the old homestead was my Great Grandparents,
it still standing and I currently under demo once complete we are building a small cabin
The old barn is now where most of the birds roost. The Greasy Skillet is now a big chicken coop.
during hurricane Michael a big tree uprooted and up-rooted the concrete slab with it.
What is now my home was my grandparent's house.
I renovated some of it and moved in after the loss of my grandma.
We are a WORKING FARM
You will see and hear all the farm sounds! You can pet the goats . You never know their might even be baby goat to hold and bottle feed. There are chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, quail and turkeys galore. We now have Peacocks!!! We also have 4 BIG PIG that love ear scratches. We offer farm tours!!! There are livestock guardian dogs that protect the farm. They sleep lots during the day and patrol at night so they bark lots at night...
We are a REAL WORKING FARM. You can join in on morning feeding or collet eggs. You can watch or help with morning milking!
If you are real adventurous you can help around the farm!!!
You can pitch you tent in the pine forest or in the open area next to the ponds!
We make and sell homemade cheeses. Please check out our Farm Store !
We are conveniently located off of I-10 and hwy 231.
We have numerus Florida State Parks within minutes of our location!

100 Beautiful acres, over 5 miles of walking trails, whether you considered stopping for a night or staying longer HCF loves our guest. Some stay over on the way to the beach or southern Florida and revisit on their way back home and even some end up staying for a couple of days when they are surprised at all there is to do. Also inquire about snowbirding or a possible work camp opportunity. Please plan on visiting and check out all the great things to do so close. On our farm we grow Christmas Tress, have 2 beautiful cypress ponds full of waterfowl and fish. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting. The host Kelsey was so welcoming, very kind, and made it a comfortable stay. She was hempful in guiding us to the nearby springs and she did not bother us she gave us complete privacy. The property was so beautiful especially when the sun was setting ! There is a camp style sink and toilet inside a metal building which was very nice! We will be back again and definitely HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

Had a great weekend camping at the Outside Inn. For someone looking for peace and quiet and tranquility this fits the bill.
The host introduced himself and answered questions and shared good information with us.
Camp site was clean and tidy and the bathhouse and amenities were nice and clean also.
Nice trails to walk on the property and lots of parks and natural springs nearby. And only an hour to the coast and nice beaches.
Would definitely recommend this campground and we will be back again!

Weekend Trip to Glamping In Paradise
We had the most amazing weekend! The entire set up was breathtaking and very romantic! The gardens and plants were beautiful and my absolute favorite part along with the outdoor shower because long hot showers were wanted at the end of our day.
We spent the full day Saturday with rented e-bikes tours Florida Caverns State Park and sightseeing the caverns.
Very impressed the hosts thought of everything we could have possibly needed and left nothing to run and get, we will definitely book again!

We loved our stay in the yurt! It was so cozy and had everything we needed from first aid kit, to snacks, and fire wood. Our dogs probably has the best time of all of us exploring the property and finding the creek. We rented a canoe and floated the river 30 minutes away (Cypress Springs) which I strongly recommend! Dollar general and the local market was just a 2 minute drive for any necessities but the campsite is tucked off away from the road.
