3 nights at Patty's RV Paradise

Specular place and host! This is why i love this app so much! Very private , dogs roaming free, beautiful dock, grassy area, i brought my 36 foot diesel pusher. Patty was just so kind and concerned we had all what we needed! So grateful for land owners like Patty who share there space as this truly is one of a kind!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Agape! The property is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Shawna, the host, was incredibly gracious—she even laid out firewood for us ahead of our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The site was spotless and easy to settle into. The sunrises and sunsets here are absolutely stunning, with plenty of serene coastline to explore. It’s the kind of place that naturally invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. While there is a small shooting range nearby, it was sporadic and didn’t last long—maybe about an hour—and it wasn’t loud enough to disturb the birds or the calm vibe of the property. I’m already planning to return in the fall—those views will be breathtaking with the foliage. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to unplug and soak in some peace and beauty.

3 nights at Patty's RV Paradise

We could not have found a more peaceful, beautiful RV site on the water that restores our soul. The view from our camper over the pier to the water was breathtaking!We loved the fact that we didn't have to share the site with anyone, Patricia and her husband were extremely helpful in giving us fishing tips and they had all manner of water "toys" available- kayaks, fishing poles, and even a couple of bikes! We are definitely coming back in warmer weather to take full advantage!

Weekend Trip to Creekside

Anna's land was an excellent place to stay. It had great facilities (30 AMP & water). There was a spectacular deck area with a grill, fire pit - even a TV screen and lots of great outdoor furniture. Anna was super responsive to my questions and very helpful.

Happy Heart Highlands and Alpacas

Peaceful camping with privacy on a 160-acre historic farm! Minutes from Harpers Ferry, Antietam Battlefield and the C&O Canal to name a few. We are within an hour of Gettysburg and within an hour and a half of DC if you're planning a day trip. We have a prime central location with close access to so many things to do. This beautiful property is nestled in a narrow valley between Elk Ridge and South Mountain with incredible sunrises, sunsets and starlit night skies. Walk out to the fishing pond, or follow the trails around the pastures to meet the cattle grazing in our pastures. We have Scottish Highlands and Black Angus grazing as well as Alpacas. We also have beautiful peacocks on the property. We are a working farm so expect to see tractors and you may even see us baling hay or tending to the cattle. You may smell some animal smells which we work at keeping to a minimum but again, we are a working farm. It’s a true farm experience. Also, please keep in mind that during warm weather you may encounter some bugs. Gnats and flies are always a possibility and of course at times they can be worse than others. That can always be a possibility when camping or being outdoors. Bring bug spray, citronella and anything else to help with insects. If you stay by the pond you may hear frogs which personally I enjoy hearing but some may not. Consider bringing a generator and run a fan if you think the sound might bother you or some way to block sounds. We enjoy talking to our guests so feel free to stop us for a chat. At the RV sites you have 30 and 50 amp power as well as water. All the water spickets are potable and drinkable.

Located on private gravel lane, approximately 1/2 mile off county road. Either corn or soybeans with a woods backdrop. Secluded and private, yet 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis, 10 minutes to the Bay, great for cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking all 10/15 minutes from farm. DC 45 minutes, Baltimore 1 hour. Jug Bay wetlands, wineries, fun little waterfront towns and Bay front restaurants all within easy reach. Check out individual sites for description, each has its own personality. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. First listing actually has several options. For large campers/coach/fifth wheelers the area by the tractor shed will be the best. Around the corner there's two other choices both with firepits which will accommodate units up to 40 feet depending on your backing/maneuvering skills. Field of Dreams and Sycamore Ridge will accommodate campers under 25 feet with some backing/maneuvering skills. For those with 4WD and an off-road camper/trailer/tent choose Off the Grid, two entrances for easy access, travel along a logging road to an open site with fire pit. Suitable during dry conditions and not responsible for damage to vehicle or camper. Great spot for those who truly want to be in the woods off the beaten path, site takes about 5 minutes to reach due to low speed access. All sites as mentioned have no toilet/outhouse...for #2 please pack out or dig a hole, no presents needed for me or fellow campers.

Bald Eagle Farm on the Patuxent

Bald Eagle Farm has been in our family for three generations. Today two generations still live and operate the family farm. We once raised tobacco and cattle and have now converted to growing hay and grain. My family wants to share the views and the experience of sleeping under the stars on our beautiful secluded farm. You will hear nothing but the wind, birds, frogs and insects while you doze off or enjoy the dark sky and camp fire. We live on the farm so we are always here to help you out if needed. We can provide you with the firewood you need and water from our deep well. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provide a restroom in the case of an "emergency". Recently named a finalist for 'Best Hipcamp in Maryland'! Thank you SO much for your support and we look forward to hosting you in 2022. There are three campsites on the farm, one by the pond and two by the river. Very secluded and all sites include , firepit, log bench, and a picnic table that seats 3-4 people. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD. AT THIS TIME WE ARE OUT FOR THE SEASON. The original river campsite has been moved to a more remote spot so that all campers can access the pond and pier to the river. Farm encompasses nearly 300 acres on the Patuxent River. There is access to the river on high tide via our private creek (must bring your own canoe or kayak) and 150 acres of marshland. Over 100 acres of woods to walk through and a pond for wildlife watching.
