It was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for! We reserved the Gyspy Site..worked out amazing for our dogs! Off the beaten path..not too far but far enough! Hillary & Bill the property owners were more than gracious and helpful! We'll be back soon!

My absolute favorite spot to spend Easter weekend. Me and my son have made it our tradition to come here every weekend. The bathroom/shower house is so cute and original. Absolutely love the nature trail. Hosts are amazing and are there to answer any questions. Can’t wait till our return.

First and foremost Mike and Rob are some of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve met!. Upon arrival they checked in on us to see if we needed help with the RV, they offered a tour of their farm to us on Friday (normally only do it on Saturdays) because our grandson was going to be there. We stayed here a year ago and since then they’ve made some very nice up grades to include a both on with a changing table and propane grills at the sight. The only downside is we had only booked 2 nights and could have stayed much longer but for some reason God opted to not make me a millionaire so off to work I go 🤣

Mostly grassy land with some old growth oaks and saw palmettos, while the back/North third of the property is a beautiful undisturbed Florida Wetlands with a small floating dock to enjoy some of the pristine scenery from. RV hookups (50a Power w/ 30a adapter, water, sewer) along a gravel RV pad, while there's also plenty of room for tent camping instead. A short drive to Mt. Dora, Eustis, Ocala, and The Villages. Easy access from the main road to reach the site. There's a 2-lane paved county road along the front of the property, with a dense greenery barrier blocking view of the road from most everywhere on the land. There is a small bathroom building with toilet, sink, and shower. No standard outlet (110v) power access other than a few outlets in the bathroom and utility room (available for phone charging if needed, but nothing high-amperage). We do have numerous water spigots sprinkled throughout the property (unfiltered well water). There's a spot for a campfire near the bathroom building and the campsite. There will be a patio table set and chairs, two plastic Adirondack Chairs near the water along with an old Jon Boat with paddles you're welcome to take out to explore the water with. It's all pretty shallow, mucky and plant filled like you'd expect a wetlands to be, but beautiful and peaceful nonetheless.

We offer youth day camps on various dates, pony rides and a tour of our farm animals for an additional fee. Reservations required in advance due to the other activities we have going on. In 2007, we had no idea where this adventure was going to take us. Our small urban farm was sharing our miniature animals with assisted living facilities and Neulife, where we have 3 miniature horses that live on their property. Little by little we have evolved into more of a need to share with the community and help others with the relaxing qualities our farm and animals have to offer, we want to be able to share and better educate with hands on experiences, teach kindness, patience, confidence and help others to be the best they can be. Our humble abode is a beautiful place to come get away from the hustle and bustle to a remote farm with beautiful scenery and awesome activities nearby for nature lovers, water sportsman, and or horse lovers. Our seven acre farm is currently housing some goats and piglets in its humble beginnings as we add to our farm family. We have full power and water hook up up to 50 amps. There is a dump station available 1.5 miles down the road at Pruitt trailhead, which also has beautiful hiking trails available. We are 15 minutes away from Blue Run Park, and Rainbow river campground and state park is 20 minutes away. Kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming are popular here bring your own equipment or rent. Withalacoochee river is also located nearby. N. Florida boat ramp is a public boat ramp located in downtown Dunnellon for fisherman wanting to fish the river. For Horse lovers the property is located 15 minutes from The World Equestrian Center along with many other horse lovers events and equestrian activities are located all around. Check events schedule and listings before traveling. Horse riding trail ride excursions can also be booked nearby. No need to back in as there is plenty of room to drive right in. Guests will have complete freedom to enjoy the beautiful property without having to share space with other RVs.

Spotted Dance Ranch

We opened to the public on Labor Day 2014. Most people come to stay either in our rental cottage or in their horse trailers/RVs with their horses to ride the awesome trails in the 20,000+ acre adjacent Croom Forest. However, because our ranch is so peaceful, many stay here without horses just to enjoy the peace and quiet. There are many opportunities to recreate in the area, including outstanding mountain and road biking, OHVing, hiking, golfing, and canoeing/kayaking. Many full-time and working RVers stay for extended periods. Note that our camping area is small and intimate, so you will be close to other campers. We have 5 30-amp hookups, and 2 50-amp hookups; if you need 50-amp service, please request it. Note that a minimum of a 2-night stay will typically be required on weekends, especially during our busy season. WiFi is available, but we call it "Country WiFi" since it sometimes can be slow and may or may not be accessible from where you are parked; also, Verizon cell service in our area is terrible. If internet access is important to you, we suggest having your own hotspot or internet service (many working RVers have Starlink). Note that GPS can be very mean in our rural area; make sure your turn off Highway 50 is onto paved High Corner Road, which is 2 miles west of I-75 (if GPS tries to turn you down unpaved, dead-end roads, DO NOT LISTEN..you will get stuck!).
