Founded in 1955 as a campground, amusement park and pay to fish lake, lake lucy has a rich history of having families spending time together. After the death of lake lucys founder Raymond Mealy in 2007 the amusements and train were all removed as well as the zoo. The Steinman family purchased the property in 2017 and began remodeling the pavilion and putting in water and sewer lines to be able to use the campground and pavilion again. It has been a place for the Steinman and Mealy families and friends to enjoy for the last few years and we felt it was time to once again welcome the public to enjoy our property! We currently have 11 sites with full hookups (water, sewer, electric(50/30/20amp). The campground water will be turned off November 10th due to freezing temperatures. Water is available on site for campers and campers can use the bath house. In the bath house there is 1 full bathroom with a shower and the other bathroom is just a half bath. Quiet and peaceful, come relax and enjoy time with your family at lake Lucy!   we are also conveniently located close to the bike trail near clarion as well as the bike trails in cook forest and oil creek state park. We loved camping here with our motor home and 2 doxies. It was very quiet. The accommodations are super. Definitely would recommend this campground.

What an amazing camping experience. This host family was amazing, so kind and helpful. The grounds were clean, the bath house and restrooms were spectacular and close to all sites. Quiet location, and the fishing was great. We will gladly be staying here again.

I never made it to the camping site so I cannot provide a review for my stay, I needed to attend to a family emergency and when I did have a chance to cancel, it was past the cancellation for full refund deadline. However, I probably would not book here again just based on the cancellation policy.

The location was quiet and exactly as advertised. The generous spacing between camp sites was really great. With only a small amount of spaces the location was a positive point for us and our dog as very relaxed and enjoyed the less crowding environment. Hearing the birds, crickets and quiet was perfect. The facilities were very clean. Communication from Marci was excellent with both detailed information for our check in to nearly immediate response time. The campgrounds close proximity to Cook Forest was really perfect and we look forward to making a reservation in the future.

We loved our trip to this clean and quiet little campground! The separate fishing and swimming ponds were fantastic! The owner, Marci, was easy to communicate with and super friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend! We will definitely be camping here again!

Steinman farms at Lake Lucy
Great spacious area. Very quiet at night. The area was well maintained and having access to a bathroom and shower was a bonus. Matt was very friendly and met us at the spot, gave us firewood and cushions for the chairs. The pavilion space next to the site looks like a great spot to host a party.

Can’t say enough good about the hosts. Easy to get to. Solid driveway. Clean facilities. Beautiful view. If you love hearing the clip-clip of horse-and-buggy going down the road multiple times a day and falling asleep to the sounds of nature, you will love it here. Having access to the bathroom and shower facilities right there is a huge plus!! This place, just minutes from Cooks Forest, is top-tier hipcamp!
