Really enjoyed this spot. We were passing through for a few days and needed to be in between friends that were located in PCB and apalachicola. It’s walking distance from public beach, great food/ Dollar General/Ace Hardware near by and very quiet at night. I mirror what others have said about unevenness of Pad and sewer hookups being a bit high. Probably only challenging for those of us with smaller travel trailers. Having two water supply hookups, 50,30,20 amp electrical hookups and this awesome shed with RV accessories extras, a washing machine, chairs, table, hoses, etc. makes up for any of the small site inconveniences. Can’t wait to stay here in the spring/summer so we can really enjoy the area. We recommend this spot and the host was great, instructions were great and communication was timely. I loved tent camping here! I have been here once before and wanted to come visit again—especially since it is in such a great area. The ammenities (bathroom, potable water, and commons room) make it all a little more comfortable without necessarily taking away from the beauty of being in nature. The farm animals are almost always very gentle and sweet, and the farm dog Toby was super loving and protective. The Goat House Farm were very sweet to all of us and answered any questions we had.

Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. We are currently working on a bath house with laundry facilities will be ready by the fall of 23. a total of 4 sites on 100 acres (with a couple of more in the works with some tent site on the horizon too) you are sure to be able to find a quiet place. Howard Creek is an eclectic little fishing community made up of a variety of residents from weekend fishers, summer or winter visitors and full time residents. This little golf cart community offers a small general store, a small community church, a volunteer fire department and two landings to put your boat in. Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. Apalachicola is a golf cart friendly town. We have a Yamaha gas powered golf cart for rent at $65 daily if you would like to enjoy a close up of the town. There are many things to do in Apalachicola such as spending the day on the beautiful white sandy beaches of St. George Island. You can book a guided fishing trip or book a trip on an airboat and tour the wetlands! Port St. Joe is a close 25-30 minute drive where you can book a sunset horseback ride right on the beach beside the ocean. There are endless places to explore in town and the surrounding areas…the lighthouse in Carrabelle as well as places to explore in Cape San Blas and Indian Pass.

Be ready to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You may see dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and different species of fish while kayaking, canoeing, fishing or even swimming off the dock. Learn more about this land:  Vehicle access is pull-through. Pull in from Hwy 98 or from CC Land at the rear of the property.  The Campsite surface area is loose gravel and will require leveling. We can accommodate vehicles up to 55 ft. maximum length and RV slide outs. Campfires are allowed within local regulations.  Pets are welcome! Please keep your pets on leash at all times. We have free range chickens and rabbits. We are right off of Hwy. 98 so there will be some traffic noise. Easy access in and out.
