Small functional farm for animal lovers - goats, sheep, ducks, turkeys, guinea fowls, chickens (animals vary by time of year). Pond has fish. Short drive to Lebanon (all amenities), Bennett Spring State Park, and Springfield. 1.5 hours to Branson, Table Rock Lake, and other state parks. We are just getting Dotson acres started. Our motto is faith, family and farmstead. We just moved here this summer of 2025 from Tennessee so the property is a work in progress. I am a veteren of the Marine Corps and also a volunteer firefighter and we live and operate under christian values. Eventually to add to your camping experience, ive got plans for some off grid cabins and an earthship. In addition to camp spots, ai would like to make a little prayer area in the woods with some benches and a big cross. We hope to have a trail cut and cleared for a small hike soon. The plans for Dotson acres is to also sell chainsaw carvings and other things I weld, sculpt or create. Plant starts and garden produce, chicken eggs and any other creative ways we can find to help fund our dream of being together doing what we love instead of going to a normal job to make someone elses dreams come true. Not far away you can visit Mark Twain National Forest, Montauk State Park, Ozark National Scenic Riverways, and the Laura Ingalls Wilder Historic Home and Museum to name a few. Roughly 40 minutes off I44 at rolla and 20 minutes ftom hwy 60 just 2 hours to branson and springfield. Walmart and fast food are just 10 minutes away. We are new to the area but there are other lakes, trails and stuff to do close. Lots of flea markets and antiques stores close by to go explore. Located on a small private lane there are a few quiet neighbors. There is a parking area to access trail by walk in, though we are trying to make it vehicle accessable. Our first spot is able to fit a small van camper or a pickup with a small box camper though its pretty tight. 4x4 may be needed. We appreciate your reviews on hipcamp and google. Weekend Trip to Sinking Creek Ranch RVs & Glamping

Great place for a relaxing weekend. Hosts were very accommodating, and helpful. It's always easy to see, when owners take pride in what they are doing, and it showed here. The shower house was prestine and the coffee was a huge bonus, especially when packing up to leave on the final morning. The trails were great, and campsites were clean, and well marked. The only surprise here was that not every spot was booked at such a nice place! I will return, and plan to make this a frequent spot.

Amazing spot, super private and great hosts. It is off the beaten path a bit. There is a bit of off-roading as the paved road ends about 2 miles before you get to your destination. The rv pads are a bit narrow if you have a slide and want to stay on the gravel. However it’s worth it!

We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a great outdoor experience, whether you're planning to ride the trails or just enjoy the natural beauty. It's clear that a lot of care and attention has been put into making this a top-notch destination for both horses and ATVs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. Be sure you take the Hwy 19 to State Hwy N or else be prepared to do a bit of off roading before you get there.

LOVED this campground. Hosts are awesome and communication is STELLAR. Very helpful with information and suggestions. Amenities are exactly as described. Store has plenty of supplies for the 'oops, I forgot.' Spots are not packed on top of each other. Campground is quiet and well maintained. Lots of extras (cornhole, tetherball, etc.). Did not encounter any issues, and I do not doubt that if we had, they would have been addressed immediately. I hope this is a representation of all Hipcamp suggestions!

The host was very accommodating. We arrived in the middle of the night and they worked with us for a quick and easy setup. Full hookup was conveniently located and worked well. Restrooms/showers were updated and clean. Very nice property and despite Mother Nature dealing them a few ruff blows, they are working diligently to continue improvements on their property.
