The Haven is nestled on 3 acres of beautiful land on the St Joseph River. Our property setting is a hidden gem that opens to the most beautiful natural setting. The land offers a gorgeous view of the river and numerous shady sites nestled underneath a giant array of Oak, Beach and Walnut trees. Here at The Haven, the property has ample space for parking, room for various size camping tents and small pop-up tents small RV's, A dock for fishing, and access for kayaking. Fire pits and grill area for cooking and a complimentary bucket with some goodies to start you off. This setting is perfect for camping in a private nestled nook on the river. We have more than one area on the property to choose from. You can choose any site you would like:
The River’s edge, Beach Area (site 1) Small RV and tent site,
The River under The Canopy of trees (site 2) small RV and tent site,
The Cove by the woods, small camper, and tent (site 4) great views of the river.
The Cozy Corner (Site 3) by the woods on the river (this is a secluded corner and very private.)
And last but not least our Cozy Camper vintage Trailer that sleeps up to 4 people with all the amenities and can accommodate campers with tents (2)

I loved the area and Cherisse's land was so nice and peaceful. I will definitely be recommending it for my travel trailer rental BC TRAVENTURE CO on Outdoorsy. The place is 4 min from the Warren Dunes and Molly's beach walk cafe was a cute small brunch spot. Rising Kites coffee spot on oak was also great. A ton of wine spots to try. The actual campsite was easy and very peaceful. They have wildlife we had an owl hangout at night. Overall great spot. If you want easy, laid back, low tech spot. We went to unplug for a weekend it was perfect.

Loved tent camping on Rebecca’s land. This was my second visit and it was everything I remembered and more. I did bring my dog and she loved having a large site all to herself. As a solo female camper, I felt very safe while still feeling like I had pitched my tent in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommend Wildflower Runway!

This camping property was beyond incredible! From the moment we arrived, Robyn’s kindness and warmth made the entire experience unforgettable. When we realized our initial site was closer to the house than we expected, she didn’t hesitate to help. She immediately offered us a more private, supported site, making sure we were completely comfortable.
Robyn truly went above and beyond—she brought us fresh eggs, got us worms for fishing, let us use the paddle boat, and even personally drove us to go kayaking down the river! She was so thoughtful, sweet, and accommodating every step of the way.
Her genuine care and hospitality made our trip so special. We felt so welcomed the entire time, and we definitely plan on coming back. This place, and Robyn, are simply the best!

The land was incredibly clean and felt very welcoming. The location was perfect, only a five-minute drive from the beach, which made our day so easy. We also loved the friendly community atmosphere; we even got to fish with other kids staying, which was a highlight!
Cherisse's property is truly fantastic for families. The wide-open space was perfect for the kids to run around and play football without bothering anyone. The real gem, though, was the catch-and-release pond. My four-year-old son, after trying all summer, finally caught his first fish here, it was such a special moment! We also really enjoyed the fire pit for making s'mores in the evening. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Great location in proximity to Warren Dunes and the surrounding area. We camped here last minute on a holiday weekend and it worked out great. It is a field adjacent to the host’s home. Each site has a fire ring but no tables. We were able to use our cooler as one but would recommend bringing one if you plan on doing any meals/ cooking. Not very private when multiple groups are there, however in a pinch it was perfect. We enjoyed the star gazing and appreciated the clean bathroom. Great home base for exploring the area!

This is a friendly and well-managed campground with flush toilets and a sink nearby, easy electrical hookup, and even two clean - and free - showers! The sites were about half the size of what we’re used to, so I’d consider a premium site for next time.

Lovely grass site with fire pits around a lake. We had an RV so manoeuvred into a relatively level area. There are no predetermined sites you just pitch where you want to.
We were the only campers on both occasions with only the sound of nature around us. We heard the train and sone vehicles on the road but they were minor background noise.
Thoroughly recommend visiting this site, very peaceful and Cherisse is a lovely lady
