Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Set in a beautiful valley with green hills all around, G.O. Farm campground is the perfect layover for the overland traveler. The campground is on a working 'row crop' farm with amazing sunsets. The campsites are off the road and have complete privacy. This location is within a 30 minute drive to the western beginning of the Georgia Traverse. Rome, Adairsville, and Calhoun, Georgia are all located within a 15 minute drive. The Pocket recreational area is also located 10-15 minutes away.The campsites are located between a working 'row crop' farm and a wetland wildlife habitat. You'll be setup right between the two. Wildlife is abundant at this camp site and there is no telling what you may see. Whether you are passing through for a night before beginning the Georgia Traverse, or staying for a few nights to enjoy the outdoor activities nearby, you'll definitely enjoy the sunsets at this campsite!
