A very sweet and rustic Hemlock cabin, along with secluded 17' and 14" bell tents, plus 2 private campsites sit along beautiful Webb Brook. Walk through the large open field, away from everything, to this storybook setting. All you can hear is the waters of the brook rushing and sounds of nature all around. Graham Lake is just a stone's throw away. Great for kayaking, fishing, and swimming. This magical place is just beyond our farm where we you can buy fresh chicken and duck eggs daily at the house. In the cabin, upstairs, a lofted queen bed accessed by a sturdy wooden ladder. Downstairs, a wood stove with dining area, and living space with full sized convertible bed. No electricity, no plumbing, no wifi. Good cell service. Composting toilet and water tank for use inside cabin. Gas grill and firepit with tripod grate outside for cooking options. Two large picnic tables for outdoor dining. Truly a magical place. The campsites and secluded 2 bell tent sites are hidden away along Webb Brook, sitting among the pines and hardwoods. Learn more about this land: You'll arrive at our barn and home, probably greeted by a variety of animals. Walking past the pond and through the field towards the tree line, you'll arrive at our tiny cabin situated on a hill with the salt marsh below. The cabin is furnished with a full sized futon, a wooden bench, beehive working woodstove, and shelving. There are candle lanterns provided, however we suggest also bringing a few flashlights. Depending on the season we have farm vegetables and eggs available, kayaks available upon request to use to explore the salt marsh and harbors right out in front of the cabin. A short drive and you can find numerous hiking areas and beaches or take the longer 1 hour and 15 min ride to Bar Harbor. The cabin is not visible to the main house, though sound may travel. You'll have a beautiful view of the water facing west for sun sets. We access the water and trails around the fields foraging for berries with our kiddos and dogs, along with rotating the grazing animals and will provide ample space to respect your privacy. A small gas grill and cooler can be provided, Cabin has no electric or running water. Water can be accessed from the main house and/or barn pumps depending on season, however will need to be brought down to cabin. Outhouse is located nearby.

We are located 2 miles from Route 1 Milbridge and about 2 miles from Route 1A Milbridge Find us on YouTube videos of wild animals and campground area 😊 A-Frame Cabin 10’by10’, private, fire pit, benches, picnic table and hammock. The Cabin is 75’ from Old County Road and 200’ from the parking area. A cell phone booster is at the campground which works good and runs all the time and no wifi or power at the cabins off grid. Shower is located at the cabins. We are located 2 miles from Route 1 Milbridge and about 2 miles from Route 1A Milbridge and we just fixed the Old County Road and the parking area and the road is settling from being fixed but low cars have been making into the parking area with no problems. The paths are primitive and not suited for people who have trouble walking on uneven ground. We provide solar lights, propane stove, propane, natural bug spray, battery bank charger, 1 small bottled water per guests and sleeping bags. Heat provided from Oct 1 to April 30. No Out of State Maine Firewood. No water at the shower from October 15 to April 30 because of the frost.

This was my first Hipcamp and it was great. The cabin had everything we needed and though it definitely got cold, as we were visiting in mid-November, a fire and plenty of blankets kept us warm through the nights. This is a lovely little camping and so peaceful!

Super helpful hosts and a nice Hipcamp. It is as advertised for the most part being a rustic cabin. We've stayed in many rustic cabins through Hipcamp. A few things to note: Even though there is a woodstove (we used every night to keep us warm) the cabin does not hold heat because the walls to the cabin have large gaps so we had to use 4 bundles of hardwood a night to keep it comfortable at night (temps in the 20° to mid 30°s) We were somewhat prepared because we knew it wasn't insulated but we were not expecting the amount of heat loss due to all the gaps in the cabin. There are other campsites on the property which are a good distance away (some within sight) We got a little freaked out by a group of campers walking up to the cabin at 10:30 at night and waking us up. (Definitely not the host's fault) but just be aware it's not the most secluded. Being in the cabin it was a little quieter but this spot is off a main road so there is a bit of noise from that but definitely not something that would completely deter me. The host was very helpful when we mentioned that we'd like to drive up to the cabin. They told us we were not able to do that (I'd just suggest taking that as an option off the listing because we chose this site in part because of that having 4wd) but they offered to help us bring our stuff with another wagon attached to the owners tractor which was very nice. The cabin is equipped with everything you would need for rustic camp: pots, pans, water, utensils.

We loved Sienna’s sweet lodging in the woodsy glen, and stayed an extra day to enjoy it. She was responsive and helpful throughout our stay and has thought of every detail inside the cabin and around- the bed was very comfortable, the outdoor shower delightful and we kept the side lifted for most of the day. We will definitely return and are telling all our friends about this wonderful spot!

Tent sites are well spaced, and the Graham Cracker Cabin is in the center of it all. Paths in the field are well mowed and the cabin was clean and open when I arrived. The cabin does get quite warm during the day so leaving the doors open was a big help to get a breeze going through. At night there was enough of a cross breeze down in the main room to make sleeping comfortable. The loft was too warm for sleeping in August. Mornings were lovely and quiet, and I snuck a small bowl of blueberries from the low bushes along the path to go with breakfast. Overall a lovely location that gets quiet at night so you can hear the chorus of frogs in the brook.

Linda is an attentive host. She greated us when we arrived, gave us a run down of the property amenties, where the cabin was, and provided a cart for us to lug our baggage to and from the cabin! The lack of road noise, and minimal exposure to firework booms was perfect this weekend. Exactly what I was hoping for with an out of the way stay! With such a rustic design, it gets pretty warm during the day inside, so spending time in the shade, by the brook, or at a near by lake is recommened during the hot hours by my partner and I. However, there are plenty of windows and a good draft through the doors to cool it off before the night! There also was quite a few cracks and crannies for varuious bugs and wasps to can make their way in to the living space, but there are precautionary measures provided, and im positive Linda would have assisted if we felt unsafe! Thank you for a weekend away from the city!

I usually visit NYC for my birthday but this year I decided to try something completely different and this was the full 180 from NYC. Instead of waking to the honking of traffic, it was the beautiful sounds of birds (and the friendly roosters). Though it was cold, I went into this knowing to bundle up. I brought extra blankets and was plenty warm. As another review posted, I brought battery powered string lights and a few extra candles and loved reading in the cozy bed at night. We did go through a lot of wood so we bought another bundle. Sorry to the hosts for using so much wood and candlelight! The chickens were absolutely hilarious. They surrounded us every time we walked by. I loved the mellow horses and all of the other animals. It was difficult not to just hang out with them all day. We hiked around the land and went into town a few times. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend for nature lovers!

Planned a solo trip to unplug & reset, and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The cabin was even lovelier in person, perfect size, simple & charming... chilly at times but the space heater kept me warm. Amazing use of space... the little cooking area had everything you need but barely took up space. Saw more stars than I have in a long time. Loved the little bridge over a stream and the feeling of privacy & safety. Not much is nearby as far as amenities but great hiking along the coast (~25 minutes driving) was exactly what I needed. Linens were clean & smelled amazing. Will be back. Thank you Sienna! 🙏🏼🌲✨️
