful. Be sure to message us if you would like to purchase firewood, meats or apples. Each tiny house as a full sized mattress, you can also rent a full sized cot for $20. You can message, we will leave your items for contact free pick-up and you can pay cash or venmo us later. Please carry out what you carry in and leave it clean for the next group. We clean between all visitors - and are currently keeping quite a distance to protect you, the site and everybody involved. The property is a 5 minute drive to the hamlet of Mountaindalewhich has a lovely Rail Trail for hikes and bikes, and some excellent dining options including @ highvoltagecatskills, in addition to creek bar a magical cafe & bar with outdoor seating and fire pits that serves delicious modern Polish American comfort food, great cocktails, and has live music and events on weekends. There is also an artisan pizza spot with indoor/outdoor seating, hipster vibes and fun cocktails and live music @ thedaleNY For shopping you can also stop by @ forageandgather - they have foods, meats, gourmet deli and coffee and carry all the little things you may have forgotten to bring along in addition to a locally and craft focused wine and spirits shop. Also stop by @badgrandmashop for the most vibrant and stylish clothes for all sizes and styles. Not to be missed. There is also a lovely yoga studio and bollywood dance spot in addition to some other delightful gems in town. There is superb hiking nearby at Neversink Unique Area in Rock Hill. Also Bashakill trails (and conveniently a vineyard with tastings and events right nearby). Your'e also about 30 minutes away from super cute fun larger towns and attractions like New Paltz, Livingston Manor, and tons of incredible Catskill hiking and nature opportunities. NOTE! There's an excellent Farmers Market on Saturday's in Rock Hill from 10-1pm from June to September also. Come find us there! Located on a quiet back road in southern Berkshire county. Dandelion Hill Farm is a sustainable, micro-goat dairy. Friendly goats, gardens galore, goat milk and fresh cheese and eggs are all aspects of this charismatic farm. The tiny comfortable cottage is newly renovated with a kitchenette and full size bed. Overlooks gardens, goat pastures and small barns. Right behind the cottage is a compostable outhouse and a propane heated outdoor shower that delivers warm to hot water. Access a trail head just behind the property that leads to Stockbridge Munsee overlook facing West. 3 miles up the road in New Marlbororough, is Umpachene falls that spills into the konkapot river. This was sacred ground for the Stockbridge Munsee Tribe. -Wooded acres behind the farm with walking trails - Mix of hard wood and pines border the farm. - Stone ledges and out croppings of rock on the hills - Fruit trees, vegetable and perennial gardens grace the land. -Lots of hiking trails close by including the AT and Land Trust Conservancy trails, swimming holes and lakes. -15 mins to the town Of Great Barrington. CREATE A FARM STAY! Experience our small biodynamic farm. Volunteer to Collect eggs, feed goats, play with the baby goats and harvest fresh produce for your meals. Enjoy swimming, hiking, chilling, fires and sunsets views without any light pollution or street noise. Designed as a retreat for the modern creative, the cabin is fully off-grid but features Starlink Internet, a compost toilet and heat / AC. We do provide 5 gallons drinking / cleaning water, but during the winter no sinks or showers are operable. Nearby towns (Kent, CT / Wassaic, NY) have awesome art, shopping and plenty of food options as well as easy access to the Appalachian trail and Macedonia state park. 15 minutes from the Wassaic metro north station, the cabin can be reach by taxi. The cabin is accessible by car, but may require a short hike in after heavy rain or snow. This cabin is part of the Offsite Camp family (www.offsite.camp).

Trails Head Tiny House

Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is not an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house. The space The Tiny House is located in a very private and remote location that sits next to thousands of acres of state land with beautiful hiking trails and access to the Neversink River. Guest access Private and easy parking with short hike down hill to the site if you are unable to drive directly to the site (NOTE: During the winter months all guests must park in the designated parking spot and hike to the site. You cannot drive as a result of the unpredictable weather) While the hike is short, some parts are steep, so please walk slowly and take your time. Driving to the site can only be done during the spring and summer months and requires a high clearance Truck, Jeep or SUV with all wheel drive or 4-Wheel Drive ONLY. Keypad on the front door for easy entry. Other details to note Unless you have an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle, Please DO NOT drive or attempt to drive to the tiny house site. IF you decide to drive an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle, it is at your own risk and the owners are not responsible for any damages. (NOTE: During the winter months all guests must park in the designated parking spot and hike to the site. You cannot drive as a result of the unpredictable weather) Please keep in mind the WIFI and lights are solar powered, therefore we cannot always guarantee its consistency. Please also note this site is off grid with a rain-catch water system, therefore we cannot guarantee there will always be running water. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT DRINK THIS WATER. The outdoor shower has been updated with a hot water rain catch system. Please be conscious of your water usage, as the water for the shower is collected via a gutter system. If you run out of water in the shower you will need to wait for the next rainfall for it to collect and build back up. During the late fall and winter months, this site will be open to winter campers who come prepared with the necessities and truly know how to winter camp. There will be no running water during this time and the solar will not work as well as it does during the summer months. We recommend not using the electric during the daytime hours, as this helps conserve power for when you will need to use it at night. We provide the following linens: fitted sheet for the full size bed in the loft, 4 sleeping bags, and 4 pillows. Anything additional must be brought by the guest.
