Pull off the blacktop onto the grassy drive running through the field and forest. This site has its own private driveway, is about 30 yards off the road, and is just minutes from lots of local culture and recreation. We do have two sites available, but we'll only take one booking at a time. So, you'll have the area to yourself and your choice of campsites. Feel free to add another group to your booking and use both sites! The clearing is about an acre and is surrounded by forest. Our home is next door if you need anything.

We are 7 miles east of Saugatuck and 5 miles north of Fennville, our site makes a perfect escape from the nearby lakeshore shopping and dining district while keeping you in close proximity to local wineries and other attractions. 2Chicks And A Farm is a small working farm on 20 acres, owned and run by Julie & Theresa Graham. We are 13 minutes from South Haven and Lake Michigan, 30 minutes from the city of Kalamazoo and just under an hour from Grand Rapids.
Those of you who have visited in the past will notice that we significantly downsized this year. Due to Township and State regulations, we are now limited to offering only four campsites unless we get licensed, which at this time is cost prohibitive. So, we have selected the four most highly rated sites and upgraded them, to truly make your experience here special.
About half of the 20 acres is wooded, with walking trails around the property, to include our fish stocked pond and a little tributary of the Black River.
All sites have a fire ring, or metal fire pit, and picnic table.
We have an outdoor propane shower that provides both hot and cold water.
A free refreshment bar is available 24/7. Feeling a little peckish before breakfast, or after dinner? Help yourself to a snack and a hot or cold drink.
You are welcome to collect eggs for breakfast and fresh produce from our gardens (for a fee).
We are a working farm and registered as two Non-Profits. One an animal rescue, primarily working with cats. At any given day we have 20-30 cats roaming around the farm. All are under the care of our vet, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and treated for fleas and ticks. All important because they will want to interact with you. Some will want to sleep with you.
Our 100 plus flock of poultry, comprised of chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys, free range during the day, so leave the Prada's at home.
If you are staying at Sam's Place, your closest neighbors will Penelope and Petunia, our two female sister pigs. The prevailing winds are down from your site, but you may hear them squabble. Our herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats will love your attention and treats we can provide. Arriving in March is Jack, a miniature donkey...we are very excited!
Please try to check-in by 8pm. Exceptions can be made. There are locally mandated quiet hours (10-7 Sun through Thur, and 11-7 Fri and Sat). Hanging out by a fire and chatting is fine.

Flipside Acres was the perfect camping spot for our family of four. We were looking for a quiet, secluded site away from RVs and generators, and this exceeded our expectations. Vicki and Bob were wonderful hosts—they gave us a tour, made us feel welcome, and were available if we needed anything.
The campsite was peaceful, heavily wooded, and surprisingly comfortable. They spray for mosquitoes, so with a little bug spray and a Thermacell, bugs were never an issue. Even the toilet situation was much better than we expected—definitely preferable to a typical porta-potty.
The location was another big plus: it felt private and secluded while still being only about 10 minutes from Grand Haven and North Beach. We’d gladly stay here again.

This place is amazing! Nadia has a special thing here! My girlfriend and I stayed here, hoping to have a hostel experience like we have had in other countries and it did not disappoint! So much fun, group activities, and the ability to meet people from all over the world! This is a special gem tucked away in a wonderful beach community in the South Haven Michigan area. If you are considering staying here for real hostel vibe’s don’t hesitate! It’s out of place for the area but 100 percent genuine and true to form for a hostel. We will be back!

Fireflies galore, blooming flowers, wild blackberries, hospitable & welcoming hosts, a stack of dry wood, a quiet road close to amazing nature spots as well as stores, food, the highway, this site has been so perfect for my family we booked another week! Check in was super easy, straightforward and flexible, the site is clean and well maintained, we love the hose for setting up a sprinkler for our toddler as the site gets full sun mid-day, great for solar and plenty of shade in the morning/evening. We had occasional visits from a very kind dog and loved that our cat could explore safely here. Thanks again Aaron!

Their property is something else! 40 acres of beautiful forest. You'll be surprised by deer passing through the site, wild turkeys and black squirrels! It's clean, well menaged and organized.

Nadia has a Great spot! This place has showers, bathrooms, laundry facilities, lockers, a full blown kitchen and community space, AND land! The camping areas are super cute and useful. Hammocks and yard games provided. The community fire pit had to be our favorite part of our one night stay. We met so many cool and friendly people from all over the country and world. Stories were told, music was played, snacks and other goodies were passed around and everyone was polite and respectful. Super Queer friendly! Just a short drive to multiple beaches and the downtown area (10 min away!) This hostel is awesome.
Nadia has a good thing going! Can’t wait to see what future projects for her hold. Definitely plan on staying here again.
