HORSES WELCOME! Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day. There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay. We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. It can easily sleep six people. If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area. The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in. This is a sanctuary for our animals. We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies). By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals. We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks. There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores. If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles. We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up. We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you. So please come, stay at our farm and relax. We are here year round.

There are 3 secluded sites side by side that are nestled to the front of 28 plus acres of woodland and surrounded by farmland. There are no hook ups at the property. Water is available if you need to refill. Your unit must be self contained. Property is close to the resort areas of Assateague Island, Ocean City, Berlin, Snow Hill and Salisbury. Feel free to ask for suggestions of our favorite places to visit and local restaurants. There are dogs, goats, pigs and chickens that roam the property. The roosters and goats love to talk (loudly and early)! We also own an RV rental company (atthebeachrvrentals.com). We can also do a site with a camper rental. A long roadside stretch about 100 ft deep along Old Ocean City rd in Parsonsburg Md. Graveled land for parking but driving over grass area is encouraged. The whole runs together while the visiting area is west of the main. center tree.
Electric plug-in for RV or regular on site, go to the utility meter it's on a pedestal.
5 mi east of Salisbury, 30 minutes to Ocean City Maryland and Millsboro Delaware. All of the beaches are right at hand, the Pocomoke River, Berlin and other tourist sites.
Camping permitted, fires permitted. Clean up and bury your waste, RVs and boat storage permitted. Most open land uses are zoned for that area, it's "village commercial".
Stay long as you wish, all season or all year. Plenty of space, all of it is off street parking and there are gravelled spots and paved areas as well.

This camp is a very quiet rural location (45 minutes to Lewes and Cape May Ferry) and has a great list of amenities. The camp hosts are welcoming and very helpful. Shout-out to Dave for assisting us on arrival. The animals are cool and mostly friendly. The pool looked nice as did the meadery- didn't have time to try these. The nature walk was really nice and easy to follow. Now to the sites themselves - if you're looking at a full hook-up site, you will need to bring plenty of waste line and water line as the utility layout is challenging. Our recommendation is to call ahead and ask about site layout. Upon departure we ended up dumping our full grey and black tanks at Killen Pond State Park about 9 miles away. For those with 30-Amp rigs, do have a 50-amp converter in your electric box for flexibility in site selection. Overall, a nice long weekend stay with friendly hosts.

TJ’s directions were super clear and he was accommodating to our late arrival. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this location made for easy travel back and forth. Our kids loved visiting with the goats and fishing in the pond (lots of little bass reeled in)!

Carol and Dan were amazing hosts. I was lucky to be able to move to Willow Oak 3, which was absolutely awesome. Quiet, remote, and utterly perfect. The site was clean with a nice tent pad for comfortable set up. It’s a simple but perfect plot of land to spend a few days.
My dog was also super comfortable and able to be off leash throughout most of the stay.

Was everything we expected it to be. Site was nice and flat restrooms were clean and well maintained. The goats came to visit the first day we were set up they hung out for a few and went on their way. It was late in the season so activity was minimal which worked out well for us.

Beautiful site - they aren’t kidding about the stunning sunsets! Quick drive to some stunning hiking spots - Trap Pond, Assateague, etc.
Having a plumbed in bathroom and hot shower was an added bonus.

The property at Strawberry Crossroads is beautiful! I’m just sorry I didn’t get to spend more leisure time there, as I had to work in town every day. It is only 17 miles from the beach resort town of Ocean City, yet you feel far removed from the crowds etc…Our host TJ was super hospitable, yet left you to your privacy. He would even deliver firewood, if needed! I will definitely stay again & also recommend to others!

The farm is close to various activities including hiking, fishing and the beach. The farm animals roaming the grounds add a fun and cute element to the stay as well. Would stay again.
