Instant book site. It's a short walk to BSU, downtown, and much more!  Three sites are available for Class B or small Class C boondockers (dry campers) at this location in downtown Boise. Maximun length is 30 feet. No side outs please. This is beautiful property in a park-like setting historical district. You can walk to everything downtown. Water is available to fill your supply tank only. There are no hookups. There's lawn chairs and a fire pit and BBQ. Non-barking pets are ok on leash only. Please back into assigned site   1, 2 or 3. The 132 Main St. property is accessible from the alley. Enter alley from North 1st St. Sites are half way down the alley. It's the gravel lot with the boondocker sign. Discount for longer terms.

Black Cow Ranch

We are a small ranch. You will see us getting our show horses ready to show or get ready for a cutting, irrigating, feeding cattle or horses and working on the property in any way it needs. Our property is situated on a hill so you will see a beautiful view of Squaw Butte and lots of sunsets.  
Less than 5 miles from BLM land. 

We have a variety of spaces available. For RV's - one gravel drive with 30 amp and water (no sewer dump) 
Other spots without out electrical hook ups. We will help you find the best spot upon arrival. 

Circle like driveway up top makes turning around easier. 

Micone Ranch

Our place is 28 acres, and you can camp in a variety of locations. From spring to fall, do not drive into the upper field, there is a stop sign on that gate. Even if the gate is open do not enter, it is irrigated, and you could get stuck and cause property damage. 

Our niche is that we only host one group of people at a time. Whether you are a solo camper or a group of 50, you will never have to compete for space with another group. This also allows for increased safety for single women, elderly, and others who want increased safety. Keep in mind that winter brings snow, and we have a small bridge to cross and a slanted driveway. We are open year-round but make sure your tires can handle our terrain.

Our driveway is immediately off Ontario Heights Rd. Google sometimes tells people to turn on Grand View Lane. Do not do this as there is no access to our property from that direction. We have a 300-gallon trash bin next to our mailbox that says camp host. Our driveway is immediately across the road from there. The gate is latched but not locked on the left side.

Initial fee covers a spot for one sleeping structure. Add any additional tents/rv/vehicles used for sleeping. You can add extra sleeping structures under the extra tab.  Included in options to buy is RV power hook up and EV overnight charging.

A small somewhat muddy creek runs through the front of the property year-round. The water is clearer during the winter and spring months. Cleared spots in this area are available in the non-snow months are small so only tent camping in this area is recommended. It is densely wooded. We do have goats in this field, but they are generally shy. Oregon has an invasive poisonous weed called Water hemlock. If you plan to camp in this area, please familiarize yourself with this plant so you can avoid it. Camping areas have been cleared of this plant but if you wander along the creek you will encounter it.

Other camping areas that people have liked are up top by the top field gate, or down in the field that our large chicken coop is in. There are no large animals in those areas, but chickens do make noises. Up top we have roosters that make noise about 5 am. The lower field on the right is the quietest. If you have children camping near the house is recommended.

The bridge at the entrance to our property is 11' wide, which should allow a standard 8' RV to pass into the property. If you own an extra-wide RV's you should check its width before booking. Extra-wide RV's can park outside the property if you just need a place to park.

The GreenHouse on Grand View Lane

At the top of Ontario Heights, our 1.5-acre property overlooks the Treasure Valley, offering stunning views, beautiful trees, and an open sky perfect for stargazing at night and breathtaking sunrises in the morning. Just a couple of miles from town, it’s the perfect mix of convenience and tranquility.

We offer a cozy fire pit near the tent area, a walking path around the property, and space for one tent and one RV—both spots provide incredible sunrise views. The property is pet-friendly (please clean up after your furry friends!) and equipped with security cameras for added peace of mind.

At Last Ranch

Purchased land in 2019, completing construction of home, shop, and AG buildings in 2021.

We call it At Last Ranch because we danced to Etta James’s At Last at our wedding.

The place is comfortable and a good base camp if you want to explore the area or just need a place for a night or two.

Family home with horses, chickens, and other animals. Must love dogs to stay here.

Property used to be part of the Oregon Trail. It’s history also included being a dairy farm and a corn field. Now a pretty yellow house sits on it. Basic Kuna space with full hookups

This is your basic full hook up space (water, sewer, power) that will fit the biggests RV's. 

The property used to be for seasonal farm workers in the area but now have long term tenants.

