The 80-acre property is carved out of a Norway pine plantation. Sites are approximately 10,000 square ft. in size with about 50 ft. of trees between each site for semi-privacy. We have tried to maintain a balance of nature while making the sites as RV friendly as possible. Although the property is located in the country, it is located along a state highway for easy access and there are three towns and many amenities and recreational venues within 15 minutes drive. Currently no hook-ups, but there is a yard hydrant and dump station. There are also portable restrooms on site.

You can walk to the our pole shed, "Steinbeck" and pet the animals.

Even through the snowy winters. We provide private campsites at Camp 84. We offer 3 separate and secluded tent sites, each with personal vehicle parking. All sites include a designated campfire ring and tenting area. Just a 7-minute drive from downtown Chisholm and the biking trails at the REDHEAD Mountain Bike Park, this is a great spot to crash for the night or hang out for the weekend!
The property has direct access to the Northern Traxx ATV Trail, located just a short drive down Hwy 84. (Ask for directions if you’d like to explore.) Additional parking for utility trailers or extra vehicles may be available in the Collin Sand and Gravel field.
Guests are welcome to wander the property trails at their own discretion. There are no marked trails, but feel free to explore—just be mindful to keep a respectful distance from other sites.
A porta potty is located between Sites 1 and 2 on the other side of the driveway. Small camper vans are welcome, but RVs and camper trailers will not fit.

Great experience. Allen met me at the campground to show me my campsite. Very nice host and communication throughout was spot on. Very spacious, well maintained and surrounded by trees. The property is a bit off the highway - far enough for privacy but the cars and trucks you do hear. My site #101 was the closest to the road. More spots were available further in. A large property to walk around, the site had everything for a nice campfire and the night sky was truly amazing!

Right on the water plenty of room for multiple tents if needed I personally car camped out of my four runner and had enough room where I could get right down to the water and still had plenty of room for a fire if I wanted too. What a great place to just get lost in the woods! Im new to Scamp camping and Allen was so patient with me and my son. He took time to make sure we had everything we needed and checked on us while there a couple of times. Very helpful and kind. Great wooded area. Nice solar lit portal potties, picnic bench, tons of firewood and lots of quiet! Definitely stop if going by or want to get away. Level areas and big paths to drive down to the spots. Perfect for boondocking! There is water at the rv dump as well as clean portables dotted throughout the acreage. Importantly, there is plenty of space for a relatively private stay.
We were in site 101 and could hear the road quite clearly but didn’t mind, you may want to choose a deeper site.
The tree plantation was perfect for a hammock!

This is a place that is perfect for families. We enjoyed reading quietly in our RV site and listening to the kids pal around and have the time of their lives. The manager was very friendly and really accommodating when we had to stay part of a day longer because our camper awning got stuck in the open position. The facilities including bathrooms are clean and well kept. And it's free to use the kayaks and canoe. They also have fishing boats for rent.
