The land is 3 acres of private property that crosses the Gallatin River. It is walking distance to a well know Cowboy Steakhouse and Bar and a Pizza and Beer spot. The property is home to whitetail deer, turkey, and American eagles. The river used to be a tributary, but there was an ice jam that changed the river flow and now the river that runs past our property is the main river and can be canoed or rafted for fishing.Site is along the river 2 campers allowed. Bozeman Fish & Camp Along River
Great location next to river
Simple cabin next to pretty river. Good amenities at camp site like a very clean porta potty, fire pits, chairs, outdoor shower, tables, wood, etc. Believe owner is still working on property so more upgrades to come. Campsite would benefit from some better upkeep and cleanliness, and a less is more approach. Can remove the old saws, tarps, grills, etc. But we were definitely fans, and made it work well for us ;)
