Weekend Trip to Yurty Expectations Conga Camp Maine
We loved the hot tub so much that Cliff prepared for us during our 2 nights stay. I would recommended to bring extra bedding if you plan to stay there in November, it get pretty cold in yurt.

Perfect peaceful spot to relax and shut down. We didn't really need anything but we knew April was there if we did. There are a lot of little things April leaves in the cabin in case you forget anything which is appreciated. It is decorated so cute with little lights inside which I appreciated at night. The spot is gorgeous with the sound and sights of a brook and trees. What more could you ask for? Sitting by the fire watching the moon rise and sipping coffee with the sun rise was so enjoyable. We didn't bring our dogs but will in the future. A great spot for them. You are in nature and have total peace but with the security of knowing April is right there if needed and hiking and stores are close by if you need them. Highly recommend this spot.

3 nights at Deep Woods Hideaway
We had a fantastic stay in Billy's camper last weekend when we were in the area to bike at Highland. We enjoyed it so much we're going back next week! His property is private with beautiful Mountain View's and the camper was spotless with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. He was an amazing host, even dropping off wood so we could make a fire in the evening. It felt more like a relaxing getaway than staying in a hotel like we usually do, and the camper had plenty of space for several adults to stay comfortably. He isn't kidding that you need four wheel drive to get up the steep driveway - but the views are worth it!

1 night at Pine Brook Retreat
Cutest little cabin nestled in a well loved place. The area built out for camping was so lovely and everything in the cabin was well thought out. We were unfortunately there during a burn ban but there was a lovely propane fire we were able to use and it was perfect. Listening to the creek while drinking my morning coffee was so so perfect.

Weekend Trip to Deep Woods Hideaway
Billy is a great host! He's bought a beautiful plot of land and is developing it himself, and in the mean time has created a few sites for folks of the hipcamp persuasion. We stayed in the camper, it was super comfortable, and Billy was very responsive and helpful to make sure we had a great stay. I'd highly recommend. Only note would be that when you enter the property, it kind of looks like you're driving into a construction site, Billy's driveway goes straight up hill and the address marker is a small plaque on the road. You're in the right place, and if you have trouble finding it just give Billy a call. 10 min from Tilton, Tilt'N Diner is right there, plus a walgreens and anything else you may need. Great spot, we'll be back for sure!

The idyllic location for being in nature. The yurt was wonderfully set up. We enjoyed hot tea each night. The property is close to amenities while feeling removed from the hustle and bustle of it all. Despite the cold we enjoyed an outdoor shower. The property is near a trail to take in all the changing leaves. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful and provided spot on recommendations. We are so grateful!

Weekend Trip to The Canopy
I could not recommend this place enough. The treehouse itself was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The outside had amazing views and the dock was a huge plus. I think the best part of the trip was how helpful and caring the staff was. I went up for my 1 year anniversary and they made it even more special by creating a keepsake for us to remember the trip, as well as being very kind and communicative. 10/10 experience, I have already suggested the place to multiple family members and friends.

Weekend Trip to Dancing Lawn
YURT=YES! We arrived to a wonderful oasis, greated by wild turkeys and a beautifully maintained home away from home! My mother and I went skydiving 8 minutes away for my birthday, and this is the perfect place to unwind and experience a wonderful mix of amenities and privacy. I could not have asked for a better birthday. Thank you to the wonderful hosts, who respond instantly and made our stay memorable for entertiny!

The lake was warm still, clean, the views were beautiful. We were the last campers of the season so we had lots of privacy. The cabin had a fridge for us, a few basics re: utensils, plates , cups, washbin, an extra blanket, and a pull out couch. A fan, space heater, and toaster/coffeemaker. The space heater worked well at night. The bathroom was close and it had a full kitchen sink to wash, stall shower, toilet stall. There are motion sensor lights at night for the scaredy cats. Dumpster on site.

Weekend Trip to Rooted Heart Farm Yurt
We had a wonderful time staying in the yurt! The wood stove kept us nice and cozy at night and the farm itself is beautiful. The cafe on site has delicious food and drinks, and the location is close to Portland and shopping but also close to nature and outdoorsy activities. Full disclosure, the road and bar nearby were loud at night. We knew this from previous reviews so we were prepared and not too bothered, but definitely be aware that you will be able to hear it, especially if the bar is having an event!

The campground was great! Not too big, not too small. Beautiful pool, bounce pad and playground. Great hiking train right on the property. Staff was so kind and bathroom is were spotless!

Weekend Trip to Island View At Kiwanis Beach
We enjoyed our weekend in the cabin! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. My sister stayed in one of the platform tent sites. We spent most of the weekend at their site and would walk (or canoe!) back to ours. Sarah was a great host and made us feel right at home.
We will definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Retreats Wild Acres! Check in was smooth and hassle free, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The cabin itself was spotless, comfortable, and very relaxing. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here and are already looking forward to coming back!

Weekend Trip to Dancing Lawn
This was the first time we’ve stayed in a yurt, didn’t know what to expect. The place was very clean and welcoming. We got there after dark and found it fairly well with the little lanterns and the lights on when we arrived. On the night we were there - we heard a pair of Great-horned owls (according to the bird app) in trees close by- very cool and unexpected. We also woke up to rain sounding on the canvas - making it a very relaxing morning.
