We are located on a private 36 acres of mostly woodland. We abut 100 acres of conservation land and another 100 acres of private woodlands. Park at the end of Farley Rd on the RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD. The sites are a short 5 minute hike to the campsites. The property on the left side of Farley Road is private property, no trespassing, be respectful. There is a marsh and a creek on the property that support myriad wildlife. There are owls, loons, eagles, hawks, hermit thrushes, robins, turkeys, song birds and herons. There are deer, moose, bear(don't leave your food out!), chipmunks, squirrels, opossum, raccoons(don't leave your food out!), skunks, minks, otters and many other species in our neighborhood. We live at the end of a dead end road with very little traffic. No potable water provided, bring a filter and filter fresh water while you are here. Outhouse is easily accessible for all campers. Just before the Quiet campsite there is a trail for the outhouse on the right. Thank you!

THIS CAN BE RENTED AS A CAMPSITE ONLY. Our 3-acre property is surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots country charm. At one point in the early 1900's it was home to itinerant farmers who farmed the nearby fields. Our property was the dumping grounds for the stones/rocks that were pulled from the fields. You will notice lots of them throughout the property! Our site is a well manicured area near our house on a 3-acre parcel. There is lots of sun and shade depending on when and where you happen to be on the site. There is plenty of space to pull out your favorite lawn game and a great firepit to keep warm at night. We are about 10 minutes from Clough State Park where there is plenty to do including swimming, paddling, biking, hiking, ATVing, etc. Our site has 50amp service and filtered well water (2 spigots). Depending on how long your RV is, you may not be able to put our your awning all the way.

We had an amazing stay at this Hipcamp! The pond area was beautiful, the site was set up with everything we needed, and there were hiking trails right from the site. Mark was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Really great site for those camping with pups!! There is one other site on Ed’s property so you share the outhouse, but the sites have tree cover for privacy and unless the other campers are loud you won’t really hear them. The fenced site has a great amount of space for the dogs to run and play, and is fully contained with wire fencing so you don’t have to worry about keeping them on a leash… unless your dog is an escape artist :) Really great size fire pit, and we were excited that the site comes with a picnic table too. Ed was very welcoming, and there are lots of nice touches for the pups throughout the site — highly recommend!!

I loved staying on Jon’s property. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The cabin had a comfy bed and plenty of room to spread out. After an unexpected event forced me to arrive a day later than expected Jon graciously offered me the cabin for an additional night at no charge. He told me about all the trails on the property and brought me some fresh eggs. I didn’t leave the property and just explored with a couple mile walk. My dog loved being free to explore and chase Jon’s dogs. It was the perfect couple of days away to unwind before going back to school.

The descriptions on the app are accurate for getting to our site. You need a high clearance vehicle to access the ceremony site. The portapotties were a 5 minute walk from the ceremony site which isn't very convenient. Overall a good stay.

Ceremony site is very peaceful. We came in 2 cars, and one car had to be left at the beginning of the road to the site, which we expected. It is a fun road in, if you like a little off-roading (which we do!). We had the mining sites to ourselves, which was unexpected. My 7 year old granddaughter can't wait to go back! She had a blast diging for gems. The porta-potties were the cleanest I have seen in a long time. The dogs got to spend their time exploring and playing. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

My 2 teenagers and I had a really good time camping the tent and all the accessories provided made it less stressful for a Friday after work.. we were NOT prepared for the bathroom accommodations and that there were not any other bathrooms to utilize, even on the beach there wasn’t a bathroom??? Odd!!! Also the directions weren’t clear.. we drove around for over an hour trying to find the camp.. I also tried to contact Donna and never heard back.. Frustrating!! Eventually we found the camp and we enjoyed every minute we had together!!

Weekend Trip to Owl's Nest

This was a fun and rustic campsite. I stayed at the Mossy spot and would highly recommend this over the Quiet spot, which looked very bumpy. I stayed here with my son, and it was a little intimidating because we were deep in the backwoods (about a 10-15 minute short hike/trail from the car)...but the morning view was so lovely and serene. I saw a recommendation to bring a wagon, so I brought an alll terrrain outdoor wagon which I was able to bring through the slightly hilly trail and only make 2 trips (took about 45mins to an hour to unpack, def not car camping). The other sites farther away are def a very longer hike from the car. I'd say this is for more of an experienced camper who enjoys being in the woods and appreciating the beauty of nature. We heard coyotes at night far away, and it was both a lil scary and mesmerizing because they howl and chant and kinda laugh in synchronicity. I have a sedan and had to drive very slowly over the rougher terrain. I would recommend not driving during the rain or at night unless you have a 4-wheel drive...but it's def doable with a sedan if you drive about 10 mph to the site. So happy we stayed here; it allowed me to discover my immense love for New Hampshire.
