Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's.
Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows.
There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites.
Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive.
Cool and brand new Brewery opening up soon right across the rd from Cowtown and right next to The best Cowboy outfitter.

Want to be close to Long Beach Island (LBI) without the crowds? You've found the place! Our lot is 1.22 acres only several miles away from LBI, New Jersey. The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight.
We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome.
Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. Camp next to a peaceful trickling creek just outside Phoenixville and Kimberton. We are a suburban oasis, surrounded by a little bit of everything. Our homestead has plenty of activity including kids, dogs, and chickens, and bees! We have a fully wooded area available to explore across the creek, and weather dependent- the creek is a great place to stay cool. You'll see lots of growing fruit trees in our developing orchard and we are happy to share our vision for this beautiful land!
We have two campsites available for you to choose between for your stay. Both sites are along the creek, however, one has a view of some nearby houses and is a short walk to the parking spot [Creekside]. The other site is more secluded, past the tree line, but a further walk from where you are able to park. [Hillside] If needed, we are happy to lend you a wagon to haul your gear. Please let us know if you have questions and your preference of site.
We have a cabin-like bathroom and partial kitchen you will have access to during your stay. We always have cold water available for purchase in the fridge. There is trail access easily accessible from our home (the closest is approximately 1 mile), for paved or natural trail exploration. We are are a great stopping point for cyclists enjoying the area.
It's a short drive to downtown Phoenixville with some of the best breweries around. Phoenixville is home to a great farmers market on Saturday mornings and numerous festivals. Also, close-by is the lovely quaint village of Kimberton, home of the best organic grocery store and many opportunities for hiking and small farms.

Susannah’s site was a great spot to tent camp. We spent the weekend exploring longwood gardens and winterteur, and it was convenient to both locations. Some folks mentioned it being noticeable being close to the road. We experienced this as well - headlights did come into the tent from time to time, but it really wasn’t bothersome. We would gladly return. Waking up to the horses running in the nearby pasture was a treat, and I enjoyed birdwatching in the field.

My husband, 3-year-old and I had a blast spending the weekend here! So much to do, see, and space to be. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit (lots of firewood) and with the animals. My kiddo couldn’t get enough of it. Bonus was the owner’s friendly dog who kept visiting our camp site. Special appreciation for the owner’s flexibility and consistent communication. Overall, had a great time and will definitely be back!

I liked it. There were miniature ponies outside my window at night, it was cool to occasionally hear pony sounds when I was in bed. Animals were friendly. She was working on adding extra ammenaties, which I though made it look like she cared. Environment was nice. Asked for extra accomodations and she helped me out. Easy to get in.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it's such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay with excellent walks by the river and into the woods.
It's about as basic as camping gets with no easily accessible amenities but this is made clear in the listing and actually what I wanted. The site itself is not entirely flat so you need to spend a little time to find a decent spot to pitch the tent. Also I arrived too close to dark which was my own fault but did it a little more difficult to set up but....that was all on me.
The instructions from the owner were great and I really appreciated how it was just turn up and get on with enjoying the area.
As long as you come prepared for having everything covered xyou need to camp and firm in the knowledge that theres a 3-4min walk to the site from the parking spot you'll have a wonderful stay here.
Also to add that I took an ebike with a trailer to take everything from the parking spot to the site which made everything so much easier. A gorilla cart or similar would be great also if you have one.
Thanks Susannah for sharing your wonderful piece of Pennsylvania countryside with my young son and I, it was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and and bustle of Philadelphia.

Right off the highway (about 3 minutes!) but far enough to feel secluded and peaceful. You will hear some highway noise but that didn’t bother me. Felt very safe. Great sunset view over a meadow. Sweet horses will come right up to your site for a curious hello.

We really enjoyed our Amish Farm stay. We booked last minute and arrived after dark. Karen was very responsive. The sheep were bleating all night which takes a bit to get used to. In the morning our kids wantered over and the farmer let them bottle feed some newborns and gave them a tour. My wife caught up with them for part of the tour. Fire pit was nice and cool that they include wood.

Martín was an excellent host. The tent campsite is level, clear and quiet. Martin accommodated our need to fit an off-road trailer by allowing us to camp in the front field which still adjoins mine run but is closer to the road. We had a lovely evening with a fire pit and the sounds of the water and the "singing" frogs.

This site and host exceeded our expectations. We booked the riding ring sites, but ended up setting up at Wildberry Rest. The site was just large enough to fit a 20ft camper, an SUV with tent attached and more, along with the bell tent at the site. It has a lovely view and includes a fire pit, propane grill, and outdoor furniture. Access to water, electricity, and ice is available a short walk down to the barn.
Our host Greg, was incredible as he bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He offered great recommendations for activities and dining options. We appreciated his flexibility for our check-in and out days.
One thing that makes this spot stand out from others is the access to all the friendly farm animals. You can get your animal fix in with the cute goats, sheep, chickens, horses, and pigs. Our dogs loved off-leash play time with their new barnyard friends.
The area has so much to see and do, whether it be outdoor activities or shopping/dining experiences, you won't be bored! Everything is within about a 30 min drive (Super Walmart and a grocery store are a ten minute drive).
We are making this place a yearly tradition because we had such a wonderful time.
