Surrounded by trees and open skies, it’s the perfect spot to relax, fish, stargaze, or simply enjoy the stillness of the outdoors. The cabin includes two sets of sturdy bunk beds, sleeping up to four guests comfortably. It’s a dry cabin—meaning there’s no running water or electricity—so please bring your own heat source, lighting, and camping essentials. An outhouse is located close by for convenience. Wake up to birdsong, sip your coffee by the water, and spend your evenings under a blanket of stars. This spot is ideal for campers, anglers, or anyone seeking a simple off-grid escape. What to bring: Bedding or sleeping bags, water, heat source, and any other camping gear you like to make your stay cozy.

We had a great motocamp to Willow Oak! We were free to come and go as we pleased, Dan was very accommodating and we caught some big bass! This spot is one of my favorites!

Carol and Dan were amazing hosts. I was lucky to be able to move to Willow Oak 3, which was absolutely awesome. Quiet, remote, and utterly perfect. The site was clean with a nice tent pad for comfortable set up. It’s a simple but perfect plot of land to spend a few days. My dog was also super comfortable and able to be off leash throughout most of the stay.

We stayed at Willow oak 1 n had a very nice carefree experience. Large open area, no electricity hior hookups but we did not did anything. We are off loading n self contained. We had site 2. Stayed 2 evenings. We already reserve for the following week. Staying 3 evenings. Site 4. Just a great camp. Highly recommend. Bob n Sandy

Loved camping here. So peaceful, and the owners were so friendly, helpful and available for any need. We just went on a whim last min when our original plans fell through and was so grateful to have found this cute little spot. Our dogs loved it as well

We had a great night camping here. The hosts were nice people and the camping was peaceful and quiet. The pond is nice and the fishing was decent. Will definitely be booking again to explore some more.

Was a great find! Private wooded camp area. We saw deer, osprey and other wildlife. The hosts Bonnie & Dan were so nice! We live close by, and I was working, however Dan showed my husband around and his game room, which my husband was very impressed. I’m sad I didn’t get to see the dogs, lol but we will 100% be back. Such a great experience!

Do not look further. Book this hip camp. It's amazing at every turn. We were fortunate to have met the hosts and even got to hold puppies. What is better than wonderful hosts, amazing views and puppies! Also ask The host about his game/hunt room. If your a hunter this is kind of a must see! The site was beautiful, clean and spaced out to allow everyone privacy. Site 3 is large enough for two campers if you are camping with friends. The firepot in the evening was the cherry in top of our camping cake experience. Thank you again we can't wait to come back with our dogs who loved running off leash. Bonus there was enough large sticks and branches to make fires every evening without hauling our own. We picked berries on our walk that were delicious and my husband fished right in front of our site and caught some Large mouth bass. (Catch and release). The beautiful hand crafted bridge with a bench is also a must do for those views. Bring your bikes there are paths!

If you're looking for a beautiful, natural off grid experience in Delaware, look no further. From the pond and beautiful wooded scenery to the walking trails and outstanding bird watching, this place doesn't disappoint. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Woke up daily with a view of the pond and the woods that made us not want to leave. This camp is a must for anyone seeking a beautiful off grid experience. We are already planning our next get away here.

This is a beautiful stretch of land! Water features, bridges, hikes thru the woods. And a perfect view of both sunrise and sunset. I felt so relaxed here. I will definitely camp here again. Thank you for a great experience.

What a gem! We have stayed at many Hipcamp sites but this one is our favorite! Dan & Carol are kind & so hospitable. We stayed at Willow Oak 3 & had a gorgeous view of a pond & forest surrounding us. Quiet & relaxing . So private & serene. We will be back - many times!

Super compatible for my Tacoma with a RTT. A beautifully set up group of sites with good space between them. Owners are friendly and helpful. They have some great plans to improve and already great camping area and Tecumseh (My dog) and I are looking forward to seeing what they do with it.
