We offer three Amish built log cabins at our RV Campground. Each cabin has a front porch, one bedroom with queen size bed and a set of bunk beds in the living area. Two burner stove top, full size microwave and refrigerator. Full size bathroom with large walk-in shower. Fully furnished with towels and linens as well as dishes, cooking utensils and coffee pot. Smart TV with Dish Network. Wi-Fi is included. The Campground is fenced and gated and we are pet friendly. There is a laundry facility on site for the guests. There is a fire pit if you want to relax. In the summer we have a cowboy pool to cool off after a long day on the water. Steinhatchee is located in Taylor County Florida along the Gulf of America. Inshore and offshore fishing is year-round. Scallop season is June 15 to Labor Day. More than 20 springs are located within 45 minutes of Steinhatchee. Too numerous to count are the Florida Wildlife Management areas that are accessible by car and allow for bird watching and animal siting of deer and wild boar. Steinhatchee River is a kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding experience. The local restaurants/Marinas are within five minutes of the campground. Live music is available at the restaurants.

We are open for business and please check us out. The campground survived three Hurricanes in 13 months (Idalia, Debby and Helene) and Steinhatchee still has some of the best fishing in Florida! We can accommodate any size travel trailer or Motor Coach. Each RV Site has 50 Amp with FHU's. WiFi is free of charge. Laundry building with washer and dryer that is free to our guests. Fire pit and charcoal grill along with an outdoor shower. The Campground is fenced and gated. We are pet friendly! We offer two Park Model Amish built log cabins along with three RV Sites. We are a small family-owned campground located in Taylor County Florida which is blessed with the longest undeveloped coastline in the entire state of Florida, making us a great location for outdoor and eco-tourism activities. Steinhatchee has a nice offering of restaurants where you can dine on fresh seafood, sip on your favorite adult beverage and enjoy great live music. Come stay in our new, fully equipped RV, complete with full amenities, like hot tub, & hiking access to the entire property. Pets are welcome! We're just 25 mins from Gainesville, 45 mins from Ocala, & 2 hrs from Orlando. Our Ranch was purchased by the Host's grandmother after her first husband was killed in World War 2. She took part of the money given to her by the government and bought the initial tract. The host's father increased the size of the Property tremendously in the 90s and early-2000s, and today it encompasses 1, 337 acres. The Property is an old Spanish land grant, originally owned by the Sanchez Family, which used to be a large cattle family in the State of Florida. Today, under our ownership since the late 40s, the Ranch has never been developed or timbered in any large measure. Original heart pine forests, oak groves, and wetlands pepper the entire tract. The land has remained largely untouched and natural, which is rare, in a state that is rapidly loosing its natural land to development. Our Ranch is more of a natural preserve than a farm, and it is our aim to share it in limited measure with the public.

Weekend Trip to Farm Camper

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farm! Melissa was on site to meet us upon arrival and direct us to our campsite. The area is secluded at the back of her property. The amenities were wonderful, including the hot tub! We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor shower with hot water. The AC in the camper was perfect for a summertime stay. We will be back!

Weekend Trip to Cabins On The Corner - Steinhatchee

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Steinhatchee, don’t hesitate and BOOK with Beth! The cabins are cute and perfect for small families! We had the best time and loved the interactions we had with the couple of other guests that were also there. Beth and her husband are the sweetest most hospitable people! So accommodating and flexible! I promise you won’t regret booking here! We can’t wait to come back.

Weekend Trip to Bryan Ranch

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time getting lost in nature! The winding driveway to the property made it feel like we were escaping into a fairytale forest — so private and peaceful. We loved that our dogs could run around freely next to our camp, and the setup was perfect for our group: my partner and I stayed in a tent while our guests enjoyed the comfort of the RV. The accommodations were great — the RV was especially comfortable during the hot afternoons, and I actually really enjoyed the cold outdoor shower! We spent our time cooking delicious food together, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful forest surroundings. Just a heads up: I recommend bringing tick spray, as we did get some bites, but that’s to be expected when you’re this close to nature. The hostess was so kind and helpful — overall, it was a stay full of fun, family, and forest. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Cabins On The Corner - Steinhatchee

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was lovely and we had a relaxing stay. The owners were very nice and helpful! If there was any suggestion, it would be one of the following. Put a picnic table by the fire pit area for those cooking over the fire to eat at OR make a second fire pit behind the cabins in that grass area. That way it's closer to the cabin for easier access of cooking/eating. That was a super minor thing and will definitely stay there again when visiting!
