Creekdance is located on 20 acres of prime Kentucky vegetation in the hills of Kentucky. Dry Fork Creek runs adjacent to the entire property. While it is not deep enough to kayak, it is certainly fun to dip your toes in and walk through the ever-flowing water.
Several walking paths and bird boxes can be found throughout the property. It is a great place to write, paint, read, do yoga or just rejuvenate and "get right" with nature.

Guest access
Guests have a private cabin all to themselves. They may feel free to wander around the property, venture onto the walking paths, walk in the creek, etc. The only space that is off limits is my cabin down the creek. Of course, if there is some kind of emergency, feel free to come find me.
Other things to note
While pets are allowed, there will be a $25 charge per day/per pet, paid to hosts upon arrival. I have a very friendly dog of my own on the property who free-roams. Also, if guests leave their pets in the cabin while they are gone, the pets must be crated.
Inside the cabin, the bathroom is equipped with an Incinolet toilet. I find that it is quite efficient if used properly. Instructions will be given upon arrival and are included on the wall in the bathroom.
We can only accommodate TWO guests at a time in the cabin due to the Incinolet's capability.

The space
Creekdance is located on 20 acres of prime Kentucky vegetation in the hills of Kentucky. Dry Fork Creek runs adjacent to the entire property. While it is not deep enough to kayak, it is certainly fun to dip your toes in and walk through the ever-flowing water.
Several walking paths and bird boxes can be found throughout the property. It is a great place to write, paint, read, do yoga or just rejuvenate and "get right" with nature.

Guest access
Guests have a private cabin all to themselves. They may feel free to wander around the property, venture onto the walking paths, walk in the creek, etc. The only space that is off limits is my cabin down the creek. Of course, if there is some kind of emergency, feel free to come find me.
Other things to note
While pets are allowed, there will be a $25 charge per day/per pet, paid to hosts upon arrival. I have a very friendly dog of my own on the property who free-roams. Also, if guests leave their pets in the cabin while they are gone, the pets must be crated.
Inside the cabin, the bathroom is equipped with an Incinolet toilet. I find that it is quite efficient if used properly. Instructions will be given upon arrival and are included on the wall in the bathroom.
We can only accommodate TWO guests at a time in the cabin due to the Incinolet's capability.

This is a wonderful little spot to stay. I was here for 2 nights but it would work very as a long term stay. The trailer is set up expectionally well. It is easy to access and incredibly comfortable. Sitting on the deck you feel as if you are out in a swett valley but you are only 15 minutes from some great restaurants, hiking trails and parks. 25 minutes gets you to just about any place else in Louisville. I recommend the outdoor shower under the banana trees. Shelby does a wonderful job as a host and is very accommodating. I will definitely be back here.

This little place was the greatest. Was the perfect size and atmosphere was wonderful. They had nice setup to be able to have a campfire or even grill outside. Cute little pond as well. I loved glamping in the camper on Shelby's land. The place is so comfy and the land is a dream. Saw the moon from the deck at night and woke up to the birds chirping. Every detail was perfect and the camper had every amenity you could dream of, including an amazing shower, both indoor and outdoor. Paradise in the country with first class amenities. This is hands down one of my top Hip Camps Ive been to! Not far from Mammoth Cave at all, plus the surrounding countryside is gorgeous. We had a lovely, peaceful stay in the glamping tent which felt like a hotel after tent camping! Boots, the cat concierge, checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which we loved! Overall, this was an amazing stay and I wish we had planned to stay longer. We will definitely be back! Also being able to shower on a five day camping trip was a dream.

We loved spending time at the farm! Kristen was a wonderful host with amazing communication! The glamping tent was great! We had 20-25mph winds most of our visit. We didn't even notice when we were in the tent, other than hearing it. The heaters kept us plenty warm on the chilly nights. 35°F was the coldest night and I had to turn one of the heaters down. The restrooms/showers were clean and well stocked. Highly recommend a visit to the farm! We would definitely return!!
