YURTS ARE OPEN FROM MAY 1st - OCT 31st 2025 The Stargazer yurt has an amazing 360-degree panel located around the roof canopy to give you a sky view, with an easy clip-on sunshade curtain included. It also has two canvas doors, each with a mosquito net door behind. Roll down canvas blind windows, zip open PVC windows to keep out heavy rain, and behind them, a mesh layer to keep out mozzies and allow maximum airflow in summer. The space strictly sleeps 2 guests and children must be over 12yo to stay at our yurts. INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY -Space for two (2) guests only -Queen size bed with clean linens -A handy 3-speed fan -Multi electrical sockets with two USB ports -Sitting area with a chair and books -Picnic table with floating chandelier -Fire pit with two chairs -Large outdoor sink w/ two hoses The Stargazer is one of two beautiful Lotus Belle yurts we have pitched here at Cowtown Glamping Cabins. Plenty of room for two (2) guests, and there's also an outdoor grill to prepare your favorite meal, a picnic table, and a fire pit with two chairs included. Inside the space is a comfy queen-sized bed with clean linens, a sitting area with books, and major western-boho vibes throughout. You'll be happy to know the glampground has WIFI access so you can easily keep up with work and play along with being just minutes from popular beaches. Cowtown Cabins is centrally located being only 6 miles from the ocean with nearby restaurants, McDonald's, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy nearby, and even a water park! Everything you could want will be at your fingertips! BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS -Glamping guests have access to our unique "saloon themed" bathhouse that is open year-round. There are also two additional outdoor showers. Be sure to bring your bath towel & bathroom supplies. GREAT LOCATION Cowtown is located in Selbyville, Delaware which sits near the border of Maryland and is 6 miles to North Ocean City, MD. The property has been a horse-rescuing ranch for over two decades and is now expanding to offer many unique structures in an "Old West" theme. Surrounding the ranch are restaurants galore, grocery stores, pharmacies, McDonalds, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and more! Thunder Lagoon Waterpark and live concerts at Freeman Stage are also nearby! Cowtown Cabins is open year-round and is available for couples, families, groups, organizations, retreats, and even the occasional western-themed wedding. FAQ's 1. Can I bring my kids? Children must be ages 12yo and up for both yurts (Stargazer and Painted Pony.) Remember there is a 2-guest max due to fire code. 2. Can I bring my pet or service animals? No. We are ADA service animal exempt due to safety issues with animals on display that are natural prey/ natural predators of animals including dogs. We also not not allow pets due to this. 3. Can I smoke? The yurts are strictly NO smoking inside, no vaping and no marijuana smoking as the next guest will appreciate an odorless welcome and you'll avoid the extra "deep cleaning fee." 4. Which yurt should I choose? The main difference between the Painted Pony yurt and the Stargazer yurt is the roof and setting. The Stargazer yurt has a clear roof and sits in the open. (Keep in mind elements out of our control like wind, dust, and pollen counts can make the Stargazer yurt roof less clear.) The Painted Pony yurt, has a regular canvas roof and sits in the shade. Both yurts have 3-speed fans included and do not have AC or heat. 5. Extra guests in the yurt? The yurts have a strict 2-guest-only policy. 6. Can friends (not on my reservation) come visit me? No. All visitors here must be registered guests as the public is not granted access here. 7. How far is the beach? North Ocean City, MD and Fenwick Island DE are both only 5-6 miles away. 8. How secure is the camping area? There is a coded entrance gate at the property entrance along with 6 outdoor security cameras that stay on 24 hours a day for guest and livestock safety. The locations are 2 at the entrance gate, barn house entrance/building overhang, tiny house entrance, horse grooming area, parking area, and inside the stables. These outdoor cameras also record at night and are available for any emergency services to review. 