No presents for me or other campers, thank you. 45-acre Historic farm, several sites to choose from depending on adventure wanderlust (including a 4WD drive site). Located on private gravel lane, approximately 1/2 mile off county road. Either corn or soybeans with a woods backdrop. Secluded and private, yet 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis, 10 minutes to the Bay, great for cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking all 10/15 minutes from farm. DC 45 minutes, Baltimore 1 hour. Jug Bay wetlands, wineries, fun little waterfront towns and Bay front restaurants all within easy reach. Check out individual sites for description, each has its own personality. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. First listing actually has several options. For large campers/coach/fifth wheelers the area by the tractor shed will be the best. Around the corner there's two other choices both with firepits which will accommodate units up to 40 feet depending on your backing/maneuvering skills. We absolutely love this campsite! This was our third time staying here, and it gets better every year. The site itself is very private, spacious, and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors without feeling crowded. Derek, the owner, is always incredibly accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. We plan to keep coming back every year — it’s become one of our favorite getaway spots!

My niece goes camping twice a year and I hijacked this fall trip. I selected Yates’ site because of the quiet and tranquil surrounding and we were not disappointed. Tucker, Yates’ cousin, met us at check-in with the sweetest dog. We found site 3 easily and setup went smoothly. Site 3 is shady and offers views of the Patuxent River and a nice swampy area below. Loved the sounds of birds, fox…night life. I wasn’t expecting all the Daddy Long Legs and various other spiders. Thank God my niece was there to save me, lol. We brought our own wood, but there was kindling/small branches at the site that we also took advantage of. We played it forward and left the same for the next camper. I would definitely stay here again, just not at Site 3. I think Site 1 is open without the abundance of trees and prayerfully less bugs.

2 nights at Bald Eagle Farm on the Patuxent

I stayed here with my two dogs and we had such a great time. It’s incredibly peaceful. No traffic noise, no people, just nature. Being able to let the dogs off leash without worrying was AMAZING. They ran around, swam, sniffed everything… they were living their best lives. We explored some of the local hiking spots during the day and did some fishing. At night the sky was unreal. You can actually see the stars and moon without any light pollution. We even saw the international space station. Super quiet at night too—just frogs and wind. Yates, the owner, was really nice. He told me ahead of time that his sons would be driving by early in the morning so I wouldn’t be surprised, which I appreciated. Other than that he totally gave us space and let us do our thing. Overall just a really relaxing, low-stress place to camp. If you want quiet, space, and a chill vibe (especially if you have dogs), this place is perfect. This is going to be my new go-to spot.

5 nights at Southern Camp

The view is beautiful. My pictures are amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to the rivers edge. It did not rain, so I had no issues. However, flooding would be the only concern or negative. This is my favorite or number 1 campsite. This was my 5th camping trip. I would book again.

Really enjoyed our stay with Randy and Carol. The site was clean and private. We arrived later in the evening than we had initially planned due to heavy traffic and construction on the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Randy was super accommodating and helpful and waited for us to arrive to direct us to our site.

Weekend Trip to Greenock Farm

We had a great two-night stay in our 13 foot travel trailer here. We were at site #1 and chose the spot furthest back and it was perfect for us. I’m not an expert with the trailer but was able to position on a flat spot at Randy’s recommendation that gave us a nice view of the cornfields. It was very peaceful, we put the fire pits to use, and had a wonderful stay. It’s pretty local for us and we definitely would stay again.

Weekend Trip to TINYHOME n WOODS & PRIVATE ISLAND

Lots to like about the waterfront site, starting with the view. My family and another family spent the trip kayaking, lying in a hammock, and sitting by the fire. We only saw a few other people the whole time — all on small fishing boats and jet skis. The host was very communicative. The place wasn’t far from DC. Main drawback is the relatively high cost, particularly given that water and port-a-john weren’t included in the base price.
