Second time staying on the property. Terrific once again. Peaceful and private. There’s a new house a little closer than last time but it’s still fairly far away. Patricia and her husband and son a genuinely nice people but also not in your hair. Recommended

Really quiet lovely spot. Very nice under the shade trees, lots of birds, heard pheasants too.
Felt very safe & relaxed. Hosts are welcoming & nice folks.
Would highly recommend to all.

Great spot out of town to camp for a few nights! The host was lovely and very accommodating. The site felt very private, but I was comforted knowing that the host and other campers were nearby.
One thing to note is that there are train tracks right across the street with trains going by frequently. During my two night stay, I wasn’t woken up at all. I’m a pretty light sleeper, so I’m not sure if the trains quieted down at night or if I was just so comfortable that I slept right through them.
I would absolutely stay here again!

I was on the road and needed a place to tent camp for the night. This is a very nice camp with quite generous grass sites. Multiple porta-potties which makes them convenient. I would recommend this camp highly for hard side RV’s but not soft wall tents. This is because there are train tracks directly across the street from the site and trains rumble through loudly at all hours. I like the sound of trains and this would be a great soft backdrop in an RV but they are a bit too loud for a tent in my opinion. I think the hosts are still in the process of perfecting this camp and they have done a great job making this an attractive camp. Sites are nestled back in the trees and grass strips are mowed.

What a perfect gem of a private spot! I needed to have a reset day on a long trip and plug into power and personally don’t like the crammed experience of rv parks (I’m in a campervan). I think another reviewer mentioned the view of the closeness of the mobile home and things around, and yes, you’ll see this when you first come in the driveway, but where you camp is private, covered by trees, and a little oasis. Patricia, the host, is completely lovely, quick to respond and be extra helpful. The stars at night incredible, and a walk across the street to have access to the river was priceless. I would definitely stay again!

Terrific hosts and a beautiful place to stay. It's a little rough around the edges but we really liked it. Private and relaxing. Small note that the electrical hookup is in the back passenger corner. Bring a long power cord so you can reach it. I believe ours is a 50' and it barely made it. Star link worked perfectly. Water bib is about 100 yards away. I ended up just hand filling a few 5 gallon water totes rather than dragging the trailer over there.

What a beautiful drive to the campsite! Patricia was very responsive and kind. As others have noted, no cell service at the campsite (I had no issues navigating to the site with Google). I had a wonderful night of sleep here on my drive across the state, thank you Patricia!

We enjoyed a quiet, comfortable week of mobile work from our campervan at site #5. We were the only campers. The site and amenities were as described and the location was easy to find. Water was from a hose at a pumphouse in the yard. About 100 yards away is home, but with the orientation of the house and campsites, there is enough privacy. The picnic table was in dappled shade. We enjoyed exploring the area after work, especially Missouri River. The outhouse was clean.

Patricia's place is very cozy and quite (apart from a train that passes by a few times per day but not at night). The place is great for Kids, there is a Trampoline, swing and even a zipline. We had a great time, thanks for having us!

A very nice spot! We pulled in late (and in a rainstorm) and found it easily, and were able to pull right in and settle for the night. We used this as a stopping place on a trip from Oregon to Minnesota, and will again. While it was about 20 mn off the main road, it was a pretty drive and nice to see some views from off the highway. Patricia was great at communicating. We did hear trains, but they did not bother us at all. We liked the spot being tucked into a nice grove of trees. Woke up to a clear morning and fresh smells.

We really enjoyed Patrica’s hipcamp. It was so very quiet, private, and peaceful. Patricia responded very promptly to my texts and was very hospitable! She came over to kindly introduce herself which we appreciated. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was a nice place to be during a heatwave. The 30amp hookup was very much appreciated.
It was close to the river access,

The pictures of this campsite were somewhat deceptive. In the opposite direction, there were a lot of vehicles, campers, and a modular home that I believe the owner lived in. Overall, the spot was peaceful as we were the only campers, but I could see it being a less desirable spot if multiple spots were occupied.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Patty's camp. She was very welcoming and helpful. Site #5 was wonderfully set at the end and gave us some privacy. waking up with the cows was also enjoyable. Thanks for making our cross-country road trip relaxing!

We got in after sunset. The spot was easy to find....all the way along the fence, to the end of the driveway on the right side.
The 'well house' is the tiny brown building with a door. We had a long hose, so getting water was not an issue for us.

This was a lovely stop for us on a long cross country drive. The campsite was shaded as there were lots of trees, it was also very level. I appreciated having the camping toilet accommodations. We were greeted by her two sweet dogs and our host was very kind. It was overall very quiet except for the occasional train and road traffic. It was a very peaceful experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous drive in from I-90 near the headwaters of the Missouri River. Quiet area with mowed grassy camp sites. Bug spray is essential

The campsites are tucked in the trees which makes it private and secluded. It's close to the Fairweather fishing access on the Missouri river.

Not a bad spot for rent camping, close to the toilet and had quiet neighbors! Only thing was it was a little complicated to find the site but we just had to turn around. The train was VERY close to the ranch so it woke us up a few times throughout the night but not tooo bad!
