A long roadside stretch about 100 ft deep along Old Ocean City rd in Parsonsburg Md. Graveled land for parking but driving over grass area is encouraged. The whole runs together while the visiting area is west of the main. center tree. Electric plug-in for RV or regular on site, go to the utility meter it's on a pedestal. 5 mi east of Salisbury, 30 minutes to Ocean City Maryland and Millsboro Delaware. All of the beaches are right at hand, the Pocomoke River, Berlin and other tourist sites. Camping permitted, fires permitted. Clean up and bury your waste, RVs and boat storage permitted. Most open land uses are zoned for that area, it's "village commercial". Stay long as you wish, all season or all year. Plenty of space, all of it is off street parking and there are gravelled spots and paved areas as well.1 acre open land with parking & camping anywhere 5 miles east of Salisbury Md 20 minutes to Ocean City Md, and Delaware beaches All sites are available, the land is open. Simple spot to setup camp for the night! Not too far from where things are happening to be part of the fun, but far enough away to get some peace and quiet! Mike is a helpful guy!

Property line feud

We did not stay at the site because there was a property line feud which resulted in the hipcamp host and the neighbor yelling at each other about property lines and the police were to be called and we left just before it looked like the confrontation was going to get physical. The host said he would refund our money, and we are still waiting on that.
