The private and secluded Camp sits at the edge of the meadow on 40 acres. It offers multiple sites for vista viewing, camping and fire pits set along two seasonal creeks. Available for one camping party's exclusive use, basic camping comforts include picnic tables, metal and stone fire pits, and an out house with a view. Follow the lower creek out from the Camp into the meadow and Valley floor to find a damned swimming hole. The camp host came out to meet each arriving party and guide them to their spot (as most of us rolled in after dark). Later she started a bonfire, and for the next couple of hours folks congregated in small groups talking about where they had been and where they were going. Very enjoyable social experience. Cooking facilities were excellent. They are outdoor, but it does not often rain here. Wind was moderate the night I was there. Two bathrooms (flush toilets and running water) quite close to the campsites.

The tent site was perfect; it was very peaceful, with wonderful views in all directions. Wendy was super and offered to get us extra wood for the fire since the wood on site was a bit moist from recent rain. We would definitely camp here again!

This is the most incredible property, with the most incredible host! A peaceful sanctuary that allows one to get back in alignment with their own self in a lovely natural setting. I HIGHLY recommend for women on a healing journey, artists and writers needing to clear out blocks, or spiritual seekers in need of some sanctuary! This place has all the "magicalness" of Sedona & Mt. Shasta! A yearly visit is now on my calendar in order to give myself a much needed retreat! Camping at Willow woods was beautiful and private and I loved watching the Beavers, Owls, and Hawks. I also stayed at Tiny Blue, which was so comfortable, had beautiful views, and lots of cool outdoor sitting areas. The tiny kitchen had everything I needed and gave me the luxury of staying for an entire week! You can tell that Wendy loves being a host and believes in the sanctity of what she has created here, and it's reflected in every detail of the property itself and within her personal enthusiasm! This truly is a "choose your own adventure" experience!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars!

Perfect space for family camping trip. Water, electricity, and wifi available 🤩 Jason, our host, was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. This spot is also close to a really nice lake! About 15-20 min walk to the lake or 5min by car.

What a great campground! Plenty of space for you and your friends to set up tents with enough space in between for privacy even! Porta-potty was clean and well-maintained. Plenty of branches and wood you can grab around for a campfire, and you can even buy some from Jason if you prefer the convenience. Easy to find and great communication with Jason as well. And access to the cute lake is definitely a plus! Love the outdoor shower as well but the addition of a small curtain for extra privacy would be extra perfect! All in all it was a great home base for our Winnemuca lake hike; highly recommended!

Jason was an awesome host and the site was great. Plenty of space for people to spread out their tents. We had about 10, feel like you could have at least 20 easy. Plenty of firewood available, ac power, water, clean porta potty also available. The fire pit is kinda close to one of the houses on the property but it doesn’t feel intrusive at all. All the tent spots are very secluded. Jason’s lake permit turned out to be super handy. Even when day use was full, we were let right in with the pass. Jason was super helpful with giving tips on where to go on the lake or nearby restaurants etc. We had a great time at the lake during the day and partied through the night at the campsite. Jason was so chill and friendly. If you have a large group of people you’re trying to get together for a camping party, this is a great spot to do it at.

With cleared out roads, signs, hand made maps, even composting toilets, and seriously the world’s most inviting and informative host- this is the spot to camp! Weekend Trip to Jason R.’s Land

What a great three days we spent onJason’s land. I really needed a restful mini vacation with my dog, and Jason’s policy of renting to only one group at a time meant we had the entire campground to ourselves. The woods are beautiful and peaceful, and they provide just enough in the way of amenities to make camping really easy and comfortable. One note for those traveling with dogs: the lake that you can hike to doesn’t allow dogs to swim, so while it’s a great hike and a beautiful lake, don’t count on it for relief from the heat for your dog if you camp in hot weather. We drove an hour to South Lake Tahoe one day when it was projected to be 93 in Pollock Pines.

This is the second time I’ve camped on Wendy’s land. It is perfect for a quick stopover, but I could also hang out there all day. It’s beautiful, quiet, the stars are amazing, and I felt safe camping there by myself. It is a perfect basecamp for visiting Tahoe and Pyramid Lake nearby.
