The Hot water is limited because this is a cabin in the woods with its own Hot water tank.
It is not hooked up to a Municipal water supply system with unlimited Hot water. You
need to let the water Heat up again in the Tank for more hot water if multiple people are taking showers around the same time.
During or right after a NorthEast Tropical Storm or Severe weather the power can go out.
It will go back on !! Take advantage of the many Candles, Lantern and Board Games to play!

The cabin has its own Underground water well that goes 180 ft below the ground to pump up fresh, clean, Naturally purified chemical free Spring catskill water. Your hair and skin will feel soft and clean. You DO NOT NEED to BUY Bottle WATER. Save our environment and dont BUY plastic water bottles. Just let the water Run for a minute so it is nice and cold.

The stream water going across the driveway is safe for your dog to drink. My dogs drink it all the time. It is filled with crawfish, frogs, minnows and salamanders.
