We have a small, 4 acre spot in the country, surrounded by farmland and woodland, and it adjoins hundreds of acres of state land and private property that both allow for hiking, nature walks, bird spotting, biking, and quiet. We're close to Letchworth State Park, quaint country villages, Darien Lake, and we're 40 minutes from Buffalo and Rochester. We have space for RVs and campers.

2026 Update: We have a new, slightly larger, slightly fancier tent. We'll update as the weather improves and we're all set up. If you have questions, please contact us. We can work with your plans and make many accommodations. Our 16.5' diameter canvas bell tent is set in a secluded tree line, surrounded by fields and woodland on gently rolling hills. The tent includes a woodstove (with a hot-water reservoir), and we have an air mattress and cot available. There are beautiful creeks and some small waterfalls (they tend to be dry in late summer and fall). The tent CAN sleep 6, but that will be tight for adults. If you have a larger group, we recommend bringing another tent. This is a rustic setting, and you will need to come prepared to camp. We can provide firewood for a small fee. For tent campers and RVs, please see our other listing - we have a woods clearing, and a large lawn on a private road, with only a cemetery nearby. We have hundreds of acres adjacent with hiking and walking trails. We're 2 miles from the Genesee County Park, 18 miles from Letchworth State Park, and 17 miles from Darien Lake State Park.

Our country lawn and woodland are available for simple tent camping beside a lovely expanse of hilly farmland. It's all perfect for day hikes and biking, bird watching, and exercise. This is bare-bones camping, but we can provide firewood. Other campers might be enjoying our property as well, but there is plenty of space to spread out. I really loved the site and it was peaceful. I visited with the residents of the cemetery. I liked learning about their lives and reading quotes on their head stones. I didn't have any visitors from the afterlife come to visit me , so mutual respect was obtained, as always. I liked the wooded area and shade from the heat. I had one burst of A@T roaming, which was enough to check my Gig Work app. I am a full time work camper and noamd. Thank you

We had a great time! It's a beautiful location, especially in the fall. The tent kept out the little bit of bad weather we had. Plenty of area for nature walks/hikes and so quiet! Perfect place for a quiet getaway.

Me and my friend went here for a couple nights with our pups and absolutely loved it. The space was tucked away with a creek running along the back of the site, very peaceful. There were hundreds of fireflies at night and the stars were out which made for a beautiful night. Scott was very helpful and accommodating as well. Would highly recommend!