9. Are there animals nearby? Yes! Cowtown is named after our unique Scottish Highland bull with one horn up and one down. You'll see “Herbie” peacefully grazing in a nearby pasture along with horses, goats, an alpaca, a sheep, a rare curly-haired pig, a peacock, and fancy top-hat chickens that all call the ranch home. 10. Participating in a guest activity is mandatory here. We have FREE indoor scavenger hunts and the FREE Name Challenge memory game. Our most popular experience is "Chores N' Tour” where you meet up with Shelley to feed and get up close and personal while feeding 20+ animals. Go ahead! take selfies with Fonzie the kissing alpaca, play the rollover challenge with Charlotte the pig, and hay the jumping goats. As a bonus, Shelley will also let you check out the inside of any unoccupied Airbnbs on the property to plan your next trip! Chores N' tour is $10/ person. 1 hr. long. Expect to hear typical sounds of nature such as crickets, owls, and the crackling of a fire. In the morning, you'll hear our sweet goat trio, Charlotte the pig, and her excited "oinks" along with the occasional "moooo" and possibly a crow from the rooster and a "honk" from Petey our peacock who is ready for breakfast! 13. What should I bring on my trip? Shelley suggests bringing drinking water, oil/ butter for cooking on stainless steel, slippers/ loafers, and campfire wood if using the firepit (or you can buy ours and have it delivered to your doorstep.) If you plan on doing "Chores N' Tour with Shelley and feeding all the farm animals, bring closed-toe shoes such as sneakers or boots. No flip-flops or sandals are allowed for animal experiences. (Quick Note: Please leave home any bubble baths, bath bombs or salts as these are harmful on jacuzzis. Using plain water is best.) 2. Can I wander around the ranch, unattended? Keep in mind we are a small ranch and while 1/2 of our property is open, the other 1/2 is livestock pastures for our animal rescue and other rentals. You can walk to the Old West village, play a round of corn hole or enjoy the new horseshoe pit. Children under 18yo will need to be accompanied by an adult. 3. Can I access the all animals? The barndominium has its own, fenced barnyard that consists of a wooly sheep, a miniature horse, and an entire chicken coop where you can feed the chickens anytime while admiring our beautiful Indian peacock. You will also be able to see (but not touch) the turkeys, a mini pig, and an alpaca close by! 4. What other rentals are at the ranch? There is a tiny house, two bell tent yurts, mini-cabins and an entire Old West Village. YES! You can have friends and family rent other units and make this a group experience. You can also see all of our listings if you click our name (logo.) 5. What's the history of the ranch? The property is a horse stable and animal rescue for two decades. Local students take weekly horse lessons here and the public books guided educational tours and other activities. The ranch also produces a small amount of alpaca fiber and sheep wool that's sold yearly. 6. Can friends and family visit me while I'm at the ranch? No. The only people permitted to enter the property are registered guests. The public cannot access the property and we have a coded entrance gate. As a guest, you can expect to see other guests here, not people walking in off the street. 7. Can I catch a UBER or LYFT? Yes! You can easily catch a ride to Ocean City, Maryland, or beyond. You'll need to be picked up at the entrance gate, not at the barndominium. How about food delivery? Yes! Order Doordash or pizza delivery. Just plan to meet your driver at the entrance gate, not the barndominium. 8. Is there an option for early check-ins and late check-outs? No. Because this property has multiple rentals and cleanings, we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. 9. Are activities for children a different price than adults? All of our on-site activities are the same price for everyone. 10. Can I bring my pet or service animals? No. We do not allow any guest animals or pets to stay with us due to regulations and safety issues. We are also service animal exempt due to safety issues with nearby guardian livestock. 11. What is the smoking/ vaping policy? We operate a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy at all times inside all of our rentals. The Swedish Cowboy space is located inside a barn and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited while inside the barn house or directly outside. The best place to smoke is by walking down the driveway or inside your car (away from the stable.) 