Great location for Bozeman. The hosts are very friendly. My husband went fishing both evenings we were there. There are trains that go rather frequently, but for us, it pretty much became white noise.
This is a really cute and nice property with quick and easy access to Bozeman. But, be warned that it's 100 yards from a very active railroad. Trains run through hourly. They don't blow their horns, but they're not exactly quiet. If you're a light sleeper looking for a silent location, this isn't for you. If you kinda like watching huge trains slowly roll by (which I do), you'll love it. Also, if you've got a 30' travel trailer, it's a little tough to turn around, but doable.

Camping out of town, but very close to Bozeman, the site was perfect for me. They have a small trail system in the woods by the river that I enjoyed walking after a long day of driving. I recommend this camp site.

What a fabulous stay we had at Alex and Travis' property! Plenty of room on the property for our dogs and the surrounding trees and river nearby is a dream. Highly recommend!
Beautiful property that is centrally located. Lots of space for our camper and a nice field and river to entertain our dog.

Alex's place was super cute and secluded! There were many small trails that went to the river. My dogs loved it as well!

Lovely spot, very well kept field. It is next to a road which has virtually no traffic at night and is pretty much totally quiet from around 10pm onwards. Although the freight trains passes on the other side of the road, it just rumbles by without using its horn since there are no crossings nearby. We did not find it intrusive at all. We kept the windows of our camper closed on the road side but had the ones open towards the river. Lovely stroll to the river and a short walk (even mowed a path!) to the nature reserve a few hundred feet away. Alex and Travis were very kind and helpful, excellent communication.
We had a nice time at this camp - The host was VERY, VERY HELPFUL! Would def stay here again.
Super easy access to downtown Bozeman. Nice flat grass parking area. Easy trail down to Rivers edge. Overall, nice place to stay!

Great overnight spot thats close to town. Highly recommend if you're passing through.
Nice wide open and flat area. Super convenient getting into Bozeman. Short walk down to rivers edge. Solar lights are nice addition at night. There is a bit of road noise and also quite a few trains but kind of blends in after a bit. Overall very nice spot - definately will be back.
Easy access, great walking area, and nice and clean. A little loud due to road and train proximity.
We enjoyed our one night stay river was great thanks!

Travis and Alex are great hosts!! East place to park and camp. Nice private trails and convenient for linking up with public trails. Easy and quick ride into Bozeman. Highly recommend them!!!
The location was beautiful, there were endless areas to explore, and the hosts were super friendly and extremely accommodating. The view from the fire pit is a dream. Access was easy and instructions were clear. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!
Our three RV’s privately circled around a beautiful grove of aspens. We could walk through their backyard to a running creek, which our dogs loved! Also, through their backyard is a variety of trails that can actually take you to downtown Bozeman. (The dogs also loved that ;). Travis and Alex were good hosts, meeting us right away to fill us in and invited us to make a fire.
The highway is somewhat close, but the berm creates privacy. Our party had no problem with the traffic and train sounds; it seemed more like white noise to us. I liked their beautiful land and convenient location to downtown Bozeman as well. Nice hosts and great trails!

This spot is a true gem on the river and the hosts are lovely. It was incredible falling asleep under the stars to the sound of the wind in the trees. Train noises wasn’t a problem with the sound of the water and ear plugs. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for a quick overnight in Bozeman! Beautiful trails to the river and a very kind, easy host. Road and train sounds were not an issue for us as noted in other reviews.
Very convenient location for quick access to Bozeman. Beautiful grounds and easy trailer parking. Would recommend bringing ear plugs as the camp site is near a fairly bust frontage road and train tracks. There is a well placed berm to partially block the road, but trains through the night were quite noisy. Ear plugs helped a lot.

The hosts were great! Very helpful. We were close to downtown Bozeman. The area was beautiful, but there was train and freeway noise. We wouldn't there again.
