Selbyville, DE · 2 sitesVisit the beach while camping in the woods! We're located on a former tree farm with many beautiful varieties of trees, just 5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy a peaceful, natural setting surrounded by woods and open fields. You'll be just a quick 10-minute drive from some of the best beaches in Delaware and Maryland, including Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, and Ocean City.
Relax in the shade by day and stargaze at night under skies with very little light pollution. We have plenty of room for your bikes, kayaks, boat, and trailer.
Please note: There are no bathroom facilities. Guests must be fully self-contained, pack out all waste, and leave no trace.
Boondocking only:
• No water
• No electricity
• No hookups
• No dumping
• No open flames or fires
• No children under 12
We have two boondocking sites available, each accommodating up to three guests. There are no nearby neighbors except our home, located at the opposite end of the property, and a small guest house.
The speed limit on our road is 35 mph. Both sites are set back from the road with plenty of trees providing a natural buffer. Traffic is generally limited to daytime and rush hours, and nights are typically very quiet.
Please check yourself for ticks daily. Before parking, look up to ensure you are not beneath a loose tree limb. We experienced a blizzard this past winter, and although no dead branches are directly above the campsites, please use caution when parking or walking beneath trees.
A short drive brings you to beaches, restaurants, shopping, fishing, kayaking, miniature golf, a drive-in movie theater, wildlife preserves, nature trails, canals, arcades, ice cream, bowling, fresh seafood, outlet shopping, and more!
