We are situated at the end of a private road with only 2 residences. 12+ wooded acres to enjoy(hiking/exploring). At this time, only Sprinter Vans, Truck Campers and small trailers are ideal for the RV sites. Tent campers set up at the back of the property in the woods. Several hiking trails and locations to camp. There are multiple fire rings out back and plenty of fallen wood to burn or you can purchase seasoned split wood bundles on site. Suggested Local Attractions: The property borders a public golf course, downtown Lake Orion or Oxford are less than 1.5 miles as is public access to All-Sports Lake Orion(the lake) as well as others in the area. Dozens of miles of hiking/mountain biking trails. Bald Mountain State Park and Addison Oaks trailheads 2 and 3 miles respectively. Disc Golf courses. Great campground! We were there for Halloween weekend and the campground was happening with so many activities to participate in. Camp goers were all friends. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. If you have kids, this would be a great place to bring your whole family. Great setting.

This was a great experience. Before we arrived our host (Kim) made contact with us, letting us know they looked forward to our arrival and added little things we needed to know. When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and help getting our rig on site. (Took a little work & removal of mailbox). Nice level site. View was beautiful. Fire pit, grill, boat, fire wood, fire started logs. All provided!!! These are great host with an awesome location.

Kim and her husband were great! The site is very quiet and private. Great for bird watching as well. If you need anything, they are happy to help.
We were able to dock our bass boat easily on their dock and the community boat ramp was close by, just down the canal.
We'll likely return if we're back to that area of Michigan.

We adored this site. The view was beautiful, it was peaceful and quiet, right on the river but looking out onto Lake Huron.
At first, I wasn't crazy about being nestled between two houses, but you know what? It's more spread out than a state park campground and we camp at those often and it's RIGHT on the river. I so appreciate the hosts installing electric and everything here to share their little slice of heaven. They were so sweet to us and our son. I hope to come back again this camping season.
The awesome private deck offered great fishing and we enjoyed watching everyone going out to the big lake on their boats.
They provided chairs and firewood (actual good firewood, too, perfectly dry) which was so nice. We even woke up to a knock on the door with delicious homemade blueberry muffins.

I really enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect place to try out our new truck bed tent. There was so much wood to collect from the forest to have a fire and enjoy the outdoors, I really got to enjoy the wild life. The outhouse is very cute. Michael was a very nice host and very informative and has great communication. If you’re looking to get away from the “city” with access to everything you need this is just that place for you.

This little hidden gem is perfect for those in southeast Michigan who want that up north feeling—without the long drive or the bears. The site I stayed at was incredibly spacious, and well laid out.
The amenities were thoughtful, with a fire extinguisher right at the pit making it the safest setup I’ve used. The trails were a nice bonus, good for a relaxed walk through the trees. Firewood was plentiful and good quality.
Because it’s not rural, you do occasionally hear traffic in the distance, but it fades into the background. At night, what stands out are the crickets and forest sounds.
Overall, it’s spacious, safe, well-stocked, and tucked away in the trees. I'm already planning my return trip!
