Stress Free Camping at Little Duck Farm Come enjoy the peaceful country vibe at our small family "farmette". We have a beautiful private spot tucked away at the edge of the woods all set up just for you. Our 4 acre property features chickens, ducks, a friendly barn cat, gardens, and an old farm house across the field. It is a very special and calm space in a rural town. Our family has been working to restore the farm house and develop a small farm. Adjacent to the property is a patch of woods where the campsite is nestled into. Campers have a private vintage camper along with a fire pit, hammock, and outdoor table and chairs. We do have a farm stand in front of the house, which guests are welcome to shop. Products we sell include maple syrup, honey, coffee, wood crafts, handcrafted tea blends, fresh eggs, fresh veggies (in season) and other homemade goodies. Enjoy the mountain views, fragrant wildflowers, crisp night sky, fireflies, calming sounds of nature, farm fresh offerings, and the many amenities and activities available in the area. Biking, hiking, climbing, golfing, disc golfing, horseback riding, snow and water fun, farms, breweries, and so much more all within a short drive. 2 minutes from the village of Greenville, 30 from Windham and Hudson, 45 from Albany, 2 1/2 hours from NYC. Only stayed for a quick night in our way up to Maine. But it was easy to find and a cute location! Cabin gets chilly (no insulation) but manageable with a good sleeping bag. Loved playing with the farm dogs, and the eggs were delicious!

The cabin is in a natural setting. The amenities in the cabin and outdoors made for a flexible but relaxing stay. The surrounding towns were easily accessible for shopping and exploring. Everything is well thought out with the needs of guests in mind. Caitrin was a considerate and friendly host. I highly recommend The Little Red Cabin.

Weekend Trip to Riverfront Ritz Campsite

I strongly recommend staying at this beautiful camp site, Rita is absolutely amazing we had great time, watching the stars at night was very nice and relaxing. Lake George is near by for great times and views. I’d recommend bringing at AWD car or suv/truck. RITA is the best host ever anything you need she will respond and give right away. We will definitely come back in the summer.

Such an amazing weekend! Spectacular views, kayaking down the river, glamping at its finest with literally everything you need. Seriously, bring bedding, food, a good book, and a power bank and you are set. Rita is such a lovely and thoughtful host. We will definitely be back. Very limited service with Verizon which personally I loved to be able to escape for a weekend. We've been fortunate to stay at a lot of cool hipcamps and airbnbs/vrbos but this is one for the books 😊

Kimberly was a wonderful host! For the first time ever, I couldn't find the driveway and Kim was quick was guide me through. We had such a fun night despite the torrential downpours. Sad we didn't get to enjoy more in nicer weather. The farm dogs were a joy and Lucky Dog spent the night with us 🥰

Beautiful farm with a friendly host and a bunch of friendly dogs that greeted us when we arrived and came to the cabin to see us when we woke up in the morning. It was a peaceful night and we enjoyed being able to feed and learn about the alpacas. There are also chickens and turkeys roaming about. A real treat for animal lovers. Will definitely come back!

Good communication. Easily accessible,Quiet, spaced out sites. We're campers and have lots of great but sometimes it's nice not having to deal with a tent. Came prepared to sleep on the floor but the cabin has a very comfortable bed.

Rita was an amazing host and the camping area was awesome! She was super friendly and walked us through how to use everything right when we got there. We loved being secluded on the water and spent a lot of time kayaking on the River. She really has thought about everything you could want in a glamping situation and it was more stocked than any other hip camp we’ve stayed in. We also had our two dogs who were able to be off leash and they had a blast! We would highly suggest this to anybody looking for a great experience
