The landscaping was started by Tom who still lives in the farmhouse. The Schierman family has owned this property for four generations. The Oasis is located in the rolling hills of the Palouse in eastern Washington State. The newly created Yonder Hills Disc Golf Course is a private 18 and 9-basket course with long and short pads for almost every basket. A mix of open lawn, wooded fairways, water hazards, and elevation changes. Day, overnight or weekly reservations must be made to enjoy this private course. The disc golf course is under construction with some layout changes on the last three baskets. It's playable but it isn't perfect yet. We had to shift focus to the barn restoration grant to meet the June 2025 deadline. This is a perfect basecamp to relax and unwind or be creative. Read in the lawn. Cook over the fire. Explore the Palouse. Disc golf anytime. Guests may bring their own private fire pits. Firewood is provided for the community fire pit. Yonder Hills can be reserved for larger group camps and private camping events. There is plenty of room for several vehicles and tailgate camping. This is a great spot if you are visiting Moscow. It is real close to town which makes for an easy commute. However, it is also far enough out of town to make you feel like you are on a farm or truly camping. The hosts are very friendly and quick with communication. The site was very clean and level. The campsite was clean with full hook up (water and sewer). Camp chairs, fire wood, and a garbage receptacle was provided. Wish the weather was better to enjoy the space more. Second site with full hook ups is also available. Directions to the site were very accurate and the host offered us the other site to get out of the weather, but we couldn't pass up the view from the silo site. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property, and we hope to return in the spring.

Booked this spot while moving our daughter back to Pullman (WSU) Nick was a fabulous host and very accommodating. We parked in the wrong spot…epic fail on my part 😢 and yet he was so flexible and understanding. His property is so beautiful…. very clean, well kept and equipped for what we needed. Distance to Moscow was a 5-10min drive at best and 20-25 min to Pullman. Side note, if you take the farm roads to Pullman it’s the most beautiful drive. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic spot. It was quiet, private, shaded, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were friendly and communicative. We loved the option of fresh eggs and the propane fire pit. The location couldn't have been better. Multiple lakes are a short distance away, hiking trails, and abundant nature in all directions. This was my first HipCamp experience and I will definitely be back. So, so much more enjoyable than a crowded campground.

This is a wonderful little spot that was just perfect as a home base for our adventures. We stayed for 8 nights and did amazing nature centric activities like huckleberry hunting, lake swims, and mountain hikes. The site was clean, level, and the hosts were great. The site is both private and well situated. Highly recommend.

Another little tidbit: to grow food, we try to maximize the amount of sun it receives- SHADE IS VERY LIMITED. ALL CAMPSITES ARE U-PICK, THERE ARE NO DESIGNATED CAMPSITES. Let your creativity shine and choose as dope a spot as you like! If you're scared of driving off a paved road or frightened by the natural world we suggest glamping at another lovely Green Bluff location. Starting SEPTEMBER 23RD until OCTOBER 31ST every weekday we host hundreds of school kids on the farm. They start arriving around 9:00 am. If the sound of children's laughter drives you absolutely insane, you might think twice about booking a stay with us in the fall. Winter camping is available, please note we typically receive a lot of snow. Early spring is the extreme mud season, please be cautious of our soft ground and stick to the roads. July-August can get very dry some years, which means the grass goes dormant and dust starts to fly. Farm=Dirt MAX STAY IS 14 DAYS. No Side by Sides (UTV's), dirt bikes, or ATV's allowed to be rallied on the property. We can suggest close spots to rally. Bookings must be done though this site, we do not take payment for stays at the farm. Agriculture 101: In the early spring, fruit trees awaken from winter dormancy, bloom for a few weeks, and are pollinated by insects; the pollinated blossoms SLOWLY develop into fruit over the summer. As much as we’d like instant fruit in the spring, nature doesn’t work that way. Fruit development takes time.
