This is a great spot if you want to be close to Bozeman. The site is easy to access and has a spectacular view of the sunrise. The port-a-potty is clean with automatic lights for easy middle-of-the-night access. Another reviewer mentioned that it felt like you're "camping on someone's front lawn" but we didn't feel that at all: The house is 600' away and we didn't feel like we were even on their property. A reviewer also suggested the option to filter water from the stream, but given the amount of agriculture land upstream, I wouldn't do that.

My family loved camping close to the creek at liberty acres. They could see the cows off in the distance, the open fields, and the Bridger mountains in the background. They sent me astunning photo with a roll cloud overhead, hoping to see the northern lights after it passed. But they were sound asleep by then.

This site was highly accessible, clean, clear where to camp. The toilet (portable unit) was clean. There is no potable water but a stream right next to the site would provide water to be filtered/purified to drink. The sites were right next to a road (25-50ft away) and there was no coverage. The road was not heavily traveled but this had the feel of camping in someone's front lawn. We were only mildly bothered by that. Had the air quality been clearer, we would have had a lovely view of the stars and moon. (The poor air quality was due to seasonal wildfires and affected large parts of MT, ID, as well as eastern WA)

Amazing views! Right next to everything in town, bonus firework show in the distance during our stay, and really appreciate the bathroom being so close to the camp sites. Loved the atmosphere and host was very gracious when we arrived! Highly recommend staying!

Quiet with Mountain View. Other campsite is right next to this one but fortunately it was empty when we were there. There is no creek access, which I was disappointed with since I’d hoped to stick my feet in. Close to I 90 but very secluded. Makes for a quick stop on your way through.

This is a good alternative to an expensive hotel, and it is within 10-15 minutes of downtown, which is very convenient. However, I could not recommend this site for more than one night. The two sites are right next to each other in a wide open space with no trees. There was thistle on the ground which made it uncomfortable to walk around and since there is no water on site, there really is no grass. It was nice to have the outhouse, but it needed to be cleaned out; it did not smell bad, but it just looked full. There is a nice picnic table at each site. We camped in a small teardrop camper; I don't know how it would be to pitch a tent. We put down a rug to avoid walking in the thistle.

Beautiful campsite with soul-refreshing views. Very clean. Somewhat close (25 yards?) to a medium busy road, but traffic dropped off in the evening, so no worries. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot to be in Bozeman for our daughter’s softball tournament. It was perfectly situated, minutes from the fields and downtown Bozeman. The babbling brook and grassy camp sites made it the perfect place to spend the evenings sitting around a campfire. Deanna created a great hip camp site

Simple, easy and straightforward. Best porta-potty I’ve ever been in… smelled like cinnamon. Host made sure the one gross thing at least didn’t smell like it.
Beautiful sunset and stars. Next door to one hip camper and a tiny home. Expansive fields all around and I felt very safe.
Close to town, which was a plus 😃

It's a nice spot. It's well within view of the road and some houses, no shade, but it's a very nice, rural area right on the outskirts of Bozeman. Easy Uber ride into town. It's a little pricey for camping, but considering the proximity to downtown Bozeman, it was worth it for me. There are two spots, directly adjacent to each other, just off a paved neighborhood road. Shared porta-potty (which was very clean). Views of open fields and mountains. 10 minute drive into Bozeman without having to get on the interstate.

Easy to find and perfect spot for travelers. Port a potty was super clean. Definitely recommend if you don’t want to shell out $200 for a hotel.

Nice spot, close to the soccer fields. Easy to get to. We enjoyed the sound of the stream and birds in the morning!

Loved everything about this little place. I felt like I was camped next to a bird sanctuary! The location was great, views were gorgeous, host was responsive and kind. We come to Bozeman to see our son several times a year and will hope she has room for us each time!
