We had a wonderful time at Carol's land. Private, peaceful and beautiful. Carol and her husband were very helpful and incredibly nice people. I would definitely go back.

Weekend Trip to Mason Dixon Outfarm

Charming, carefully/well thought out set•up; uncontained is adorable!!! Even though I didn’t get around to checking out the trail this time, I definitely would during another stay! Yes, I plan on returning!! Host is super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cut my time there short when I started not feeling too well (totally unrelated to the camping experience/campsite, fyi), and the host was very gracious around that and helpful with that unexpected issue!!

What a beautiful place to camp. We stayed right by a pond surrounded by trees. It was so peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic work week. We have already talked about returning.

We were very happy to find this great spot so close to us. Great for those times you want to camp but you don't want to drive for hours to feel like you got away! We parked right by the pond. It's just secluded enough, and surrounded by a wooded area. There was a large group of tenters around the bend but we barely knew they were there. The lit fountain at night was a nice touch. The dogs enjoyed running free. Noah checked in with us to make sure all was well, and we were excited to find a Walmart 5 minutes away for the things we forgot to pack..we will be back.

If you're looking for a beautiful, natural off grid experience in Delaware, look no further. From the pond and beautiful wooded scenery to the walking trails and outstanding bird watching, this place doesn't disappoint. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Woke up daily with a view of the pond and the woods that made us not want to leave. This camp is a must for anyone seeking a beautiful off grid experience. We are already planning our next get away here.

Weekend Trip to Country Camping Near Beaches

This is a quiet spot to stay at, and it is/felt very safe. The tent site is in a secluded area behind the barn, which was great. This was my first time in Delaware, and I stayed here as I was participating in a marathon the next day in Rehoboth Beach. I would definitely stay here again! If you are lucky you may get to meet Mr. Glenn :)

This is a beautiful stretch of land! Water features, bridges, hikes thru the woods. And a perfect view of both sunrise and sunset. I felt so relaxed here. I will definitely camp here again. Thank you for a great experience.

Gary is very friendly and responds to questions about his property in a timely manner. He meets you when you arrive and directs you to a campsite. I’ve been here twice this year and plan on returning. Recommend for those looking to do a little dispersed camping.

I loved camping on Garry's land. Garry was great and so was Lisa, his permanent resident. The campsite was clean and very peaceful. The other campers were respectful. Had a very peaceful, reflective experience...which was much needed as I mourned a loved one's passing. Will definitely go again.

Camp in a backyard in a quiet area with a barn and horses nearby. Site 1 has water hookup and a 30 amp and 110 outlet available. Site 2 has water access and a 110 outlet available. Site 3 is for tent camping only and is more secluded. It does have water access available. These sites are a great spot to watch the sunset or watch the stars at night. These all are self contained camping spots. I do have two very friendly dogs that will most likely come say hi to you. Dewey Beer is 1 mile away in Harbeson. Lewes beach is only about 10 minutes away and Rehoboth beach is about 20 minutes away. Sports at the beach is only 5 miles away. Tanger outlets is 8 miles away. Delaware Turf sports complex is 24 miles. There are many great restaurants and shopping nearby. Feel free to ask for recommendations!
