Happy Trails will strive to keep your camping experience peaceful and private by not renting to more than one party at a time in the same area unless requested for larger group experiences. Our home is located 1/4 +/- mile from most sites. We are dog lovers and well behaved dogs are welcome as long as owners notify us in advance, keep them in control and clean up after them.

A great spot for a quiet coffee in the morning, walk in the woods, or just a night around the campfire with friends. Our sites include fire ring and picnic table for your use. Sorry, at this time we don't offer utilities, however we do have a porta-potty onsite for campers use. Many of our campers are here to disconnect, but most of the sites offer good cell service.
Plenty of woods and fields to wander through. Days are filled with wildlife. Turkey & deer that hang out in the lawn, peepers and even the coyotes at night! We also have a handful of Eagles that can be seen pretty often too! We offer wooded and open area hiking around the property.
The property is located in the quiet hills in New York's Finger Lakes Region. Just 20 minutes from Keuka Lake and 25 to all the shopping and dining experiences that you could ever want in downtown Corning along with hundreds of NYS
breweries and wineries to enjoy during the day.
Their are several nearby rivers and lakes to canoe or kayak, hiking trails all over the region and even in our own backyard! We hope to see you soon!

Site #4 offers the best view! However it is close to our house so if you want more privacy we recommend staying at one of the other sites. But their is plenty of room here for a larger group.
Site #5 is secluded by itself on the far side of the field on the right hand side of our driveway. The best way to get to it is to take the road to the end of the field. You will find an vehicle accessible path next to the tree line.

Just outside the quaint town of Austin sits a vivid reminder of one of Pennsylvania's worst disasters – the Austin Flood. In 1909, the dam was constructed on Freeman Run to power the Bayless Papermill downstream. Many wondered if the dam was safe. On September 30, 1911, Austin found out. Poor construction, coupled with torrential rain, resulted in the dam's collapse. Nearly 400 million gallons of water were released, destroying everything for 8 miles. At least 78 people perished in the tragedy. It was the second worst flood disaster in Pennsylvania's history and sixth worst dam failure in U.S. history. The tragedy sparked new legislation to improve dam safety, and the Austin Dam was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The ruins of the dam still stand, surrounded by a 76-acre park, as a tribute to the lives lost in the Austin Flood. Don't miss one of Potter County's best kept secrets!

Bring a water filter, water is safe but has the sulfur smell. A charcoal filter is recommended.
The circular driveway provides easy access. Toy hauler or horse trailers welcome. ATV can get in the DCNR connector trail right from the driveway. Hunters are welcome to hunt the many acres of public land in the area. Not permitted on our property.
There is wildlife including bear, deer and Turkey we often see ducks, eagles, gross beaks, and cardinals just to name a few.
This is the place to come to park you RV and retreat to the creek in back of property if you want time to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
There may be other people on the property if we are there or if the house is rented. There is plenty of space for all.

Our full hook-up camp is in the middle of a small Amish community near the Finger Lakes. Amish buggies pass by occasionally especially on the Sunday where they meet at a neighbors for church fellowship. Our Amish are very friendly and will wave to let you know. There are Amish shops and baked good stands throughout the countryside that are fun to visit. A map of the shops is available to help you. Their shops are not open on Sunday however. The camp is close to the road where it is an easy in and out. We have full hookups...electric, water, and sewer (I have an extra 10 sewer hose if you need it). We are close to Stony Brook State Park, Conesus Lake, Deer Run Winery, Letchworth State Park, Livingston County Murals, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Park (overlook!), Erie Canal, and Geneseo State College. This camp is a nice hub to explore western NYS... going North, South, East, West to see the sites or hike.

We loved camping here. Marie and her family were extremely accommodating & friendly. The campsite is awesome. It is secluded and there is allot of area for your exclusive use while camping here. My daughter loved watching the cows play. The outhouse provided was spotless and the outdoor showered is really cool. Some unexpected added features were the provided hammocks, and welcoming packet that included chicken food to feed the chickens on the farm. I almost hate to leave this honest review - because I want the site to be available when I want to use it. Lol. We will definitely stay here again. (Hopefully very soon)

This campground was a gem to stay at. I'll give you the good and the "bad". The hosts were quite hospitable and have done a wonderful job adding some great amenities to the campground like the communal kitchen which is well stocked, WiFi connection and bath house. It's a great place to hang out with family and friends, make delicious meals together and play games. The downside is that you can hear the trucks and cars from the highway whizzing by regardless the time of day and the barking of dogs. For someone who lives in the city I was hoping for a quiet getaway but that didn't happen. Despite this, however, I definitely would recommend this place because the hospitality from the hosts and beautiful scenery makes up for it. I'd be open to coming back (I just wouldn't tent camp like I did) next year though.

This was my second time to visit, and just like last time. . It was amazing. I took my grandson with me for his first camping trip. The stars at night and frozen pond blew his mind! We had a great night at Plum Good Campground! The sites are very roomy, and the property is beautiful! We plan to stop again on our way back through the area.

Work in progress with enormous potential. Owners are dedicated to the upgrade of this campground. Stayed in the 200 section that had water hookups and 30amp. It was pleasant, quiet, large sites with friendly people. They had the biggest bonfire going I've ever seen. When they finish the 100 section right along the ischuia creek, this could be the gem of the Olean Franklinville area. I would consider a seasonal site here in the future.

The new owners are making lots of terrific changes at the campground; they were friendly and engaged. Even drove out in the pouring rain to help us find our spot!
The campground itself is made up of lawn spots, some of which are next to the creek. It's a pretty open layout, but we felt like we had some sense of privacy, as well.