12. How secure is the ranch? The property has six outdoor security cameras running and in use at all times. These outdoor security cameras help protect humans and animals alike. There's a coded entrance gate upon your arrival to the ranch and there is on-site management that is available during your stay. You cannot enter the property without a code and we ask that you do not give it out while you're here. 13. This home sleeps 4 guests *including* babies and children. Have more than 4? Add 5th, and 6th guests for $25.00 for each additional person for your stay. We do not accommodate more than 6 guests max. 14. What are the checkout procedures? However, this town bank comes with two twin-size beds in case you have an extra cowboy/ cowgirl with you, along with a smart TV, a mini fridge, a microwave, and heating/ air. This bank themed cabin is light and bright due to the beautiful stained glass, and transom windows that let in the perfect moonlight. You'll enjoy watching Herbie the Scottish Highland peacefully graze from your rear window. Since this bank has a lot of gold, you may want to sit in the front porch rocking chairs and keep an eye out for any bandits! (((((((While our bathhouse is still under construction, there is access to a FLUSHABLE portable potty, an outdoor sink, and an outdoor hot/cold shower. See pictures. You can however walk to the Old West Town, corn hole area, the new horseshoe pit, visit the goats and view the horses and cattle but we ask that you do not open animal gates. 4. Can I access the all animals? The tiny house has its own, barnyard of animals that consists of miniature goats, a fuzzy alpaca, a red-haired pig, and a parading pair of turkeys! To access all the animals you can opt for hour-long, Chores N' Tour with Shelley. Feed 20+ farm animals while learning about the history of the ranch. As a bonus, Shelley also tours any of the unoccupied rentals so you can plan your next stay! 5. What other rentals are at the ranch? There is a tiny house, two bell tent yurts, mini-glamping cabins and an entire Old West glampground at the ranch. YES! You can have friends and family rent the other units and make this a group experience. 6. What's the history of the ranch? The property was a horse rescue for two decades. Some students take horse lessons here and the public books guided educational tours and paint parties. The ranch also produces a small amount of alpaca fiber and sheep wool sold yearly. 7. Can friends and family visit me while I'm at the ranch? No. The only people permitted to enter the property are registered guests. The public cannot access the property and we have a coded entrance gate. As a guest, you can expect to see other guests but not unknown people off the street. We also ask you do not give out your temporary gate code while you are here. 8. Can I catch a UBER or LYFT? Yes! You can easily catch a ride to Ocean City, Maryland, or beyond. You'll need to be picked up at the entrance gate, not at the tiny house. How about food delivery? Yes! Order Doordash or pizza delivery just plan to meet your driver at the entrance gate, not the tiny house. 9. Is there an option for early check-ins and late check-outs? No. Because this property has multiple rentals, we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. 10. Are activities for children a different price than adults? All of our on-site activities are the same price for everyone. 11. Can I bring my pet or service animals? No. We do not allow any guest animals or pets to stay with us due to regulations and safety issues. We are also service animal exempt due to safety issues with guardian livestock. 12. What is the smoking/ vaping policy? We operate a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy at all times inside all of our rentals. The Swedish Cowboy space is located inside a barn and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited while inside the barn house or directly outside. The best place to smoke is by walking down the driveway or inside your car (away from the stable.) 13. How secure is the ranch? The property has six outdoor security cameras running and in use at all times. These outdoor security cameras help protect humans and animals alike. There's a coded entrance gate upon your arrival to the ranch and there is on-site management that is available during your stay. You cannot enter the property without a code and we ask that you do not give it out while you're here. 14. What are the checkout procedures? We ask that our guests leave the tiny house the way they found it, (neat and tidy.) We love to brag about super clean guests who leave our home well cared for. You will find our checkout procedures on the refrigerator.

