Neighborhood description Rustic Run is a secluded cabin located on private land surrounded by timber lands and the Allegheny National Forest. Access to hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing fishing, hunting, geocaching, wildlife viewing, ATV and snowmobile trails are all within a short drive. A handful of golfing options are available within a 30-minute radius or less. The bridge on the property crosses over the creek and provides access to the area timber lands and Allegheny National Forest. There is a cooperative agreement between the timber lands and ANF which allows for non-motorized, public use. Off trail-hiking is plentiful all around the cabin. Chapman State Park is about a 10 minute drive. Kinzua Dam; Jake's Rocks are 20-25 minute drive. Open year-round. Getting around Winter Months Require 4WD vehicles to access cabin. Although, the road is well maintained Pennsylvania winters can create unexpected conditions. Road and driveway are icy during winter and early spring. Clean air and a clean campground❣️Definitely had a hippy vibe to it, and was not far from the highway. The staff was in contact with me right after my same day reservation, and the owner I met was welcoming. There are port a potties and showers available, but they are in the process of building an actual bathhouse. There is also a pet fee to be aware of. I would describe this as rustic camping, so do not expect something like a formal campground with paved parking spots, fire rings, and picnic tables at the sites. Think open farm field, walk in woods camping. I would stay again❣️

The host was outstanding, the spot was super cute and easy to camp at and it was a great experience. The spot is right off the road, across the street from a stream and down the street from a dam where you can easily go hang out and/or fish without a lot of other people around. There's a picnic table, swing, trash can and fire pit, as shown in the pics. The pond is right next to the campsite, yet somehow I did not get bothered by a single mosquito even though they eat me alive in my own backyard that does not have any kind of water nearby. It was really convenient and just a super easy place to camp. My only warning to other campers is not to park too far in beyond the fire pit- my dumb arse got a Jeep Gladiator stuck in the mud. Susan and her husband had to come tow me out, which they did with ease and they were really nice about it, even though I interrupted their entire Sunday. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

The hosts were so wonderful to chat with and very welcoming! The campground was amazing, from the expansive sites complete with water and power hookups (if needed) to the many various glamping sites. It is an eclectic mix of fun for everyone! The little store in the trolly was super cute. This place has it all. I would definitely recommend this place for family gatherings or the solo adventurer.

Weekend Trip to Triple Dream Farm

Marie’s land was nothing short of beautiful. The campsite was clean and cozy, with both useful and fun supplies to make us feel welcomed. The cleaned porta-potty was very much appreciated. The sink and shower with hot water was a rare find for my group and I, but a game changer! We included the farm tour with Marie during our stay, where we learned about the farm’s upcoming, fed the animals, and collected some eggs for our breakfast. The town was sadly experiencing a drought, so our plans to tube down the river turned into floating around the farm’s pond- I think that turned out to be my favorite part! The incredible stargazing (and shooting stars) also deserve some attention. As a heads up, our group didn’t get any service out at the site (though the towns just a short drive away). I highly recommend Marie’s land to anyone looking for a secluded yet entertaining camping trip. We would love to come back!

Our group had the best time at this campground. Absolutely no complaints! The hosts were friendly. The sites were very spacious and flat, great for tents or RVs! This would be a great spot for newer campers with the extra accommodations, games, and kitchen amenities. Bathrooms, outhouse, and showers were very clean. Great spot for birdwatching and stargazing as well. We have stayed at many Hipcamps and State Parks but this was our favorite so far. We will be coming back next year!

Camping at Triple Dream Farm was one of the best experience we could have on our first camping trip in 10 years. It had amazing amenities like a hot shower, bathroom and amazing views. Marie and her granddaughter were helpful and a joy to get to meet for our tour. Definitely worth it while youre here. We will cherish this visit until our next one.
