Camp on a working horse farm! Horses are welcome too! We are near Ocean City, MD, Assateague Beaches, Chincoteague Beaches, Salisbury University, University of MD Eastern Shore, Snow Hill, MD, and lots of other great attractions. The camper is in the middle of a working horse farm with views of the horse pastures, petting zoo play area, and western riding arena. Lots of space to bring extra tents as well for more guests. Lots of things to see and do on and off the farm!!! The space This camper was gutted and redone for a fun and whimsical living space. It now has a "fair" weather outdoor space which will include a table for 6 and a fire pit. But, bring your chairs and sit outside to relax and take in the sounds of nature and well: some pigs, chickens, donkeys, goats, sheep, etc. Lots of space to bring some tents and friends as well as horseboarding options for those who are passing through or want to ride the beach with their horses. Message Kelly for more information on tents and horseboarding options. Guest access When you arrive you can pull up to the camper and have your own partially fenced-in private space. Other things to note We do have a playground for any little ones and you are welcome to walk around the farm and pet the horses and petting zoo animals. 3 nights at There's No Place like Gnome!

PERFECT!!! Is the only word I can use to describe this site!! We LOVED all the farm animals. The camper was clean, quiet, and well stocked! Waking up and seeing horses was the best factor! We even got to feed them!!! Kelly, Sean and everyone else on the farm were sweethearts! We will most definitely be coming back! Make sure you watch the competition if there is one while you're there! Our favorite was the white Pony in the petting farm!! But the cats were so friendly along with the dogs once they got used to you. Everything about this place was amazing! We will be back for sure

John’s “glamping by the lake” site features a comfortable and sturdy tent on a small peninsula. We loved the sense of being almost surrounded by the water and greenery. My dogs thought the geese and fish were fascinating. The wine next door was a pleasant add-on that helped our fire-pit cooked food go down nicely.

Weekend Trip to Sleigh Hill Farm

We had an amazing time camping over the long weekend, the spot is super private and relaxing, and John was an amazing and attentive host. He even gave us a tour of his property and the future and current sites. The winery next door had some pretty great wines and the owner was very nice. We brought our dogs along and were surprised at how dog friendly the entire place was. Overall we would definitely recommend John and Hollie’s place, and we will definitely be returning as well.
