The property features a 1 1/2 acre pond stocked with catfish and bream and has a nice little dock with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the water.
There are animals! I have a beloved Scottish Highland cow named Genia and she is joined with two mini bulls and two mini cows. Various numbers of Nigerian Dwarf goats join them in the pasture. There are also a few chickens.
Small garden beds and a fruit orchard are on the property and I usually have at least a half dozen projects of one sort or another going on.
Several acres are wooded and there is ample space for a nature trail that I try to keep maintained. Several of the usual types wildlife can be seen.

This is our 2nd time camping here and it was just as perfect as the first time. We got to meet the hosts this time and they were wonderful and gave us fresh blueberries from their own blueberry bushes. :) we love this spot because are dogs can be (mostly) free to hang out and swim. We will visit again.

We had a great experience! There were some long term campers on site who were very friendly and helped us guide our camper in. We were a little concerned to have other people so close, but we never heard them. The bathroom was very nice and we enjoyed using the outdoor shower. My kids enjoyed the tree swing, playing with the dogs/cat, and running through the pasture. The owner was very accommodating and took us to see all the animals even in the rain. She invited my daughter to bottle feed a calf. We were close enough to spend a day in Chattanooga and a day at the battlefield, with time left to relax at the campsite. If you want a true campground experience, this is not it. But if you want an adventure that is a little different and have an idea what to expect, it is great! I do recommend bringing some boots/outdoor shoes because you are literally camping in a pasture and your feet will get dirty.

Enjoyed our stay here, right between the several parks we were visiting in the area. Cell coverage is good. One note the neighbors dogs will steal items left out over night. 3 different campsites had this happen. I lost a flip flop and a can cozy. Both recovered. Neighbor returned some items the next day.

Janna was the perfect host! My grandson loved camping near all the animals, and was thrilled to be invited to bottle-feed the Highland calf! He met donkeys, goats, cows, mini horses, bunnies, and chickens, and loved having the farm dogs follow him around. The site was perfect, although unlevel (bring lots of leveling blocks), with 30 amp electric, water, and sewer. A fire pit and picnic table completed the beautiful site under the magnolia tree. We can't wait to go back again, and highly recommend this farm campground!

10/10 recommend! We are first time tent campers with two kids and booked this thinking it would be a good and easy intro to camping for us. It was easy to get to, the host responsive, has a bathroom within walking distance and lit up at night and easy to see with cute twinkle lights in the trees.
The best part is the animals. I didn’t realize we would literally be sleeping in the field with donkeys and miniature horses. They were absolutely adorable and the kids loved petting them. They are like big dogs lol. I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and they were all standing outside the door just waiting to be pet. On the other side behind a fence there were adorable cows and goats. We also saw two kittens, dogs and a puppy.
There was a concrete mixer Tonka truck there that my son loved playing with as well as a ton of gems and rocks under the tree with a gem identification book that my daughter loved going through to try and identify. There is also a large tree swing.
We used the fire pit to roast s’mores, they have firewood bundles right there where you can Venmo the host. We also ordered a dozen eggs from them.
We had a great experience and will definitely be back. Great family memories the kids will never forget!