Beautiful place in a peaceful area of Lower Slower Delaware :) The bathroom and shower are nice. The campsites are huge and well spaced out. It was great to give the kids room to roam. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We 100% plan on returning, hopefully next time when the blueberries are ripe. Use bug spray, there were tons of ticks.

The campsite itself was shaded and peaceful, and in close proximity to the barn, and the pond. Fishing the pond was really fun, we caught several bass. Great experience overall.

Amazing place to camp and explore a farm full of animals and crops. The host Andrea is also an absolutely inspirational person, her and her husband Michael are running a whole operation. I got a tour of the farm from Andrea when I arrived and it was immediately obvious how passionate, dedicated, and informed she was about every detail. And hearing about all the shenanigans the animals cause felt like getting a recap of a reality show lol. Also the bathroom amazing! It’s literally nicer than any hotel bathroom I’ve been at. Andrea and Michael have created a sweet little spot complete with many well-cared for animals! I got in late so decided to purchase some wood for ease of starting a fire and it was well-seasoned and easy to start. The bathroom was great to grab a hot shower before continuing on with travels. The only lowlight was the nearby road sound. I imagine in an RV or lodging it is probably not really heard but in a tent, I had a tough time blocking it out. All in, it provided a great place for me to stop along my travels up the coast.

We spent two nights here and had a great time- we enjoyed meeting their dogs, the cats they feed, and the farm animals, and the bath house honestly looks nicer than many full on hotels I’ve stayed in before. Michael and Andrea are really welcoming and kind hosts and you can tell they really want campers staying on their land to have a good time. Both went out of their way to introduce themselves and make sure we were comfortable. We had mentioned in passing that we were there to do some birding and came back to an article on the best birding spots in the area printed and left at our tent, which was really thoughtful! We bought some of their eggs and they are delicious

Just - amazing!!! We were spoiled! Electricity at our site (moved to 1 from 3 as there had been a lot of rain; can definitely attest that this was brilliant aforethought, Marian and Mike! Thank you!!!), a garbage can, and waterproof container of kindling. Firewood aplenty and a bathroom - a real, warm bathroom with a toilet and sink :) As well as a hot shower and sink for doing dishes! The fire pit was a set up for wood (which we prefer) or charcoal (also provided!!!). We cooked all of our meals at our site and couldn't have asked for a better set-up! It was SO quiet, it was like a dream!! Flat, level ground and many trees made it easy to pitch our tent, put a tarp over the picnic table, and set up the runner for our fur-footed family member! The boys absolutely loved feeding the animals and spending time with them each day. Plenty of space to roam and the holly forest was truly beautiful! This is definitely not just somewhere to camp, it is magical! Thank you, Marian and Mike, for sharing your piece of land and peace of mind, body, and spirit! We cannot wait to come back and visit with you again!!

We had a great stay at Huck & Buck Farm! The tiny home was perfect for our couple's getaway. It is tiny but it had everything we needed. Bed (pretty sure it was a queen size), refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and coffee bar, plates, silverware, cups, and more. There was a deck with seating and a private hot tub, a firepit with additional seating for chillin' or cooking. And very nice bathrooms. The tiny home also has air conditioning and heating, so it is suitable to stay in all year. Andrea & Michael are hospitable and were responsive to a couple of additional needs we had during our stay. The area is quiet yet close enough to the main town for places to eat if you don't want to cook on the fire pit or if the weather isn't cooperating. We'll be back again!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Huck and Buck Farm Sanctuary, and I must say it was an incredibly relaxing and heartwarming experience. This unique "bring your own tent" retreat offers a peaceful escape where you can connect with nature and, most importantly, some of the sweetest farm animals I've ever met.The highlight of my stay was definitely the animals. I spent hours interacting with the chickens, whose beautiful and vibrant feathers made each one feel like a work of art. The large turkeys were such characters—so talkative and full of personality! I had so much fun just listening to their distinctive calls.The ducks were absolutely lovable, and the goats were friendly, playful, and so photogenic! Of course, I can’t forget the pigs—especially the big, friendly ones that seemed to just want belly rubs all day long. But the true star of the show for me was the adorable little pot-bellied pig, who I couldn’t resist renaming "Oreo" due to his charming personality and color.The farm also had some sweet, curious cats roaming around, and I had a few delightful encounters with them. And let's not forget the pond duck—so cute and peaceful, adding to the serene atmosphere of the whole place.As for the facilities, I was beyond impressed with the bathroom! It was so luxurious and cozy, with a warm, welcoming vibe, complete with little good luck charms scattered around. It was a small detail, but it added to the overall sense of comfort and care the farm provides.

HORSES WELCOME!  Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day.  There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay.  We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom.  It can easily sleep six people.  If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area.  The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in.  This is a sanctuary for our animals.  We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies).  By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals.  We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks.  There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores.  If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles.  We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up.  We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you.  So please come, stay at our farm and relax.  We are here year round.

Learn more about this land: A private island that is easy to reach by boat or kayak. The perfect location for those who want to enjoy water sports and other outdoor activities such as fishing. Reserve the entire island surrounded by water views and majestic bald eagles soaring above. Parking is available at the nearby public boat dock. Kayaks/canoes are available to reach the island on a limited basis. This is the perfect place to get away and reconnect with nature. Groups are also encouraged to contact us. However, we only host one group at a time. Campers under 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We have a few very friendly steer, a small herd of Boer goats, an obnoxious amount of piggies (about 40-ish), and a flock of free range chickens that keeps us on a never ending Easter egg hunt!! HEY FISHING GURUS - We are located on Chipman Pond and have there are more freshwater fishing ponds in and around our immediate area, several within just 5 miles. We are directly across the road from the Chipman Pond Boat Ramp, and we have plenty of room for vehicles with trailers. We have an onsite fish cleaning station and access to water.