You will find a couple manufactured homes and a house, and all who live there are very friendly and have lived on the property for many years.

The guy who lives in the house repairs RV's and sells them. You won't find anything fancy here just a functional space with nice neighbors.

Succor Creek Cellars

We have almost 10 acres of property. We are a short drive off US 95, just southwest of Homedale, ID. We live in farm country, with a few houses close by. It is normally quiet. We have neighbors with farm animals. We have 2 dogs and several chickens. Our space for you has a 50 amp power access and water. No RV dump on-site. The parking area is fairly level and easy access for even larger rigs. We have 50 plus grapevines near the site and we use them to make wine for fun. 

Jerusalem Valley Idaho

Our property is located 20 miles north of Boise. 

There are endless off-roading/dirt biking/snowmobiling opportunities out our back door.

The Payette River offers sections from Class 1 to Class 5+ for those interested in kayaking, rafting or tubing.

Butterfield Farms

In the early 1900's three sheep ranchers--August Broderson, James Fisher, and Isaac Leighton--each purchased residential lots in Weiser and built brick homes designed by Idaho architect H. W. Bond. This property, which we named Butterfield Farms, was built in 1915 by August Broderson, who emigrated from Germany to the US in 1892. The Broderson family lived here for decades and were a prominent family in Weiser history. Learn more about this land:The campsite is located on our small family-run farm in Weiser, ID. Our 2 1/2 acre historic farm is located in the heart of town, so you have the best of both worlds: easy access to town amenities, and a restful retreat in nature at the end of the day. Grocery store, seasonal farmer's market, coffee shop, eateries, library, and downtown shops are all within easy walking or biking distance. Weiser is known world-wide for its annual fiddle festival in June! Our campsite is within walking or biking distance of all of the Fiddle Week activities. Campsite is located underneath a large shady oak tree. Campers are welcome to use the fire pit when fire bans are not in effect. Electric hookups are located immediately next to the campsite, as well as a non-potable water source. Note that we are located in town and campers are required to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am and be courteous of neighbors. 

A Little Bit Wilder

25 acres in the agricultural region of canyon county. Our space has easy access for large RVs, and we can accommodate dogs and horses and ATVs. We are close to wine country, hiking, shopping, fishing, and general enjoyment of our beautiful state. we have horses of our own and hey our field three times a year. We also live next-door to happy Valley orchards, which is a very fun walk to take around the cherry trees and enjoy the sunsets.

Sweet Pepper Ranch's Glamping Tent

Sweet Pepper Ranch is a horse ranch nestled between a town and country.  We raise mustangs and Quarter Horses and teach the Western discipline of ranch riding. We manage our land in an eco-friendly horse manner--composting/manure management, non-toxic pest control, pasture management with rotational grazing, drought-tolerant native landscaping, mud and dust control, wildlife enhancement, equine enrichment--and more!

We also offer farm tours, RV/LQ parking, and horse motel accommodations.

Guests are invited to enjoy our solar heated pool, outdoor patios, wireless internet, evening bon fires (weather and time-permitting),  horse farm tours (by appointment only, separate fee) and our friendly ranch atmosphere.

Sweet Pepper Ranch is a small-scale horse ranch in the high desert of southwestern Idaho. We are nestled in a rural agricultural setting yet close to stores and conveniences. We raise and train horses and work all day to  exercise and train our horses as well as run the day-to-day aspects of running a large horse property.

Our equestrian facilities include individual paddocks with attached runs (12’ x 52’), automatic waterers, feeders, rubber stall mats, a 200' x 300' outdoor sand arena, a 72’ x 120’ indoor arena, two round pens (one large), numerous trail obstacles, large-scale permanent outdoor obstacles, an outdoor washrack, as well as parking, port-a-potty, arena bleachers, and picnic table areas.

CTC Farms

Years ago when we were living "in town", we wished to find a piece of farmground where we would be able to build a home and life. Luckily, we heard this property was coming on the market and we were able to work with the owners on purchasing before listing. The previous family will always hold a special place in our hearts - they truly worked with us to allow the transaction to happen.

Since then, we have built our home and continue to chip away at projects to really make the place our own. We raise forage crops - corn, wheat, and alfalfa on a rotating basis, as well as a garden, flowers, pumpkins, pets, and kids! We hope you enjoy your visit!
