Currently there is limited Wi-Fi available through the park but especially near the office on lot 50, if you need it, ask the Manager to put you near it because we are trying to provide a radiation free area for our Manager and guests. Enjoy the beautiful new landscaping in this Resort like RV Park with twinkly lights that come on throughout the night and we have a beautiful winding creek with creek front sites. The park has paved roads, concrete pads. This is a big rig park that can handle coaches as large as 50 feet. Because we are conveniently located in the greater Louisville metropolitan area, please know there is a nearby train track that comes by a few times a day, but you get use to it, and we are only 8 miles from the Louisville International airport, but there is no freeway noise which can be very loud. We do not have bath or shower houses, or a pool, but we do have laundry facilities on site. There are showers within 2 miles at the Pilot gas station on I-65. We strive to offer excellent customer service, so please feel free to call if you have any issues! We have an on-site Assistant Manager. Annie is located on lot 12a, and you can reach her after you arrive by calling (502) 276-6090, or look for Annie working in the park. For long term RV guests, we require RVs to be 10 years or newer. I've stayed at other hip camps and simply decided that I would love to share my little slice of heaven with others passing through my area.  Notes: there is a wee bit of road noise, I live on a dead end road, there are 10 acres between my 5 acres and the Blue Grass Parkway.  I find it peaceful here and can easily ignore it but I'm mentioning it so your not surprised by it  ;)  The Neighbors dog may come visit while you are here but is very nice and leaves if you tell him to :) You are welcome to hang a hammock in a small section of woods, by a small pond, or even on my covered porch. You are welcome to pitch a tent anywhere you like. You are welcome to park an RV or vehicle in the drive.  The drive is about 250ft long, you would need to back in in order to hook up to the 50 amp plug. RV's can use the 50 amp plug (30 amp will need an adapter. I have one you can use if you don't own one of your own) and hose for water. I have an outdoor shower and a camping toilet. I am ... - one hour from Lexington, Louisville, Elizabethtown, and Frankfort.- 1 mile from a mini mart with Gas, Ice, Pizza, Chicken Wings, Sandwiches, ect.- 6 miles from Dollar General and A pizza Restaurant - 15 ish miles from Wal-mart and other chain stores and restaurants I'm a great travel guide so feel free to tell me what your in town for or things you like to do. I will happily make you up a list of things to do and see and places to eat. Keenland, Churchill Downs, The Bourbon Tour (Jim Beam, Makers Mark, Heaven Hill, and many others) are within an hour of here. Also within an hour are 2 great bike paths, wonderful hiking and kayaking. As well as Great Shopping and Restaurants. Anything your heart desires. Using GPS Directions i would suggest avoiding Tunnel Mill Rd and Murphy Lane if towing a camper or driving an RV.

The RV closest to the river is ours, and we enjoy staying there a few days each week. The concrete RV slab for rent is 43' above summer pool of the Ohio River. Spring flooding can reach this high (about once every 20 years), but rarely will this site be impacted. You are more than welcome to set up on the gravel pad in front of the slab for better awning use, assuming you power cord and water will reach but there is no sewer drop. You may pull out in the grass to get aligned and use the lawn for games, etc. The gravel pad is not as level as the concrete so setup may take a little longer. When there are no vehicles next to our camper, please feel free to sit in the shade in front of our unit to enjoy the waterfront. When we are here you are welcome to say hello and we will respect your privacy as we would at any campground I do want to advise that while there is wonderful views and lawn space on the property, we are in the city limits and there are neighbors and some traffic noise. Please respect quiet time after 10pm and neighboring property. There is a floating dock for kayak, boat tie up, swimming, fishing, or just sitting and enjoying the waterfront. Please be safe. There are life jackets free to borrow at the City of Milton municipal building on the hilltop on highway US421 just a couple miles south of town. The is a public boat ramp just down the road. Weekend Trip to The Farm at Grace Hill

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. So sweet to pet the beautiful horses, see the chickens and pot belly pigs. My dog, Scout loved the scenery as well. Jessica met us as soon as I let her know we were there and helped us get situated. It was a quiet camp and very beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. Well worth the money.

Easy in and easy out for a person passing through. Hook ups were easy to access. Laundry room was available though I didn’t use it, showers were clean in good running order and the bathroom was very clean too. Next door to a city park that had a small lake with a sidewalk around it, great for travelers with fur babies.

Nice location on a horse farm with chickens and pigs. Directions to the farm were clear. We had some questions about where to set up but Jessica was able to provide the information in a timely manner. Very close to family for us so it was a nice stop.

Urban camping experience. It’s in a neighborhood with children and dogs a lot like the one I grew up in. Even air traffic day and night. The electric power was just enough for air conditioning. I wouldn’t run more than 1 unit. She even provided extra hoses for the connections.

We had a wonderful stay, our hosts were amazing from arrival to our departure. The farm is beautiful, picturesque, and quiet. We stayed beside the horse barn with electric and water, it was fantastic! We were in town for family visits and The Farm at Grace Hill fit our needs perfectly. If you are a horse lover this is a must visit, many horses are on site and we could visit with them at the barn when in their stalls. They also have a wandering pig that we enjoyed watching as it worked its way around the property. We would rate our stay as 5 stars, and would highly recommend this host.

Jessica’s farm was nothing short of amazing, we enjoyed waking up to all the animals and to a great view of her amazing farm. The farm feels remote but you're minutes from all amenities, and Churchill Downs is only a 25min drive. We highly recommend staying here and we look forward to booking here again in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay at this farm! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The full hookups made our RV setup incredibly easy and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The property is peaceful and beautiful, and it gave us the perfect place to slow down. Our kids absolutely loved being able to see the animals every day, it truly made the experience extra special for our family. Amber is really kind, welcoming, and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great stay. I stayed here a whole month and it was great! 10/10 would recommend! I hope it's available in the spring when I'm back in this town. The place is easy to park in I got a 33 long travel trailer. It's a quiet neighborhood, close to all the stores. They are really nice people to deal with. I have nothing bad to say about this place! I love it.

I had a great time staying here! The site was easy to access, and Trisha was very responsive during our stay. This is a quiet neighborhood that is easy to walk around in. We were able to get to the Highland Festival Grounds every day with no problems, and there is a grocery store within walking distance as well. Overall this was a great location for our stay!
