Park your small to medium motor home or pitch your tent in a semi private huge yard.  Trailhead for Lake Minneola Scenic Trail just minutes away.  Enjoy relaxing on the huge private beach, rent a kayak or bring your own boat.  Only a few minutes walk from your site in a quiet neighborhood setting.

Utilities and amenity's are on a per night basis.  Electrical is 120v at 20 amps.

Due to local restrictions maximum 7 night stays available.

There is a boat launch, picnic tables, and covered area and charcoal grills to use.

This site is also available for a tent. We used the table just for hanging out.

This area is on the side of the hosts house.

This owners access park is available for you to use, only a few minutes walk from the hosts site.

Welcome to Cozy Freedom at Earthperks Farm, where the convenience of town meets the serenity of nature in perfect harmony amid the beauty of Florida's pine forests. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life, our agritourism destination offers a unique camping experience that allows you to immerse yourself in the natural splendor of the Sunshine State, yet a direct drive of just 11 miles to the Atlantic Ocean.

Our camping sites are nestled within a pristine pine flatwoods ecosystem, where towering pines create a canopy overhead, dappling the forest floor with patches of sunlight. Each campsite is thoughtfully spaced to offer privacy and tranquility, allowing you to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Awake to the melodic trill of songbirds greeting the dawn, and start your day with a leisurely hike in Tiger Bay State Forest nature trails directly connected behind the farm. Meander through the pine forest, pausing to admire the delicate wildflowers that carpet the forest floor and the occasional glimpse of wildlife darting among the trees.

Historically, Cozy Freedom was occupied by the Timucuan Indians who hunted the forest and swamp land. Efforts to preserve and celebrate Timucuan heritage continue, as descendants and scholars work to honor the contributions of this ancient and resilient people. More recent history of the property included a plant nursery and beekeeping location. 

Our agritourism destination offers a journey of discovery through the cultivation of produce, blueberries, ginger, turmeric, bamboo, flowers, and more. Our guided tours provide a behind-the-scenes look at the intricate process of growing and harvesting these remarkable crops, from planting the seeds to nurturing the plants through each stage of growth. Resident bats help with the mosquitos. 

Wind down in the evening by walking and meditating through our 11-circuit walking labyrinth. Feel the inner peace, calm your nerves, be refreshed, celebrate! 

What else do you need to achieve cozy freedom?!

Day trips to St. Augustine, Orlando, Cape Canaveral and Ocala.  Visit local Old Florida sites nearby, including Bulow Plantation Ruins, Tomoka State Park, and Barberville Pioneer Settlement. Take a swim at any of the crystal clear springs within less than an hour or borrow our 2 kayaks and paddle down the Tomoka River.

Wintertime is peaceful and ideal for camping in Florida. We do have some nights that drop into the 30's, but most days are perfect to be outside. Summers are hot and wet and mosquitos will drive you inside from mid-June through to the end of August. Enjoy staying put on the farm or safely leaving your belongings while visiting the sights in the area.  Someone is always nearby onsite, but privacy is respected. Property is situated on a thoroughfare between Ocala and Ormond Beach with audible traffic during the day, so not ideal for individuals seeking absolute silence.

Ninovan on the Shore

A beautiful home built in 1949 in the historic Indian Mound Village, located directly across the street from the Indian Mound.Learn more about this land:4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and library with an Amazing View of the Saint Johns RiverA quiet house with a large cabin feel, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and Daytona Beach but is within short driving distances from some of Florida's amazing springs and nature walks! The house boast an amazing view of the Saint John's river, the Lake Monroe Conservation area, and an intriguing historical Indian mound.  The house has an unbelievable 130 feet of water front that looks as natural as it was when the house was built in 1949. Every room is flooded with natural light which gives a nature enthusiasts every opportunity to observe the constant flow of Florida's wildlife from wild turkeys, large cranes, gorgeous painted buntings, red cardinals, and of course the Florida alligators! This home is ideal for large families who love the outdoors; however, it also is set up for those who need their own space. Each bedroom is accessed through a large screened in patio which is an idea place to watch the sunrise each morning. The bathrooms are set up jack-and-jill style between two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a library area, set loft style, above the living room overlooking the amazing view and those below. The library has a small selection of books however there is table seating, a sleeping area, and wireless internet available for those who want to get away but need to still be connected. There is also a large capacity washer and dryer set up in the breezeway for all the clothes that will need to be washed for all your outdoor adventures. The home is within walking distance to an outdoor waterfront restaurant that hosts, on occasion, live music and serves your basic grill style food which includes gator. In addition, the home is adjacent to a full service marina which is great for boating enthusiasts. Being adjacent to the marina renters who bring their own boat, with insurance, have the option to use the Sanford Boat Works facilities which includes their boat ramp, covered docking amenities, fuel dock, and their low key clubhouse that has a well maintained pool and gaming area. The use of the Sanford Boats Works facilities is an additional cost that is paid directly to the Marina. Information can be provided on request. Although the use of the marina is a boon there are public boat ramps not far from the home and more than adequate parking for more than one trailer on the property; therefore, everyone can enjoy the river, Lake Monroe, and even Lake Jessup. In addition, there is room for a family to park their RV without obstructing the view from the home. The possibilities are endless for family fun vacation!

Fiddlers Green RV Ranch

Originally uses as the NY & LA Mounted Police training facility along with clinics and Mounted Shooters.

Fiddlers Green is a former Mounted Police Training Ranch and is in park-like setting just at the southern edge of the Ocala National Forest but close by to many activities, shops and amenities. You will have the option of an available site for your length of stay, to camp under live oaks or in our field depending on your amperage service needs. 

Per Site Cost: (all sites have full hook-up of water, septic and 30 or 50 amp electric, fire-ring and a picnic table) and is for 2 adults and up to 4 children under 16, (each additional adult is $5.00 per night) max of 4 adults per site. Max of 2 vehicles per site, besides your rig. A few tent sites are also available.

Amenities include: a single bath house, laundry and a recreation building with ping pong, TV area and table games.  Office with small store. Gazebo over looking the lake, horseshoes, volleyball and basketball. There is a community firepit and charcoal grill in the  picnic area. You can take a stroll along the small lake while enjoying birds, wildlife and horses. 

Horse accommodations: (paddocks and stalls) are available as well, please reach out to us directly. We have a covered and outdoor arena for horses to be lunged and/or trained. Coggins required upon arrival and before horses exit the trailer. 

Pet friendly: we have a dog park. Dogs must be on at least a 10ft leash and restrained at all times. Dogs are not to be left unattended outside at any time. If you are going to leave for an extended amount of time you need to take your dog with or find a doggie day care.

We boarder the Ocala National Forest with it's 100 miles of trails for hiking, biking, fishing, OHV and horseback riding. Alexander Springs is the closest among many to snorkel, canoe and/or swim in 72* crystal clear water year round. Mt. Dora, Umatilla and Eustis are within 20 mins for restaurants, shops, golf and antiques, etc. If you have any questions your hosts will be happy to help.
