Welcome to our little slice of heaven along the Grand River in Grand Haven, MI. Voted one of the best places to visit in '22 and '23. Our property is at the end of a private road and has been in the family for decades. We fondly refer to it as One Grand Place and we are excited to be sharing it with you.
Our Premium RV site has a cement pad, parallel to the river. Can accommodate 1 RV up to 30' (NO Class A's allowed). 30/50/standard 110 electric and water hookup. Pump out is available for a fee.
At the very far west end of the property is a large grassy area with 2 sites (1 RV or Tent and 1 Tent only) perpendicular to the river. Both have 30 and standard 110 electric and water. RV up to 30' (NO Class A's). Pump out is available for a fee.
If you don't have an RV or a tent, no problem. Rent our elevated popup tent.
There is plenty of room to set up games, fish, play with the kids or the dogs, etc. What's not to like? It is your very own exclusive home away from home.
Property is adjacent to Connor Bayou County Park and surrounded by natural wetlands. So, we are a perfect place to unwind, chill, enjoy fresh air and picture perfect sunsets.
Boating, swimming, jet skis, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing are just a few things to be enjoyed on the water. There's a public boat launch just a couple minute ride and Connor Bayou Park has a kayak specific boat launch. Or, you can also drop a kayak in at the very west end of our property right from shore.
Hiking, biking and wildlife/bird/eagle watching are also options. Lake Michigan beaches, various state/county parks, downtown Grand Haven's shops and restaurants are just a short drive away.
Holland is about 30 minutes south. PJ Hoffmaster State Park is 25 minutes North. If you are a thrill seeker, Michigan's Adventure Amusement and Waterpark is 40 minutes North in Muskegon. Grand Rapids is 40 minutes to the East. There are also many wineries, distilleries, ciders and craft beer in Southwest Michigan as well as "you pick" blueberries and many festivals in the summer. Bottom line....there is plenty of things to do and see during your visit. You can be as active or as chill as you want to be.

We’ve a cute little trailer all set up for two with a large covered deck to enjoy a beverage and listen to the crickets. In the morning take your coffee out on the deck and hear the farm animals begin to wake up. Take a ride into downtown Ludington or a kayak/boat trip down the Pete Marquette or the Manistee rivers.
Spend the day at the beach relaxing, eat ice cream from the House of Flavors or visit the White Pine Village for a historic lesson.

You’ll have a secluded, wooded campsite just footsteps from the Little Muskegon River. Tube down the river, fish, swim, explore the land, and get back to nature. There is a creek that runs through the property and a firepit that is available for use right next to the river. Fall asleep under the stars to the sound of flowing water. We are very flexible with check in and check out times as well. We've been asked why we don't offer several sites on this plot of land but we believe that it's the privacy and seclusion that guests value most and it's what keeps return guests coming back. Nice spot with a concrete pad not too far from 31. A bit of road noise, but it quieted down at night. I was there for a quick stay, so, unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to enjoy the trails.

It was a pleasure staying at Brookhollow! The site was very private, and the sound of the running water with river view was so relaxing. Everything was well equipped. The stairs from the parking spot down to the river's edge campsite were a bit of a work out, but very manageable. It also gave a nice separation of privacy from the main property to the campsite.
Highly recommended! Would absolutely come back!

I would highly recommend staying at Doug and Kerri's place. The views are beautiful and it was so peaceful and relaxing. They have a lot of extras at the campground and it's easy to tell they want their guests to be comfortable and happy. They were easy to communicate with and very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

We loved camping here! Barb was very helpful and available to us all weekend! Very scenic and peaceful. Everything was detailed out for us perfectly before we left in the pdf sent to us, only thing I'd add is that you have to turn right at the end of the driveway road to get to the property. Highly recommended!

We loved the cozy adorable camper and the huge pavilion. Bring your camping cooking gear and you never have to leave! The trails on their property are gorgeous and mossy. Our dog loved them! Having hot water, a real bed and electricity made it a camping trip we could both enjoy for our anniversary. Thank you!!

2 very private yet accommodating campsites in a beautiful open home campground. Facilities were minimal yet luxurious. Outside shower is very well done and bathroom is very nice as it felt and smelt lovely. Owner was very nice. Our 1 and only other tent camper neighbor want too close and never bothered us once. Not a lot of road noise at all. All nature. Also they saved me from staying at the Hostel in South Haven...
