It was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for! We reserved the Gyspy Site..worked out amazing for our dogs! Off the beaten path..not too far but far enough! Hillary & Bill the property owners were more than gracious and helpful! We'll be back soon!

My absolute favorite spot to spend Easter weekend. Me and my son have made it our tradition to come here every weekend. The bathroom/shower house is so cute and original. Absolutely love the nature trail. Hosts are amazing and are there to answer any questions. Can’t wait till our return.

This is our 2nd trip, nice level site, easy to park and set up and just relax. Will be back again.

First and foremost Mike and Rob are some of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve met!. Upon arrival they checked in on us to see if we needed help with the RV, they offered a tour of their farm to us on Friday (normally only do it on Saturdays) because our grandson was going to be there. We stayed here a year ago and since then they’ve made some very nice up grades to include a both on with a changing table and propane grills at the sight. The only downside is we had only booked 2 nights and could have stayed much longer but for some reason God opted to not make me a millionaire so off to work I go 🤣

We loved our stay here! We were in town for a music festival and thought this would be a fun and unique place for a homebase. The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. We love learning about all the different species of fruits and vegetables in their yard. I wanted to take all the chickens home with me!

Weekend Trip to K&E Farms

I went there to have some time alone. The property was nice, there was a lot of traffic and air traffic noise on which I hadn't considered until I got there. Other than that, very beautiful. I was greeted and shown the way to my cabin by one of the owners. Thank you.

What a lovely place to stop for a few nights. Kimberley was very friendly. She let my little boy feed the tortoises, and use her swimming pool. Would definitely recommend.

This hip camp is simply amazing! We have stayed at many, but this one rates right up at the top. Our camping spot was clean, private, and located near brand new beautiful bathrooms equipped with showers. They even provide towels! It also has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a Keurig coffeemaker. You are secluded within their fenced 60-acre ranch where the donkeys and horses roam free, and come right up to your campsite to visit. The owners Rob & Mike took us for a complete farm tour where we saw and petted over 100 animals that they care for. These guys go above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy and enjoying all the amenities they offer. They even provide a starter kit of firewood and you can purchase more on-site if you want! We loved every bit of our experience there, and would welcome going back again!

Stay by a lovely pond on 33 acre fruit and ornamental tree nursery property with great vibes. Located near I-75 just 20 miles South of Tampa, 35 miles east of Saint Petersburg, 35 miles North of Sarasota, 2 hours West of Orlando. This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay. Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites. Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants. Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too. Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand. Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas. The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish). Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property. We think the property is lovely, and definitely want you to enjoy your camping experience!

Privacy and country comforts, yet 3 miles from the I-75 exit. Grocery and restaurants nearby as well. There is a stable and 2 cross-fenced paddocks for grazing. An RV site with 30A power and water hookup. Tent sites nearby. A one room cabin with a queen bed is available with a separate full bathroom. Come visit our friendly donkey named Henry and Scottish Highland cow named Wallace. You will hear roosters, braying and some mooing early in the morning. The Withlacoochee Trail is a mile east at the end of the road. This is a biking, hiking and equestrian trail. Florida Classic Park is roughly 2 miles north on Lockhart. The Croom Recreational Area is also 3 miles away. If you are traveling with farm animals, we do have (2) 2-acre cross-fenced paddocks available for an additional fee. Welcome to Smokey Acres! This property has been in my family for decades. My Husband and I were married under the oaks and have had our share of campfires out there. Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch. Located a few miles from Brooksville and the Suncoast Parkway, this quiet and peaceful setting is just 5 minutes from the parking area and trailhead for the Suncoast Trail and 10 miles from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs, where you can spend the day at the local park or float down the river with the manatees. Withlacoochee State Park and other natural preserves with trail access and kayaking are only a short distance away, and Dames Cave, Homosassa Springs, and Chasawiska Springs are all within a ~20-minute drive as well. Spending a day at the beach is easy with plenty of options along the Nature Coast. We’re also less than an hour from Tampa and Clearwater and two hours from Orlando. A perfect weekend get-away for anyone looking to “unplug,” Smokey Acres is also a great stop for those passing through the area. We are a close distance to many racing, livestock, boating and fishing events. We have no problem accommodating whatever you’re towing! Whether you'd like a leisurely day on the river or an adventure in the Gulf, there are plenty of boating options nearby. Be sure to make it back to the property in time to enjoy amazing sunsets that bring peace and tranquility to your experience. Our neighbors, JG Ranch, offers U- Pick Fruit and Vegetables or a great selection of local harvest at their roadside stand. This 10-acre property has been in my family for decades. My Husband and I were married under the oaks and have had our share of campfires together out there. I've recently moved back home with my own family and as much as we enjoy the land for ourselves we'd love to share it. Any profit from hosting campers will help us maintain our sustainable farm that we're hoping to expand onto Smokey Acres. Just in! Our dirt road has been repaved. Stay by a lovely pond on 33 acre fruit and ornamental tree nursery property with great vibes. Located near I-75 just 20 miles South of Tampa, 35 miles east of Saint Petersburg, 35 miles North of Sarasota, 2 hours West of Orlando. This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay. Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites. Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants. Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too. Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand. Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas. The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish). Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property. We think the property is lovely, and definitely want you to enjoy your camping experience!

This property is called relic ranch because we have actually found a ton of old relics. the campground is under an ancient canopy of oaks. so youll always have shade. the center of the property is unique to say the least but the campground is nature at its finest. there is a 2.6 mile nature trail across from the campground to explore. also there is a boat ramp for fishing about 1/8 mile away. you are welcome to roam over most of the 80 acres. We have goats, cows and chickens as well. All super friendly.

Come stay with us! Private RV and tent camping next to an acre sized pond in a woodsy warren just 1 mile off US 27 near Sun Ray, Florida. Situated at the Southern end of the beautiful rolling hills of the Lake Wales Ridge we're very centrally located to many of Florida's attractions. Frostproof, Lake Clinch. and Lake Reedy are just 10 mins away. Lake Clinch is a beautifully clear 1200 acre lake with a sandy beaches, pavilions, and a boat ramp, and Lake Reedy is a 3500 acre lake, both with consistent largemouth bass fishing, with anglers also catching warmouth, bluegill, and other species. Neither of the lakes are EVER that crowded even in the height of Snow Bird season! Other closeby attractions include: 15 miles to Sebring Raceway or Bok Tower Gardens 20 miles to Legoland, Walk-in-the-Water Preserve, or the River Ranches 25 miles to the Chain-of-lakes in Winter Haven 45 miles from Disney 60 miles from Tampa 80 miles from the Space Coast There are walking or biking trails that weave through and all around our pine forested acreage where all types of Florida wildlife; grey heron, sandhill crane, wild turkeys, armadillos, racoon, even have some otter have been spotted... even Florida's endangered Panther has been spotted recently just a few of miles away at the Kissimmee Preserve... but no, we've never seen an alligator on the property or in the pond. Several tent sites and two Rv sites available.
