Lovely campsite, the tent was clean and spacious. View is exactly as pictured. Tarah was great with communication, and I would happily recommend this spot for anyone wanting an easy glamping experience!

Beautiful view, wonderful set up, has everything one would need, so cozy and loved by my kids! We hope to return again soon!
This place was awesome. Tara thought of everything you could possibly need. A/C for the warm summer nights, an outdoor shower, beautiful fire ring, chairs, bbq with grilling utensils, etc. I could not speak more highly of the setup. My group had an unforgettable time at this site. Do yourselves a favor and book here - you would not regret it.

It was clean and organized. everything was well thought and simple to find and operate. This is one of the few glamping sites which I feel is perfect all year round.
We honestly weren't sure what to expect for our weekend in the Bell tent. Sure, the hipcamp posting looked beautiful but we were were skeptical about how private it'd actually be & with a rainy weekend forecast we began our trip hoping for the best but prepared for the worst. However, all of our concerns melted away as we pulled up to the bell tent. The location is absolutely stunning. Nestled in the lush mountain, we woke up to a view I continue to dream about. The tent itself is MASSIVE and sooo roomy. It's stocked with everything you could need including an incredibly comfortable queen bed, mini fridge, wood burning stove, all the necessities one could need while camping and beautiful string lights that provide the perfect ambient lighting. Despite the scattered showers, we spent our days hiking down the road in cherry plain state park and checking out some of the local farmers markets and antique shops in the neighboring towns of Berlin and New Lancaster. We even welcomed the rain at night as the sounds of drops hitting our tent was the perfect calming white noise to put us to sleep. So yeah - this place is amazing and we will DEFINITELY be coming back!
OH! I almost forgot to mention how incredible the host, Tarah, is! She reached out ahead of time with additional info and provided an entire spreadsheet of things to do in the area. what's more, when she saw the weather forecast was bad for my dates she offered to push my weekend back a day since it was clearing up. <3

We had such a wonderful stay! Tarah was great with communication and gave immediate responses when we had any questions. Gorgeous views, private spot, and easy to find when arriving. 10/10 weekend trip!
Everything about my experience with the friends that I with was nothing short of perfect view the set up the communication the simplicity on getting there with The directions Given it truly is a trip that I’ll remember forever. Everything was perfect. There’s nothing more to be said.
The location was beautiful and the tent was quite comfy and well-equipped. The site was private and easy to reach. The host Tarah's directions were great and she was incredibly responsive and helpful

Private Mountainous Bell Tent
This is the ultimate glamping spot! Camping is a lot of work, why not make it just a little easier and have everything set up for you before you get there? This place doesn’t remove all the work, but it sure does make it easier!
The tent was big enough for 4 of us and a dog and had just about everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy, especially with the little wood stove and the rain pattering on the canvas in the morning. Making it even more magical were the views of the taconic mountains and the fog rolling through the valley. There are tons of amazing hiking trails very close by, and Williamstown and North Adams are about 20 minutes away. The owner is very friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!

Private Mountainous Bell Tent
Our stay at the Mountainous Bell Tent was nothing short of the perfect Hipcamp experience. It was a seamless and comfortable getaway, where everything was thoughtfully arranged for us. The campsite was incredibly spacious and private, making it ideal for both kids and pets to run around.
The star of the show was, undoubtedly, the large tent itself. It boasted a queen-sized bed, plush chairs that could be converted into single beds, a reliable Wi-Fi connection, a fridge, and a wood-burning stove. The stove was particularly wonderful for those chilly mornings and evenings, quickly heating the tent and keeping it cozy. The abundance of firewood on-site was a bonus, perfect for either the stove or the outdoor fire ring.
We also enjoyed the shaded deck, complete with plenty of outdoor seating. The breathtaking views of the Taconic Mountains added to the picturesque setting, especially when watching the sunrise. If only every Hipcamp could be as well-equipped and beautifully situated as this one!
This land has outrageous views of the mountains. Tarah was incredibly communicative and pleasant to deal with in the lead up to the trip. The tent was clean, spacious, and well appointed upon our arrival. Would highly recommend!!
