The land is a 200 acre former dairy farm. Currently rotated crops of soy beans, corn and hay are being farmed. The property boarders the Genesee River. Christie creek runs through the property and empties into the Genesee. The site is located at a bend in the creek just past a small pond, adjacent to the Genesee Valley Greenway Trail. Nearby activities include horse back riding, biking, hiking and boating.
