We provide a limited number of campsites to maintain privacy for our guests, with just three riverfront spots and three creekside spots. Large aspens and willows span the property. Plenty of opportunities for fishing, swimming and wildlife viewing including bird watching. We do have a portable toilet on-site that is serviced weekly, otherwise this is a pack-in-pack-out site.

Campsite #4 is limited to Truck Campers, Sprinters or very small towables.

Believe it or not some people don't know this. This is a campground on a river bottom in Montana. We keep it well but its fairly "raw" here. There can be wildlife - large & small game, maybe a few lost cows at times. There can be bugs - mosquitoes & spiders. There can be weeds. Water levels in the river vary dramatically depending on the time of year - sometimes high & fast other times low & slow. Sometimes it'll be really hot, dry & dusty, other times humid & muddy, maybe even flooded in areas, sometimes it can be cold & icy. If these things concern you it might be best to find an alternative. For everyone else, come on in and enjoy, we welcome you!

Our property is in a close proximity to the Fairweather Fishing access on the Missouri River. Camping is not allowed at the access so we would be the closest camping site to this great outdoor playground. There is opportunity for fishing, floating, boating, hunting and swimming in the summer . There are groves of mature trees and open sites available. This is directly off of paved county road. The property adjacent to ours has the original ranch house and barn and other outbuildings that were part of the Ponderosa Pine Ranch which owned most of the valley we're in. The ranch house and buildings were divided away from our part of the property several years ago, so we have our home here and what was mostly pasture. The campsites are all pasture grass with trees for shade.
We do not have cell phone service here. We have one site that has 30 amp electricity. Also we do not have trash service .

Our property is close to town but far enough out that you feel secluded. We have wonderful dark nights with amazing views of stars. There is a fishing access a mile down the road, or you can hike to the river which is approximately 1000 feet to the river. The river isn't a real deep river, a lot of people use it to float on tubes, but it has been known to have some nice fish also. The area always gets afternoon wind gusts that happen daily and don't last long but something you'll want to be aware of.
On site we have available for rent 2 tiny houses and 4 Rv hook up spots. Our property also has a yurt, an additional tiny house, a skoolie and a motorhome.

I have an RV pad on this property that is operational for year round use. Included with the price of the Pad are Trash, Water, Electricity, and Wi-Fi costs. The electrical hookup is a 30 amp outlet but 50 amp will work as long as you have a converter. You will need to provide your own electrical cord, water hoses, heat tape and/or heated hose in the winter months. We do allow pets but you will need a portable fence set up. The pad can accommodate up to a 45 ft long trailer, but any trailer over 30 ft will have to be evaluated first to see if it will work depending on logistical demands at the time.
These sites has worked well and are a great opportunity for traveling nurses, traveling technicians in the medical industry, fishing enthusiasts, full time RV’ers, Construction Workers, any temporary worker stationed in Dillon, working professionals, and anyone else in between. All are welcome to check out the pad, meet us, and see if it is a good fit!

Our property is close to town but far enough out that you feel secluded. We have wonderful dark nights with amazing views of stars. There is a fishing access a mile down the road, or you can hike to the river which is approximately 1000 feet to the river. The river isn't a real deep river, a lot of people use it to float on tubes, but it has been known to have some nice fish also. The area always gets afternoon wind gusts that happen daily and don't last long but something you'll want to be aware of.
On site we have available for rent 2 tiny houses and 4 Rv hook up spots. Our property also has a yurt, an additional tiny house, a skoolie and a motorhome.
If you’re wanting to just get away to a beautiful spot, take a hike along the river, float the river or fish this is your place. It’s beautiful and quiet.

You enter the property between the old rustic building and the fifth wheel RV to get into the field and you’ll see several reflectors with numbers on them.
Easiest entry is off of Main Street. Enter just in front of the Parked RV and make your way into and through the field.

This is a unique and beautiful property that has the Beaverhead River running through it. A dream for any fisherman that wants to catch big Browns or outdoor enthusiast that appreciates the beauty of nature and yearns for the refreshment of taking in the tranquility of flowing water. The property is a little over an acre and is a perfect mix of In Town and In the Country as it sits just outside of city limits on the eastern edge of Dillon, MT. This property is a reasonable walking distance to anywhere in town and really is a beautiful and safe spot to park and live in your trailer or RV.
I am the owner of this property and live onsite with my husband, two young children and our dog Winnie. With this being a private residence where the owners live on the premise, we can provide a unique and hospitable experience where you are provided information and help in day to day life that RV Parks just cannot deliver.
I have an RV pad on this property that is operational for year round use. Included with the price of the Pad are Trash, Water, Electricity, and Wi-Fi costs. The electrical hookup is a 30 amp outlet but 50 amp will work as long as you have a converter. You will need to provide your own electrical cord, water hoses, heat tape and/or heated hose in the winter months. We do allow pets but you will need a portable fence set up. The pad can accommodate up to a 45 ft long trailer, but any trailer over 30 ft will have to be evaluated first to see if it will work depending on logistical demands at the time.
These sites has worked well and are a great opportunity for traveling nurses, traveling technicians in the medical industry, fishing enthusiasts, full time RV’ers, Construction Workers, any temporary worker stationed in Dillon, working professionals, and anyone else in between. All are welcome to check out the pad, meet us, and see if it is a good fit!

This is a great spot if you want to be close to Bozeman. The site is easy to access and has a spectacular view of the sunrise. The port-a-potty is clean with automatic lights for easy middle-of-the-night access. Another reviewer mentioned that it felt like you're "camping on someone's front lawn" but we didn't feel that at all: The house is 600' away and we didn't feel like we were even on their property. A reviewer also suggested the option to filter water from the stream, but given the amount of agriculture land upstream, I wouldn't do that.

What a great spot!! After staying at the hot springs for two nights it was WONDERFUL to pull into Stacie’s spot! So quiet with room all around you. The views of both the Gallatin and Bridger mountains is to die for! I pulled up next to her rv (just parked there, no one in it), my 20’ 50 amp cord didn’t reach the outlet tho. She had a standard 120 I could have used but I had a 30 amp extension cord with.
I rode my bike just a mile to the local steak joint and had an amazing burger AND desert! Pizza place is there also. I’d go back in a flash!

They sent me astunning photo with a roll cloud overhead, hoping to see the northern lights after it passed. But they were sound asleep by then.

Our three RV’s privately circled around a beautiful grove of aspens. We could walk through their backyard to a running creek, which our dogs loved! Also, through their backyard is a variety of trails that can actually take you to downtown Bozeman. (The dogs also loved that ;). Travis and Alex were good hosts, meeting us right away to fill us in and invited us to make a fire.
The highway is somewhat close, but the berm creates privacy. Our party had no problem with the traffic and train sounds; it seemed more like white noise to us. I liked their beautiful land and convenient location to downtown Bozeman as well. Nice hosts and great trails!

Awesome place with plenty of room, Roger was awesome! We stayed at site 1 which wasn’t directly on the river but it was a short trail to the river and you had your own private beach. I actually drove my truck down the trail and made it to the beach. 100% recommend.
