Order Doordash or pizza delivery just plan to meet your driver at the entrance gate, not the tiny house. 9. Is there an option for early check-ins and late check-outs? No. Because this property has multiple rentals, we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. All cleans are performed on time and this keeps us on schedule for the next guest. 10. Are activities for children a different price than adults? All of our on-site activities are the same price for everyone. You can choose from Chores N' Tour, Brush N' Bond, Painting w/ Shelley and Horse Whispering lessons. Keep in mind there has to be an opening to join all other ranch activities (besides Chores N Tour which happens daily.) 11. Can I bring my pet or service animals? No. We do not allow any guest animals or pets to stay with us due to regulations and safety issues. We are also service animal exempt due to safety issues with guardian livestock. 12. What is the smoking/ vaping policy? We operate a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy at all times inside all of our rentals. The Swedish Cowboy space is located inside a barn and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited while inside the barn house or directly outside. The best place to smoke is by walking down the driveway or inside your car (away from the stable.) 13. How secure is the ranch? The property has six outdoor security cameras running and in use at all times. These outdoor security cameras help protect humans and animals alike. There's a coded entrance gate upon your arrival to the ranch and there is on-site management that is available during your stay. You cannot enter the property without a code and we ask that you do not give it out while you're here. 14. What are the checkout procedures? We ask that our guests leave the tiny house the way they found it, (neat and tidy.) We love to brag about super clean guests who leave our home well cared for. You will find our checkout procedures on the refrigerator.

The Coop In West Cape May

1 site · Lodging1 acre · West Cape May, NJ
Come relax in this tiny home by the shore located in our quiet West Cape May neighborhood just a quick bike ride from beautiful beaches, arts and culture, restaurants, wineries and the center of town. We provide everything you need to enjoy your visit to the Cape. This unique stay includes a lofted king bed, full kitchen and bath, washer/dryer combo, and screened-in porch. The Coop is great for couples and solo travelers who are adventurous and don’t mind climbing up a ladder to a lofted bed. Our property is on less than an acre of land (despite what the listing states, sorry! Hipcamp won't allow me to change the acreage amount to less than one!) so you will occasionally see and hear us or our neighbors. The space is a studio-style tiny home located behind the main residence with free parking in the shared driveway. During the spring, relax on the screened-in porch and enjoy listening to the frogs sing in the evening; come summer the porch is surrounded by beautiful red canna lilies- catch the hummingbirds visiting while you sip your coffee before you hit the beach; by fall the backyard is transformed as late blooming flowers bring migrating butterflies through town. All year long you are likely to see wildlife- songbirds, bald eagles and hawks, especially in the Spring and Fall as our place is located on the Atlantic Flyway. Our neighborhood is a quiet leafy residential area one mile from Cape May's beaches, walking mall, winery and the center of town. Please note that the only sleeping area is lofted - you will need to be able to comfortably climb a ladder. You will have sole use of the screened-in porch and tiny home. The backyard space outside of the screened-in porch is shared - you may occasionally see me or my partner in the garden. Help yourself to the mulberries, strawberries or blackberries that are growing in the garden if you're lucky to be here in season!
