No presents for me or other campers, thank you. 45-acre Historic farm, several sites to choose from depending on adventure wanderlust (including a 4WD drive site). Located on private gravel lane, approximately 1/2 mile off county road. Either corn or soybeans with a woods backdrop. Secluded and private, yet 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis, 10 minutes to the Bay, great for cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking all 10/15 minutes from farm. DC 45 minutes, Baltimore 1 hour. Jug Bay wetlands, wineries, fun little waterfront towns and Bay front restaurants all within easy reach. Check out individual sites for description, each has its own personality. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. First listing actually has several options. For large campers/coach/fifth wheelers the area by the tractor shed will be the best. Around the corner there's two other choices both with firepits which will accommodate units up to 40 feet depending on your backing/maneuvering skills. Field of Dreams and Sycamore Ridge will accommodate campers under 25 feet with some backing/maneuvering skills. For those with 4WD and an off-road camper/trailer/tent choose Off the Grid, two entrances for easy access, travel along a logging road to an open site with fire pit. What a great find in Anne Arundel County. This is a beautiful and well maintained property and only 40 minutes from my front door. Site 1 was spacious and had room for two trucks and tents. Communication was great and Randy provided easy to follow directions. We will be back for sure!

My niece goes camping twice a year and I hijacked this fall trip. I selected Yates’ site because of the quiet and tranquil surrounding and we were not disappointed. Tucker, Yates’ cousin, met us at check-in with the sweetest dog. We found site 3 easily and setup went smoothly. Site 3 is shady and offers views of the Patuxent River and a nice swampy area below. Loved the sounds of birds, fox…night life. I wasn’t expecting all the Daddy Long Legs and various other spiders. Thank God my niece was there to save me, lol. We brought our own wood, but there was kindling/small branches at the site that we also took advantage of. We played it forward and left the same for the next camper. I would definitely stay here again, just not at Site 3. I think Site 1 is open without the abundance of trees and prayerfully less bugs.

2 nights at Bald Eagle Farm on the Patuxent

I stayed here with my two dogs and we had such a great time. It’s incredibly peaceful. No traffic noise, no people, just nature. Being able to let the dogs off leash without worrying was AMAZING. They ran around, swam, sniffed everything… they were living their best lives. We explored some of the local hiking spots during the day and did some fishing. At night the sky was unreal. You can actually see the stars and moon without any light pollution. We even saw the international space station. Super quiet at night too—just frogs and wind. Yates, the owner, was really nice. He told me ahead of time that his sons would be driving by early in the morning so I wouldn’t be surprised, which I appreciated. Other than that he totally gave us space and let us do our thing. Overall just a really relaxing, low-stress place to camp. If you want quiet, space, and a chill vibe (especially if you have dogs), this place is perfect. This is going to be my new go-to spot.

We arrived later in the evening than we had initially planned due to heavy traffic and construction on the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Weekend Trip to Greenock Farm

We had a great two-night stay in our 13 foot travel trailer here. We were at site #1 and chose the spot furthest back and it was perfect for us. I’m not an expert with the trailer but was able to position on a flat spot at Randy’s recommendation that gave us a nice view of the cornfields. It was very peaceful, we put the fire pits to use, and had a wonderful stay. It’s pretty local for us and we definitely would stay again.

Nice property. Our dog loved it. Stayed at site # 4. Plenty of space on the grass to pitch a large tent and then a serene tree covered hang out with a picnic table and fire pit. We hung a couple hammocks for a relaxing area to read a book and take a nap. As other reviewers have mentioned, pay attention to the tide if you plan to make use of the dock.. there is not much water there at low tide. However at high tide there the water is plenty usable to kayak or paddle board.

This campsite was absolutely beautiful! The self check-in process was quick and easy, and we had no trouble following the map to our site, which had stunning water views. We brought inflatable kayaks and, while the water was a bit shallow during our stay, we were still able to get out and explore. We also enjoyed a lovely walk around the property and met some fellow campers, all of whom were very friendly. The water pump was simple to use, and we really appreciated that firewood was provided. One of the best parts was how well-spaced the campsites were—giving you the option to enjoy privacy and quiet whenever you wanted. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Weekend Trip to Outstanding Dreams Alpaca Farm

Phil’s land is amazing!! And so is he!! His communication was timely and helpful, he answered our questions before booking, met us when we arrived, and was all around lovely. The land is excellent with campsites that have a view of the alpacas. We got to watch the babies and the mamas from our site. Phil introduced us to the alpacas and shared all sorts of interesting tidbits. They are so cute and silly, we had a great time interacting with them. Sites had plenty of space with excellent picnic table and fire pit. The porta pot was clean and well cared for. The store selling the alpaca yarn was super cute. The night sky was brilliant!

We loved camping on John's land. The tent he had set up by the lake was spacious and relaxing. We were also able to fish and catch small mouth bass!

1 night at Greenock Farm

I had a peaceful, quiet stay on Randy & Carol’s property surrounded by cornfields. There were two other sites close by but no one camping while I was. Carol was a hospitable host and pointed out cool trees on the property. I would stay here again!
