Far enough away from the Freeway so there is no road noise. There are 2 nice golf courses within 3 miles. South Park Country Club and The Crossings Golf Course is adjacent to the park. We are located near shopping, restaurants, Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, the bourbon distillery trail, and many other attractions. Many are under 8 miles away. Come visit us! Daily rates for full hookup starting at $55 a night, weekly starting at $245-$33and monthly rates start at $495-$925 for the creek front with concrete pad sites. We are the only RV Park in the Louisville area offering all full hookup creek front and concrete pad sites! We also offer over-sized, pull through sites, and a combo of creek front concrete pad, oversized, hill side, and pull through sites. (All rates include tax and electric except our monthly). All sites include water, sewer, dumpster service on lot 62, lawn care and monitored security cameras in beautiful and very safe park. All sites are 50 amp, and we have 50 to 30 amp adapters for sale for a $25 fee. Currently there is limited Wi-Fi available through the park but especially near the office on lot 50, if you need it, ask the Manager to put you near it because we are trying to provide a radiation free area for our Manager and guests. Enjoy the beautiful new landscaping in this Resort like RV Park with twinkly lights that come on throughout the night and we have a beautiful winding creek with creek front sites. The park has paved roads, concrete pads. This is a big rig park that can handle coaches as large as 50 feet. Because we are conveniently located in the greater Louisville metropolitan area, please know there is a nearby train track that comes by a few times a day, but you get use to it, and we are only 8 miles from the Louisville International airport, but there is no freeway noise which can be very loud. We do not have bath or shower houses, or a pool, but we do have laundry facilities on site. There are showers within 2 miles at the Pilot gas station on I-65. We strive to offer excellent customer service, so please feel free to call if you have any issues! We have an on-site Assistant Manager. Annie is located on lot 12a, and you can reach her after you arrive by calling (502) 276-6090, or look for Annie working in the park. For long term RV guests, we require RVs to be 10 years or newer. We do give variances to some Airstream and restored classic RVs with a picture pre-approval by Management plus there is a free application see our website for an application on the banner.

Weekend Trip to Willow Pond

Megan was phenomenal, even before we booked! She was kind and responsive to all our questions. The site was perfect! Pictures do not do it justice. The fishing was phenomenal! Our arrival day was pretty windy following some rough storms. Even in the high winds, the fish were biting! The site is positioned in a way where the sunrise hits perfectly through the entrance of the site making for an almost magical morning. This was my son’s first camping trip. He’s already asking when we can return.

We really like the Campground. Nice secluded area. Most of them are campsites for tenting. But the six sites that were available for our fifth wheel trailer were really nice. Lots of things to do at the campground. Some beautiful sites on the water. The Campground host was quite helpful.

Steve's land was clean, clearly marked, and welcoming. Lots of space in between primitive sights with many right alongside the river. Steve was very helpful. Would definitely camp there again.

Weekend Trip to Hones Pointe Campground

If you're looking for a hidden gem in Kentucky, this campground is it! Nestled along the serene banks of the Little Kentucky River, the views are absolutely breathtaking — the kind that make you want to just sit quietly and soak it all in. The river winds gently past the campground, perfect for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. We spent a couple hours exploring the shore. The land itself is beautifully cared for, with open fields that stretch into shady patches of old trees, and a few small trails that invite you to wander. Everything feels thoughtfully maintained — you can tell love and pride go into keeping this place beautiful. We had a fantastic fire under the stars, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the night air. A highlight was definitely the petting zoo, where we got to meet some adorable goats and miniature horses. Scattered around the grounds were also some lovely minerals and rocks giving it a touch of wonder and discovery. The owner was warm and welcoming. He seemed genuinely happy to have us there, and ready to help with anything we needed. He made the whole experience feel even more special. There are electric and water hookups available,just in case you have an RV.

Camp Escape lived up to its name! A fantastic property teeming with nature, yet still right within reach of the city. Shelby is very kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Our campsite was just the right size, a personal haven, providing the peace and quiet we were craving.The provided firepit and level land made setting up a breeze - even during a massive downpour! It’s big farm than I expected. There are goats, pigs, chickens also cute cat. Shower is available and they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It was very safe and hosts are very kind. Cell is not working that well but wifi is available near there house. Highly recommended!!

Secluded Woods on the Bourbon Trail

* HIKE IN ONLY * The property adjoins our family pumpkin farm where we have miniature Zebu cattle, mini horses and mini goats. There are 109 acres, 91 acres of which is dense woods with plenty of trails to explore. While completely isolated and secluded, it is still close to town and highways/railway, so there will be typical sounds associated with those. Absolute seclusion on the Bourbon Trail and only 4.5 miles from town. Only two designated sites on 109 total acres, or find/make your own spot in the dense woods. Park at the host residence and a short hike in is required. There is a strong 5G signal, and each site includes a fire pit and picnic table. The closest site has an outdoor shower. There are three miles of easy walking/biking trails through the woods. Salt River (off site) is less than a mile away and offers a popular kayak launch location, and an amazing destination just a little further down the road where you can drive in the river (see pics). Four Roses Distillery is .4 miles off site and within walking/ biking distance on Bondsmill Rd. The property is almost entirely wooded and borders the Norfolk Southern railway.
